I migliori ristoranti in Verona

29/06/2025: It's been a while since I ordered a pizza at the rocca, we order 4 takeaway pizzas and they keep us waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, in the end we call back and manage to order they tell us that they were ready for 8:30 pm. But we are served at 9 pm with a half-empty place and a lot of waitresses walking around aimlessly (total anarchy) and other people waiting for takeaway pizzas who were complaining about the wait. PS one of the pizzas we ordered was wrong (the rolled bacon was missing) despite the infinite wait. For the rest, the dough was good but I won't be back.

03/05/2025: We felt very comfortable in this trattoria, fine food and the staff is also very nice. We'd love to come back.

30/05/2025: The place doesn’t look very inviting when you walk in, and the restroom is a bit run-down. However, the staff was very friendly. We were quite surprised by how good the kebab tasted. We had a kebab with Picanda sauce, freshly grilled vegetables, and salad. The kebab was really packed with meat, and at 5 euros, you really can’t complain. It tasted great — other kebab places could definitely learn from them. The place might not look great, but the food and taste are really top-notch. We would definitely order again.

17/05/2025: Ordered food arrived more than 20 minutes late, the staff answered calls rudely and superficially, making non-existent excuses. They slammed the phone down in my face and when I tried to call again they didn't answer. Incompetence and lack of respect, for hours and customers. I don't recommend to anyone

28/12/2024: Se voglio mangiare i veri gnocchi di malga vengo qui. Per me questi sono i più buoni! Ristorante tipico, menù vario e caratteristico della Lessinia. Mangio bene e lo consiglio.

27/04/2025: Restaurant just outside the center of Malcesine but absolutely worth stopping by. We ate high quality and very tasty fresh fish dishes, prepared with passion and attention to detail, such as the fresh homemade bread. The pizza is also very good! The context is very quiet, in an area less frequented by tourists and surrounded by olive trees. Important note of credit to the owners, who made the experience even more memorable thanks to their extraordinary hospitality and warmth, we felt at home. Thanks, we'll be back! 27/04/2025: They are from Bovolone, I ordered 2 pizzas which, as usual, arrived 40 minutes late and cold...now I have to turn on the oven to reheat them as always...if a business continually increases prices it must also provide service!!!...otherwise it doesn't have to promise!

21/04/2025: My wife and I visited Roverchiara from England last week to see my ancestors' town "Piombini". We had a beautiful ice cream at Gelateria Arcobaleno and the staff was very friendly, especially since I don't speak Italian well.

20/06/2025: A very nice café on the corner, frequented mainly by local residents, which speaks volumes about the excellent quality. It's a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle.

15/06/2025: I'm a bit torn between giving it a 4 and 5 star rating. Ultimately, I have to say that even as tourists, we were well served. And the quality of the drinks was excellent. The salad was okay in terms of quality, but it didn't appeal to me personally. However, that's a matter of individual preference and has nothing to do with the quality. What I would like to highlight is that the location is very central, and the prices are reasonable, and we also found it rather quiet (compared to the noisy main passage just down the street). So, yes, we went inside to order, but when I read other reports that you're ignored for an hour, I wonder why people stay seated for so long. We went in briefly, ordered, and were treated super friendly and authentically. So, yes - stop by and sit outside if you prefer a quieter atmosphere :-)

30/05/2025: Siamo stati all’Osteria per il compleanno di mio suocero con tutta la famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Piatti deliziosi ed abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo TOP! Abbinamenti cibo e vino scelti con cura. Non parliamo dei dolci che hanno concluso il pranzo in modo sublime. I ragazzi che gestiscono il locale e il loro personale sono capaci e ti mettono a tuo agio. Consiglio assolutamente di provarlo 🤩

01/05/2025: I went on May 1st in the evening for dinner and I must say that the wait is minimal, the food is good and of good quality, the meat is tender and the price is adequate. The desserts are good, especially the amaretto semifreddo, but overall everything is good. Approved.

02/07/2025: The atmosphere was nice especially those who enjoy such music. Though i could not say the same about the foods quality, as I was picking out food from the buffet flies were seen swarming the food, the chef put his bare hand in the food of customers to try it out, and the drinks area was full of ants crawling every where. After our stay at this restaurant my friend and I sufferred from diarrhea, vomitting, nausea and is still suffering the consequences of the food the next morning. If one plans on having a restful holiday do not consider even going to this place as it can ruin an entire trip.

27/06/2025: I came for an aperitif with some friends. The waiters were very welcoming and found us a suitable place right away, even though there were many of us. The cocktails were of excellent quality. Definitely worth returning!

29/05/2025: Sitting down to drink a cold drink. Hot drinks. On tap without warning and the empty bottles of a third order never brought to the table, delivered with a glass half full. Campari not made correctly said by the person who drank it. At least 2 stars because they brought two pizzas and something to nibble on. But for the rest the service is not transparent. I do not recommend this bar. There are many other better ones nearby like Duchi

24/05/2025: The worst place to eat in Verona. I ordered spaghetti Cacio e pepe. It was with so much pepper in it that I couldn’t eat it. At the end my plate was full and the waiter did’t ask at all what’s going on.

30/04/2025: Change of review after a year: I notice that the pizzas are increasingly smaller, a baby pizza I would say, this leads me to order from other pizzerias in the area ------ Very good and light pizza. I really appreciate the lactose-free alternative to the daisy! They are also punctual, a message arrives when the delivery leaves. Furthermore, there is the possibility of paying by card even with home delivery. ------- Answer: when ordering from the app there is no division between gold and normal ones so I advise you to specify that there are those with the smallest diameter there too

24/03/2025: My go-to place for takeaway pizza. Wide choice of pizzas... from the most classic to the most refined and particular ones. I recommend trying some of the Gold Line (Sapori del Sud and Taurus are my favourites): you spend a little more, but the combinations and the goodness of the ingredients are really great! So far, always delivery on time and perfect. Absolutely recommended.
