I had the opportunity to taste this pastry shop's pear and chocolate Easter Colomba. In this case, I can give a specific review of this product, and I must say it truly surprised me. The dough was soft and well-worked, not dry or heavy, which isn't always a given for this type of dessert. The pear and chocolate combination is well-balanced: the flavor is pleasant, without being too sweet or cloying, and the ingredients are of good quality. The structure is also well-crafted, with a soft consistency and evenly distributed filling. Overall, a refined and well-made product that I would recommend without hesitation.

Today, during the half marathon, it was our go-to place for breakfast. The pastries are delicious and the prices are really fair. The staff is really helpful and friendly despite the crowds.

For my birthday, I bought a Sacher torte from Pasticceria Beltrame. First of all, I'd like to point out that my family comes from the land of Sacher torte (Austria), and I also enjoy making cakes, including Sacher tortes. That said, I can confidently say that the cake was excellent, and the ingredients used were certainly top-quality; the flavors were very balanced and left a pleasant taste. A 9.9... a 10... only for my grandmother. Compliments to the pastry chef.
