I ordered a takeout kebab sandwich. I arrived at 3:00 PM and the place was cold, so I stood outside waiting for my order to be prepared with my instructions on how to fill it. Being outside in the cold or inside didn't make much difference in the middle of winter; the only difference was the strong smell of the place inside. When I picked up the sandwich, I took it home and discovered the beloved truth: the sandwich and the meat were completely cold. Only the fries were warm, freshly made. The rest was a disaster. He hadn't heated anything up, neither the bread nor the meat. And that was only because I stood outside waiting and didn't see what he was doing.
