Amazing food, very friendly staff and a great vibe overall! Our waiter gave some recommendations and it was absolutely great, I can strongly recommend the fish!

Beautiful restaurant, stunning outdoor garden. We ate wonderfully, both the lake fish appetizer and the carbonara and cacio e pepe were top notch. The desserts were spectacular, compliments to the mother! The owner, her son, was very kind and the prices were fair. We'll definitely be back. Excellent ✨️

A very good restaurant. The food was excellent. And the staff was particularly impressive. Incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and always friendly. Everyone was bustling around to fulfill every wish. We enjoyed the evening 👍❤️

Il Cantinone exceeded every expectation. A true gastronomic surprise. From matriciana to carbonara, every dish exuded the mastery of Roman cuisine that comes only with true passion and quality ingredients. Nothing superficial, nothing "adapted" to local tastes: here, they cook Roman food, period. And they do it divinely. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, with a rustic touch reminiscent of the capital's osterias—one of those you know you'll return to before you even leave the table. The service was excellent, attentive, and genuine. Il Cantinone is proof that great Roman cuisine doesn't need the Colosseum as a backdrop: all it takes is honest ingredients, expert hands, and a great deal of love for tradition. Unmissable.
