31/03/2025: Let me start by saying that the husband and I were there "only" for lunch (fortunately we read on Facebook about a "particular" lunch from the starter, first and second course based on fish and finally the dessert, all at a price that intrigued me). I must say that it was "all" special; I must only say that I had an "excellent" experience both because of the excellent cuisine and I congratulate "who" cooked "these delicacies", both because of the service and x the treatment (I congratulate the lady and the girl who was with her) and then what can I say...? The environment was a "gem", the dining room (a little "retro") was a fairy tale! Needless to say, we will be back without a shadow of a doubt! Then my husband discovered with pleasure that when he was young and went on a trip to this place he "always" had lunch in "this" place (then it was a simple trattoria) but also "back then" it is well known that the cuisine was "excellent"! And finally, what can I say... I recommend it and...CONGRATULATIONS to the lady and her collaborators!

15/12/2024: Overall, my stay at this property was pleasant. The room was cozy and very clean, and I really appreciated the quality of the restaurant, where I ate really well. The food was of the highest quality and you could feel the care taken in the preparation and choice of ingredients. However, I must point out that the restaurant is quite expensive: probably the price is justified by the quality, but it is good to be aware of this. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Being used to the buffet format, I found it less practical to have to choose in advance what I would eat the following day. This format made me feel a little limited, and the final quantity was very small compared to other experiences in similar properties.

03/05/2025: Excellent dishes for both dinner and breakfast. On the contrary, the service did not shine not so much because of the kids who work but because of the rigid roles assigned to them. Only one was delegated to take command. After ordering it took 10 minutes to get the drinks after calling the waiters several times. High in quality/price ratio

28/02/2025: Reserved, quiet near the center of Sommacampagna and the motorway, clean rooms with very comfortable bathroom with shower with all the comforts, fridge in the room even if there are only two bottles of water, however all in all for a three star hotel it is very welcoming. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. They also serve breakfast, but I won't use it because I'll be leaving early tomorrow morning. I recommend it if you're around for work, there are also restaurants and pizzerias nearby 🔝

27/02/2025: Domenica 23/02/25 sono riuscita dopo tantissimo tempo a passare del tempo con la mia famiglia (anche i miei figli lavorano nella ristorazione). Abbiamo scelto La Capannina perché già avevo provato la qualità della loro cucina e del servizio. Siamo stati benissimo.......come essere a casa ma con il privilegio di essere serviti. Complimenti!!!!!

28/04/2025: Unfortunately I thought I would find a higher quality environment and above all food but unfortunately this was not the case As soon as you enter the restaurant, a nauseating smell makes you lose any desire to eat. I ordered several dishes, some of which were quite good, others were truly inedible, especially the salmon tartare tasted like spoiled fish, as did the tuna with potato cream. I wonder if it is possible to serve food like this to your customers, you should at least check the raw materials used and not serve something like that I thought I would spend a pleasant evening but unfortunately I immediately left the place and... I wasn't even paid any attention to the final bill despite the few dishes I ate I hope it was just a mix-up in the evening

30/08/2024: Per una serata in famiglia, abbiamo cenato con pizza e un risotto al teroldego. Il risotto era a cottura giusta. Troppo burro alterava il sapore e la consistenza era troppo liquida. Appena sufficiente. Per le pizze abbiamo optato per una pizza normale e una "futura" ai 7 cereali con 24 ore di lievitazione. La pasta ai bordi rimane Bassa e sotto la mia aspettativa come sapore e consistenza. La guarnitura e' interessante e nel complesso e' una pizza mangiabile. Prezzi nella norma. La location e' un po' retro'. Poco parcheggio

27/04/2025: I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The owner is extremely disrespectful and immature. I had barely placed my bag on a chair when she approached me and spoke in an unacceptable, rude tone. To make matters worse, she actually threw me out of the restaurant without any valid reason. Her behavior is completely unprofessional and unsuitable for someone working in hospitality. A terrible experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

27/04/2025: The experience at Casa Mazzanti Caffè was extremely disappointing. The staff displayed a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect toward customers. There was a clear sense of arrogance and discrimination, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in an establishment that is supposed to be welcoming to all visitors. Respect, courtesy, and fairness should be the foundation of any customer service, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. Many clients have noted similar issues, which reflects poorly on the management and the overall values of the café. This place does not deserve the attention it receives and should seriously reconsider the way it treats its customers. Not recommended for anyone who values dignity and proper service.

15/04/2025: A beautiful discovery in the heart of Verona! This place immediately caught my attention with its welcoming atmosphere: a small and intimate internal room, perfect for a quiet break, and tables outside where you can enjoy the sun, whether for a coffee, lunch or an aperitif. I have been there several times, both for breakfast and lunch, and each time I was impressed by the wide choice of menu and the care taken in the plating. All really good, with a note of merit also to the staff: kind and always smiling

12/04/2025: Meh all around. 2.50 cover charge per individual (they charged 22.50 for our group of 8, five kids with some questionable math), mediocre coffee, plastic and rubbery looking eggs that likely came from some premade pile, pricey. Not even close to good value. Much better places around in Verona.

22/04/2025: Con la mia famigliola ho pranzato in questo posto molto accattivante. La struttura è molto bella. fine, pulita, accogliente e merita una visita. Ma entrando nel vivo di un ristorante rinomato a mio avviso ci sono problemi. Bravo il sommelier ma scarso il personale di portata. I piatti che abbiamo scelto non erano tutti all'altezza, alternando cose buone ad altre portate normalissime, sempre però in scarsa quantità che a volte risultava difficile la valutazione (assaggia tu che assaggio anch'io) il mio giudizio tende all'insufficiente, Michelin mi perdoni, in quanto il conto, che non ci ha sorpreso.., non rispecchia quanto abbiamo ricevuto.
