01/03/2025: Locale semplice ma con atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Cucina buona. Ottimo il fungo con la caciotta dell’antipasto, originali i dolci. Proprietario molto gentile come pure il cameriere per un servizio efficiente.

26/02/2025: Ci sono stato. Ci sono ritornato. Ci andrò ancora appena possibile. .....e ho detto tutto...... Crudo di maiale nero. Fettuccine al rosso di manzo. Agnello al forno. Dolce alla nocciola. Il menù mio. Fidatevi. .....e prenotate......

24/02/2025: Ci siamo stati con una coppia di amici. Il posto è splendido, curato accogliente e "caldo" Abbiamo mangiato vari piatti di carne, tutti assolutamente superlativi, oltre a verdure e antipasti misti Nessuna pecca. Merita una deviazione Purtroppo dovevamo andare via e non siamo riusciti a mangiare i dolci...una scusa per tornarci!

23/02/2025: Serata in due famiglie, con bambini al seguito. Innanzitutto da elogiare la gentilezza delle cameriere, presenti, cortesi e col sorriso. Anche molto pazienti nell'attendere che decidessimo cosa prendere. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti, bruschette, antipasto vegetariano con verdure grigliate e ricotta fresca, pallotte cacio e ova. Tutto eccellente. Le verdure grigliate molto saporite e condite benissimo. Patate al forno tagliate sottili spettacolari. Una serie di secondi di carne: tagliata di vitello, filetto di maiale, bistecca di manzo, salsicce, tutto veramente ottimo. Cottura della carne perfetta. Tempi di servizio ottimi. Assolutamente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi!

27/03/2025: Very very nice place, characteristic in the center of the town of Scontrone, a jewel, the owner Rosario very kind the food absolutely EXCEPTIONAL, the fried food...appetizing morsels to lick your lips and fingers. The mixed grill perfectly cooked and tasty, the sautéed friarielli were good. Highly recommended. Fair quality-price ratio. If we were to think of a walk out of town, we will return, it is definitely worth it.

16/03/2025: Rustic, welcoming and intimate place. Menu with local products but revisited in a modern key. All very good, even exceptional. I highly recommend stopping here perhaps after a walk in the village of Scontrone.

Maurizio then after a while we become family..he led us on a fantastic culinary journey.!!! You can't not go back!!! P.s. 26/03/2025: I was on March 21st at the new place Il Cristallo dei Borgia in Piazza S. Maria della Valle 30 in Subiaco (same owners) with my family. Magnificent place run by wonderful people, excellent food and satisfied in everything!!! We will be back soon!

05/03/2025: Run by a young couple from Sulmona, nice and kind. Quality food, don't miss the fried pizza topped with tasty and refined ingredients. The ricotta ravioli and pappardelle are also excellent. Prices slightly higher than the average for Abruzzo restaurants, but it's worth it.

Very welcoming and well managed by the staff, the service was fast and very courteous We ate some delicious first courses 😋 The cold cuts and cheese platter, however, are not up to par Honest prices I recommend it and will return as soon as possible

02/03/2025: Imagine to bring kids in a typical mountain building, with wooden furniture, warm inside and it starts snowing.. the atmosphere you can get at this chalet is magic, and your family will love it. The food is good, we tried some tradition dishes, like pasta with deer ragout, gnocchi with pumpkin, and melted cheese with truffles. There is a very good selection of beers and wines. To finish a good bitter liquor. The service is very friendly, the restaurant is run by a family, and they make you feel part of it. The price is right.

07/10/2024: Justo al lado de la calle principal en el 'centro histórico' de L'Aquila es una joya de un restaurante. Histeria - ensalada y pizza era justo lo que estábamos buscando después de un día de jugar a los turistas. Nos recibieron como si fuéramos familia y fue una gran comida. Muy buena pizza. Ambiente fabuloso con los paraguas colgando de arriba. Cuando regresó otra noche, los cielos se abrieron y esos paraguas realmente fueron útiles.
