Siamo capitati al Vecchio Mulino su consiglio di parenti. Il posto si trova proprio sulla riva del lago, a pochi passi da un comodo parcheggio. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi essendo già bassa stagione non c'era molta affluenza, il che ha reso il pranzo ancora più rilassante e piacevole. Ci è stato assegnato un tavolo a bordo vetrata, con un'ottima vista sull'acqua e abbiamo scelto di provare come antipasto il Duetto di lago e come primo piatto i Bigoli alla carbonara di trota affumicata, decisamente memorabili! Pasta freschissima e gusto eccezionale! Il tutto accompagnato dal Pane della Fortezza, un pane speciale fatto appositamente per il Vecchio Mulino, che ci siamo anche portati a casa. Ad accoglierci e servirci il simpaticissimo Michele, davvero attento e molto professionale!! Vogliamo tornarci sicuramente per provare anche altri piatti del menù, molto interessante la salumeria di mare fatta in casa!
