29/08/2025: Super delicious panzerotti – juicy, fresh, and simply a delight! 🤩 The olive ascolane was also a highlight. Everything was freshly prepared. The detour was absolutely worth it. We'll be back in Northern Germany soon... and we're already dreaming about it! 🇮🇹✨

23/08/2025: For take out, both pizza’s were very sparsely topped with ingredients. The taste was good though, but we had to top it up with own ingredients at home to make it something. My 15€ salmon salad was a big joke.

18/08/2025: Let me put it this way, I ordered 3 dishes: 2 spaghetti with bolognese sauce, 2 carbonara dishes, and lasagna. None of the dishes met my expectations for Italian cuisine. I've eaten carbonara in many places, but I've never had such a bad one, even in Poland. I've attached a photo of what the dish looked like half-eaten. The consistency speaks for itself. If I wanted scrambled eggs with pasta, I would have ordered something else. The other 2 dishes were bland, the only good thing was cold sparkling water and drinks. I don't recommend them.

16/04/2025: I read a previous review: it takes me two minutes! But let's not joke... I give 2 for MUSIC? Excellent beer, food from a historic trattoria, historic British Gin, meatballs and Valpolicella... courtesy and authenticity... the best invented evenings in Verona are born from a CAMPARI 'bell' with loud music from the 80s and 90s... life is already difficult and stereotyped! The place is a rare gem in the commercial, tourist and passionless Veronese panorama!

22/07/2025: I was passing through and, with four other friends, decided to grab a pizza at the most advertised place. I was hoping for a "tasty" pizza, but instead I got a thin, overcooked, and, most importantly, sweet pizza—so sweet that the spicy salami disappeared into the flavor. I pointed out this unusual Northern European flavor to the waiter (I'm from the South), and he calmly explained the high percentage of sugar added to "reduce" the acidity of the tomato sauce. I made up for it with dessert: at least dessert made sense. Sigh!

20/07/2025: Could be improved... it's run by young men and women, and I'm really happy about that. The pizzas looked really inviting. Unfortunately, we ordered the meat, but we were a bit disappointed. I must say that after I mentioned it, they were accommodating and gave us a discount when it came to the bill. Anyway, definitely worth trying again.

07/07/2025: Traditional pasticeria and delicatessen store. We tried the mortadella panino on the go which was quite good. The store side is perfect, you can find high quality tarallis, pasta and different sauces.

13/04/2025: I was at the Hotel Gelmini for a birthday, only for dinner at the restaurant. The environment is sober and simple, with a peaceful atmosphere. Even if the location is not particularly suggestive, it is convenient and with ample parking possibilities. Excellent first courses, carefully prepared and well prepared. The latter, however, are average. The staff was very kind and hospitable, helping to make the experience enjoyable. Overall, a good place for a dinner with friends, without too many pretensions but with welcoming service and quality first courses.

18/05/2025: A small, pleasant café with excellent value for money. The service is attentive and friendly. The ambiance is pleasant – a highlight is the outdoor seating overlooking a courtyard and the castle grounds.

02/05/2025: We had a really good time at the "Concept cafe Monic", sitting outdoors, in peace, enjoying excellent meatballs, a good sopressa, and drinking a good beer and aperitif. Roberta who served us was very nice and very welcoming, a really nice place to return to soon, also to better visit Soave and its medieval castle which has already won us over. Super recommended!!!

12/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this place was disappointing in several ways. The food didn't meet expectations: the dishes were flavorless and poorly presented, with ingredients that seemed anything but fresh. The staff also left much to be desired. The welcome was cold, and throughout the evening, their attitude was rude and dismissive, almost as if we were in the way. We found ourselves rushing everything because it seemed clear their sole objective was to close as quickly as possible. A real shame, because the place has potential. But with this kind of service and quality, I can't really recommend it.

15/06/2025: A charming place, well kept, practically on/in the sea, shame it's a Ferrari driven by a blind boy! Incompetent staff to the max, improvised kids who throw things on the table instead of putting them down, they never look at the tables, if you want something you keep your hand raised until you adjust to their level and raise your voice to be heard..... the food? I've never had the experience of not being able to eat even dessert. Please avoid that embarrassing surprise with a cook (and not a chef) that is so much like an 80s trattoria, but if you really have to do it, at least know how to make this blessed pasta and potatoes! I'm really sorry, I was there some time ago, and I had good memories of it, in fact excellent, but if this is the current trend, I will never go back again.
