I didn’t ask for any kind of compensation or other dish, and I was polite all over the way. If you want to be angry or aggressive it’s your choice, but don’t excuse that by using racist explanations about my nationality.

18/01/2026: Yesterday we stopped at this pastry shop for coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The coffee was good, and they made hot chocolate with soy milk upon request. There's a wheelchair ramp in the shop.

19/12/2025: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred at your piadina shop today, around 12:20 PM. I ordered a piadina, which was delivered with the dough clearly raw, as was easily visible. Therefore, I politely asked if it could be remade. A kitchen worker intervened, seemed very annoyed by my request, and replied that doing so would "burn the piadina." I responded politely, simply asking if it could be remade correctly, but she responded rudely and with profanity, demonstrating a total lack of respect for the customer. Furthermore, I had to wait about 25 minutes for a single piadina, which is excessive for this type of service. I should also point out that the restroom was in poor condition. I sincerely hope you can take appropriate action, as I believe this behavior and this level of service are unacceptable.

For my meal, I chose a very interesting option: a classic piadina served in a roll, opting for a multigrain dough. I must say it was an excellent discovery: this type of dough, rich in seeds and fiber, lends a distinctive fragrance and an incredible lightness compared to the traditional recipe. It's the perfect choice for those seeking a more rustic flavor and easier digestion, without sacrificing the pleasure of a well-filled piadina. The place immediately strikes you with its attention to detail. The photos speak for themselves: the environment is modern, extremely clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming and orderly design. The organization is also impeccable, thanks to the use of vibrating pagers that allow you to wait for your order in complete relaxation at the table. Special praise goes to the staff: I found their kindness and friendliness to be unpredictable, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. A perfect blend of efficiency and warmth. Highly recommended for a quality lunch break or a quick dinner in a truly refined setting!

19/10/2025: There were four of us, and we ordered a pizza with truffles. It had everything except truffles. The service wasn't very friendly, not because of the young woman, but because of the owner. The pizzas were decent, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I was treated unkindly at the cash register. I'd say it was the first and last time for me. When I go out to eat, I like good food and a positive atmosphere. P.S. Bills can be paid in cash.
