Sensational restaurant. We didn’t know what to expect, but the food is amazing and the wine cellar sensational, just be careful not to order a cerasuolo past its best. These people really understand rabbit, not to mention their pasta. Just go!

Ristorante AnimA is a phenomenal foodie experience. The beautiful, intimate setting in a 17th century palazzo, elegant decor and white tablecloths are just an introduction to the excellent service from the proprietor whose chef has put together a truly interesting and delicious menu. Each 4-course "tasting menu" is perfectly curated to create an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Plus the owner brought out a couple of dishes for us to try on the house. All this for €45 per person - very reasonable. Paired with locally sourced Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, our meal was a feast for the senses and a delight for the soul. Grazie mille!
