17/10/2025: Excellent food, made with refined ingredients, and a wide selection of very unique beers. The place is well-kept and gives off a "homey" feeling, with always music playing in the background that's never intrusive, and excellent service. I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: A nice place with good beer and good food. The lady is friendly and knows how to recommend good food/beer pairings. I gave the food 4 stars because, for my taste, I would have preferred the dishes to be a little warmer (I don't like cold food, even in the summer) and the atmosphere because, although quaint, I would prefer slightly more subdued lighting, just to recreate the English pub atmosphere that the place is inspired by. In any case, I highly recommend it.

21/10/2025: The place is small but very quaint. The hand-drawn paper placemats featuring various anime characters are lovely. I ordered the "Ichiban" ramen: very tasty and flavorful broth, fairly tender bacon, and heavenly marinated eggs! I could have eaten more marinated like this! The mushrooms and bamboo, however, were not very tasty. The price is a bit high, but the portion of ramen is generous. The bathroom is also quaint, with a section of the wall featuring anime characters. I would have liked it to be cleaner and more upscale.

15/10/2025: Their Russian cake is my absolute favorite, but as for the helpfulness of the staff (except for the lady serving coffee and the young girl cleaning), I'm not impressed. It was so crowded, I had to give up on buying some pastries because after more than 10 minutes at the counter, no one would pay attention to me. What a shame!

23/07/2025: Passing by, I ordered a pizza and a drink "on the go," meaning I was in a hurry. The service was prompt and accurate, and the bill was fair. The pizza was easy to digest, with good ingredients, and tasty. The atmosphere was casual, with fast and helpful staff.

18/10/2025: This is the second time we've ordered pizza for delivery. And for the second time, I found the quality/price ratio to be more than excellent. I ordered a Capricciosa, very rich and large, with all the ingredients of excellent quality, including the artichokes, which are usually tough at other pizzerias, but this evening were soft and delicious. It arrived on time, and the person who answered the phone is always kind and helpful. I think Grano Italiano has become my favorite takeout pizzeria.... What can I say.... just saying thank you is an understatement.... I adore you. 🍕🍕🍕🥰🥰🍕🍕🍕🍕

29/06/2025: Sometimes it is useless to mince words to describe the emotions, but it is right to explain why visiting the Cantina Massimago is a beautiful experience! Familiar and comfortable environment, super helpful and qualified staff! Excellent cuisine and excellent service and above all excellent wines! Well-kept apartment, excellent tasting, magnificent dinner and picnic in the vineyard (I emphasize the picnic in the middle of the vineyards, a touch of class). Compliments to all the staff and the passion and commitment shown! Very good

27/09/2025: As an expert reviewer and member of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), we returned to this Roman restaurant at the suggestion of a friend. We probably found the kitchen and staff having a bad day... the restaurant was packed! But let's start with the drinks: the wine list is good, but there's only one red and two white wines by the glass... honestly, a limited selection. I understand that they want to push customers to buy a bottle, but in today's context, to save their driving license, it would be better to expand the selection! Wine was poured at the bar and not at the table without presenting the bottle. A friend asked for a beer and there was no choice, only draft lager and no bottles. The food: Jewish-style artichokes that had little of the original recipe, I would call them assassin-style artichokes... they were dry and overcooked, probably fried in the fryer, and tasted of fish (a friend with a fish allergy asked if the French fries were cooked and not contaminated by fish, the answer was no, so I assume the same oil was used for everything). However, apart from the heart of the artichoke, the rest should be discarded because it was dry. We ordered the first courses, two people ordered the carbonara and the feedback was positive, while I and two other friends ordered the cacio e pepe... definitely a terrible dish, which all three found to be reheated and without the necessary cream, the cheese had clumps and the pasta was overcooked... I left about 70% on the plate, a friend ate it all and his wife left 50%, I called the owner to tell her about the failed dish, she replied that I should have told her about the problem immediately, but she would have remade the dishes for me, I replied that it wasn't the case... but another cacio e pepe was forcibly prepared... perhaps they were afraid that I didn't want to pay for it, another friend who lived in Rome wanted to eat it, but after one bite he left it all there!! Asserting that in his opinion, but also in my opinion, the pasta undergoes pre-cooking... at this point we no longer order anything and ask for the bill, where we find an error in the table settings: we booked for 8 and were charged 9, a venial sin that was remedied immediately, but the bill didn't go smoothly either!! If I were the owner, I wouldn't have charged for the dish and would have tried to keep the customers... I understand that in Peschiera del Garda the turnover of tourists is considerable, therefore, especially in the summer months, there is no shortage of customers!! However, catering done with passion, with the aim of satisfying the customer, is not this!!

10/10/2025: We went for dinner as a couple, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. Excellent food, excellent service, and a characteristic location, like the osterias of old, with a modern twist in the choice of paintings. Delicious pumpkin ravioli, delicious pastrami, and superb crème brûlée! The waiter was kind and professional. Recommended!

05/10/2025: It smells like stale cigarettes inside... The waiter wasn't friendly and offered a primo piatto that wasn't on the menu to other customers who arrived after us, but not to us or the French people sitting next to us. The food was good, however, but the smell and the service won't make us come back. Too bad because we had very good memories of our last visit a few years ago.

02/10/2025: We had a reservation for four people. When we arrived, there was a wedding reception in the courtyard. We were given a table inside, and then the drama began. Our order was taken without any notes. An appetizer was forgotten and only brought after two requests. Then a main course was served incorrectly, and all the dishes were only lukewarm. No request for more drinks or dessert. Absolutely no service. We waited forever for the bill, then paid at the bar to cut it short. When I answered "No" to the question "Are we satisfied?" and listed the issues, I was met with a shrug. Unfortunately…

20/08/2025: An unpleasant experience on August 15th. We agreed to have lunch with friends during the second sitting at 2:00 PM. The welcome wasn't the best, with the waitress giving us the option of a fixed menu or an "à la carte" option and almost seeming annoyed when we chose the latter. Between dishes arriving halfway, grim-faced staff, and inaccurate bills (the receipt shows items we didn't order being charged), we left with a bitter taste in our mouths (and I don't mean the liquor). My opinion is that if there are more people on certain days, it would be better to avoid shifts and double shifts, to offer a more relaxed and quality service.

12/08/2025: A mountain inn with excellent food and friendly staff! The fixed-price lunch option is excellent. The food was good, plentiful, and reasonably priced! Dining out has become unthinkable these days.
