03/02/2025: Perfetto per ogni occasione accogliente pulito atmosfera calda siamo stati benissimo servizio eccellente i vini erano molto buoni non ci è mancato nulla.... per non parlare del cibo tutto genuino curato servito con piatti caldi il guancialino cotto nel vino... il pane caldo....salumi....i primi squisiti grande cuoca cucina genuina saporita e leggera....dolci 10 lode rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. 24/03/2025: Rude staff.. it seems to bother them that they are there. Never a smile, never a thank you goodbye.. I don't want to tell you but there are plenty of pastry shops and not far from you, change your ways otherwise I see it hard for you.

19/03/2025: I had a rice pudding (decent) and a cappuccino (good) for breakfast and asked for a glass of tap water to go with it; whereupon the (kind) young waitress informed me that the glass of tap water would cost me 40 cents. Never seen anyone ask for tap water before, at least in Verona.

27/04/2025: Größte Touristen-Abzocke, die ich je gesehen habe. Man darf erst die Toilette benützen, wenn man etwas bestellt hat. Wir haben 3 Flaschen wasser bestellt und in der Karte etwas zum Essen gesucht. Nachdem wir nichts gefunden haben, das essbar geklungen hat, haben wir nichts gegessen. Der unfreundlichste Wirt, den ich je gesehen habe hat uns dann 76,50€ verrechnet, weil wir mit 13 Personen ca 5 min seine Tische belegt haben und 3 Flaschen wasser getrunken haben. Noch nie mehr bezahlt und weniger dafür bekommen.

26/04/2025: Chiunque scelga questo locale sperando in un’esperienza di livello, si prepari a un pasto all’insegna della maleducazione e dell’improvvisazione. Appena arrivati, siamo stati ammassati in cinque in un tavolino angusto piazzato davanti a una scala, come merce di poco valore. Nonostante l’inizio già poco promettente, ordiniamo con pazienza un piatto a testa, prevalentemente insalatone. Subito, non dopo, segnalo di essere celiaca e chiedo del pane senza glutine. La cameriera, con l’aria di chi crede di avere tutto sotto controllo, mi rassicura. Peccato che il pane arrivi sì… ma solo per gli altri. Nessuno si cura della mia richiesta, ignorata come se non fossi seduta al tavolo. Dopo 45 minuti di attesa, con i piatti finalmente serviti, sono costretta a sollecitare di nuovo il pane, già chiesto all’inizio. Il proprietario, disturbato nella sua flemma, promette di provvedere “subito”. Il risultato? - Due panini senza glutine duri come pietre, palesemente devastati dal microonde; - Dopo pochi minuti, altri due panini, portati senza alcuna logica o richiesta. Ed ecco l’apice dell’esperienza: il proprietario, anziché scusarsi per l’incompetenza, si avventa verbalmente contro di me, rimproverandomi davanti a tutti per aver, a suo dire, chiesto il pane a persone diverse– cosa mai avvenuta. Con atteggiamento sprezzante, si avventa verbalmente contro di me alzando la voce mi squadra dall’alto in basso come se avesse davanti una scocciatura, non un cliente. La scena è stata talmente surreale che l’unica reazione possibile è stata il silenzio: non si discute con chi ha evidentemente perso il senso della misura (e forse anche quello dell’educazione). Alla cassa, l’ultimo insulto: - 8 € addebitati per il “favore” del pane senza glutine perché ha pensato bene di addebitarmelo due volte - 4,5 € a testa di coperto. Quindi io ho pagato 12,5 euro per ricevere 4 micropanini di caucciù e un attacco verbale Siamo usciti senza che nemmeno ci salutasse. E con un panino da portare a casa: come monito, più che come ricordo. Qui si paga caro il disservizio e l’arroganza.

08/10/2024: We relied on Villa Bevilacqua for the location and banquet of our wedding on 5 October 2024. We started organizing the event in February 2024 and from the first moment Miresi and her staff were immediately available to accommodate our needs. We could say that the peculiarity of the villa lies in the fact that it has many services, car rental, flowers, internal kitchen, etc. This allowed us to organize in a short time and with extreme speed. I am able to take care of the smallest details, also accommodating intolerances and allergies with particular attention. The spouses are fully satisfied and cradled in their requests (for example, I chose the bouquet through a photo on Pinterest and they reproduced it identically). There were many program changes dictated by the weather and the cold, but the staff accompanied us and followed us in every way. Thanks to Bachisio, his son and the people in the kitchen for carefully preparing the dishes we chose, and to Anna for helping us put together the menu. Most of the decisions were taken remotely, to avoid making so many trips from Verona to Bevilacqua, and everything went well. We continue to receive compliments from our guests. Thanks also to Marco for the car rental and to all the people who worked behind the scenes to make the event possible. Thank you very much, we can only love you!

06/03/2025: I would just like to say shame on the meat it was hard as a stone and it was boiled I didn't understand how people even wait to sit down to eat without even knowing what's on the menu of the day, dishes put on the table without even asking, however I wanted to say that I don't understand what people have to eat there besides filth I'm also ashamed of having written a review

Regarding the customer service that is offered it is embarrassing, you are greeted by the employees in a rude way, as they are annoyed to see you and what's worse they don't even give you a smile, which they probably forgot at home... I recommend reviewing the customer service that is offered...

17/04/2025: Very friendly service, large selection of cocktails, long drinks etc. Went there a few times. A really cozy atmosphere, recommended even in bad weather.

14/04/2025: Nonostante non avessi prenotato, e ci fosse molta gente causa vinitaly, mi hanno fatto accomodare rapidamente. Ho preso una tagliata di black Angus di buonissima qualità. Personale molto cordiale, tempi di attesa brevi. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Un encantador y sencillo italiano auténtico de gestión familiar encontrado a solo un tiro de piedra de nuestro hotel. Fuimos bien atendidos en todo momento con excelentes recomendaciones de vino tinto de valpolicella local para acompañar nuestras comidas. La comida era simplemente increíble y mi esposa estará golpeando sobre los ravioles de calabaza durante los próximos años!
