A historic bar in the heart of L'Aquila, in an Art Nouveau style. I went there with my mom and husband and we drank excellent nougat coffees. The desserts were spectacular and delicious. The bar is a gem, clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend it if you're in L'Aquila.

One of my favorite bars in L'Aquila. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is gorgeous. It offers specialty sweets and chocolates from L'Aquila. Considering the location and quality, the prices are quite reasonable.

La Lanterna di Brontolo

16/04/2026: I'd like to say a very positive thing about this little restaurant: the welcome was warm, the service was fast and impeccable, the food tasted like it used to, the portions were generous, the prices were fair, and desserts like the tart were stellar. Enough, otherwise they'll think I'm related, but that's not the case. We'll be back with the whole family. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere, the owner is very kind to guests, as is the entire staff. Excellent food and generous portions. I read that the ravioli actually serve three, but they're huge, so I challenge you to eat more.
