26/05/2025: Disappointing experience from every point of view. I bought two panzerotti and two sandwiches. Total €15. Visually inviting but they turned out to be terrible: they seemed prepared with total carelessness, cold panzerotti and sandwiches with rubbery bread, low quality and tasteless ingredients. Prices definitely too high for what is offered. Not recommended.

25/05/2025: I was really impressed by this ice cream shop/bubble tea! The ice creams are creamy, full of flavor and you can taste that they are prepared with quality ingredients. The flavors are unique and always fresh, perfect even for those looking for something different from the usual. The bubble tea is a real surprise: customizable in every detail, from the bases to the toppings, and with many classic and original options. The tapioca pearls have the right consistency and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The staff is very kind, always smiling and available to advise. The environment is clean, welcoming and with attention to detail. It has become one of my favorite places for a tasty break. Highly recommended! Ps: we didn't have time to take a photo of the ice cream. 😂

22/08/2025: I had the fries with cheddar and a roll, but I was really disappointed: a meager portion, with just a drizzle of cheddar on top, and the whole thing cost €5.10. Terrible value for money, the only place in Italy that does this, I go to a lot of them! DESPITE THE ASK TO PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE TOO! Absurd! Everything was cold! I assure you the courier arrived immediately!

21/07/2025: We stopped at this café, located right in Verona's historic center, near a street full of upscale shops. We wanted a quick lunch. We loved the food, wine, service, and atmosphere!

11/07/2025: I was there 7 days ago and ate excellent spaghetti allo scoglio. We had very good pizzas and strie, and in the evening they also made very good Florentine steaks, cooked to perfection. So for me it's a 9 and I'll definitely be back!!

01/06/2025: Very beautiful location, with an impeccable park and two large and very functional tensile structures. I attended a ceremony and the bride and groom chose this Villa. Excellent buffet upon arrival, nothing to say!!! Wide variety of food and drinks. For dinner we moved inside. Coming from outside with 30 degrees, the room was frozen! Dinner, in short, the risotto was really sad... the music at full blast, impossible to talk... everything beautiful, for goodness sake, but seeing the location I really expected more.

31/07/2025: I tried contacting Pizzeria Family to ask simple questions about the menu and opening hours, but the experience was truly awful. The person who answered the phone was rude, rushed, and decidedly unhelpful. I asked normal questions as an interested customer, and was dismissed with brusque responses and a truly unpleasant tone, almost as if I were a nuisance. I expected a modicum of courtesy and professionalism, but instead I found myself speaking to someone who seemed annoyed by my call. If this is how they treat customers before they even enter the pizzeria, I can't imagine the rest of the service. This kind of attitude, repeated over time, can really drive customers away. It's unfortunate to say, but with a welcome like that, it's hard to even want to try a pizza.

22/06/2025: Good potential, average substance. You are a step away from the historic center of Verona, the place inside is very welcoming and well-kept. Divided into various environments on various levels, a lot of choice in super alcoholic drinks, kind and helpful staff. As far as I'm concerned, a nice place to go especially if you pass by there. The only flaw in my opinion, but it could have been just my experience, I had several cocktails and I must admit the alcoholic part left much to be desired, a bit flat. Maybe I'm just used to it 🍸🍹🍸 I'll try again! 😁

12/06/2025: I go to the place occasionally, but it has never disappointed me. the staff is very kind and always smiling, ready to recommend the most suitable cocktail for the evening. the drinks are really excellent, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with very particular combinations of flavors. I have never been for lunch/dinner, but I have heard very good things about it, so I highly recommend it both for a meal and for an aperitif/post dinner🥰

29/07/2025: Delicious pizza. Light, crispy. The eggplant topping is out of this world. Besides its undeniable goodness, finally a pizza that doesn't kill you with cancer because of a burnt crust or burnt flour residue under the crust. How do you manage to cook it so perfectly? Well done!

01/03/2025: Locale old stile, ordinato e pulito, noi abbiamo cenato con 4 antipasti, nota molto positiva per il luccio con polenta, 4 secondi, 3 dolci molto buoni, una bottiglia di vino, acqua e 2 caffè a poco meno di 200€, servizio preciso. In soldoni abbiamo mangiato bene in una trattoria di una volta, mi dispiace non dare le 5 stelle per il prezzo un pò troppo elevato per essere in trattoria.

16/08/2025: Saturday lunch.... Waited a full 35 minutes for two piadinas..... With only 7 numbers in front of them.... The girls behind the counter working with exasperating slowness... And when the piadinas finally arrived they were even burnt..... Absolutely terrible.

03/05/2025: I was here a couple of evenings ago, the service was terrible, I was served after 40 minutes, the pizza was totally raw and inedible, the girl who served me was not friendly at all and we were welcomed in a not very nice way, with the money I spent I would have gone elsewhere and spent even less and eaten better.

18/04/2025: Excellent "Neapolitan" pizza, soft, good and digestible dough. The ingredients are refined, of good quality and abundant. The prices, however, are higher than average, but still justified by the quality of the product. The service was kind and quick.
