01/04/2025: I find myself forced to give one star because if it had been up to me I WOULD HAVE REMOVED IT. I have been a Panzaré customer for a long time and I have never had problems in other stores, such as the one in San Giovanni Lupatoto, where the friendliness of the staff they have there is only dreamed of by these two individuals who have set up the store in ZAI. Having been a customer for a long time and in the world of catering, I was given, as has happened in the past, 2 vouchers to be able to choose a free product from their menu. Let me start by saying that when I went to other stores they always let me choose the item I wanted, also because on the voucher itself it says "1 free product" and especially because the difference between the least expensive panzerotto and the most expensive one is 20 CENTS. Unfortunately for me today I was in the ZAI area and I decided to try this store. When I enter and arrive at the counter I am "welcomed" by this lady who, as soon as she sees the vouchers, goes to call the rudest person one could find in front of her. He starts by saying "tell me", at which point I ask him for two panzerotti with provola and looking at me with real contempt he says "of course because now I'm coming to give them to you. At most you can get the classics". His response, in summary, was "then go and get them in the other stores, I'm the boss here and I decide" complete with an arm inviting me to go out, stunned and also very annoyed I go out and call another panzare, who also reiterates to me that the free product is free to choose and not the owner's choice. So I return, with the manager of the other store on the phone, and here the little theater opens: Between the wife and the husband I don't know which of the two is more immoral. The most embarrassing thing was seeing how they tried to "back off", making fun of a customer who was only looking for explanations. Even the one who declared himself to be the "master" chased me away with his wife saying "I'll punish him later because he didn't give you the panzerotto" a scene so pitiful that I felt embarrassed for them. I wonder how two people like that can manage a store, given that they certainly don't advertise the name well. Luckily the guy from the other store who was on the phone with me invited me to stop by if I could. Honestly speaking, if it hadn't been for the kindness of the SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO store, I would never have set foot in one of your stores again. I think that to work closely with people you need to have a modicum of empathy and respect, also because for 20 cents to make such an epochal impression of shit is truly EMBARRASSING. Change jobs, you looked like loan sharks more than traders. I highly recommend going to other stores, NOT THIS ONE. Oh and some advice to the elusive owner, maybe let's fix it up because it looked more like a recovery center than a grocery store.

21/06/2025: Check in is done at the bar. Check in at 4pm. Bad information not a Verina map. Room for 3, we were only given a room key. My bed was a folding one and a very low and sunken extra bed. No wardrobes. Lots of street noise. They said they would give a discount at the bar for customers and they didn't want to do it in the rooms above, bad faces. The kitchen is useless, no cutlery or utensils. Very dirty

02/07/2025: Undoubtedly the best seafood restaurant in the area. Even the off-menu items are exceptional. The seafood risotto and the inevitable Perbellini millefeuille are exciting.

30/05/2025: Total a rubbish Resturant, For 15mins no one was able to attend to us, once we got up after paying 2.5 times over then what we were owed Chef comes out asking what was wrong…. And then he was showing attitude, insisting that we should be grateful that we had a table in his resturant.

26/04/2025: Cena in famiglia, pizza, antipasti primi o secondi tutto ottimi Nonostante fosse il 25 aprile (festivo), quindi affollati, sono stati veloci. Gentili e disponibili il personale di sala. Con la luce naturale si gode di un bel panorama sul lago.

26/06/2025: Super nice location at the arena of Verona. The staff was friendly and fast. Definitely recommended for a drink or a bite to eat. The food was fine and a good price-quality ratio. Unfortunately our food did not arrive at the same time, that was a bit less. Furthermore a nice place to sit for a while and enjoy the surroundings.

15/06/2025: Personale scortese….20 minuti solo x ricevere una bottiglia d’acqua…dopo averlo detto a 4 cameriere diversi……………..

31/05/2025: Cena partita molto male con un attesa di 20 min per mettersi a sedere a tavola nonostante la prenotazione. Altri 30 min per ordinare, ma grazie alla cameriera Maria Rosaria, che gentilissima si è scusata e ci ha consigliato come meglio poteva la situazione si è ripresa.

10/05/2025: Esperienza molto piacevole, Locale curato e accogliente; personale super, sempre a disposizione del cliente e cucina con scelte giuste (non troppe e né troppo poche) e fatte di qualità. Consiglio moltissimo.

10/05/2025: In visita alla città, all'ora di pranzo cerco su Trip i ristoranti più vicini a dove mi trovo. le recensioni valide sono tante e entro. Il locale è piccolo, i tavoli vicinissimi. le due cameriere sono gentili ed accoglienti. Il menù è da leggere su un tablet e la cameriera tiene un corso d'informatica di 5 minuti. Il locale è semivuoto quindi faceva prima a spiegarmi a voce l'offerta. Noto che l'offerta è molto corposa, quando ci sono così tanti piatti proposti inizio a essere diffidente. Prendiamo due tagliate servite su un unico grande vassoio che alla vista ben si presenta. Meno alla consumazione. le patate al forno d'accompagnamento non sono gradevoli. Il conto in linea con il centro città. Spiace soprattutto per il personale giovane assegnare un voto minimo ma il locale è da lasciar perdere.

07/04/2025: La Sfera is a typical local pizzeria and restaurant with a wide variety of local cuisine. As one would expect also with an extensive list of wine, especially the local ones. We had the “La sfera” appetizer (delicious!), home made gnocchi and beef main course. Personnel is very friendly. But for a local restaurant it’s a bit pricy.

23/03/2025: I booked for a group and I pointed out that I have celiac disease, only that when the waiter arrives to take the orders I am told that he has to go and check if there are still gluten-free doughs (I repeat, I had booked). The pizza with quality ham arrived well and left a little to be desired, however now it's time for dessert and I order a gluten-free chocolate salami. The waiter arrives with the dish and I ask him to confirm that it is suitable for my problem and I hear him reply: uhm I have to check the cream is gluten-free anyway. But I say is it possible? We're not there. Celiac disease is not a choice but for me it is a serious emergency room problem and luckily everything went well but never again to the ball.

07/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante abbiamo ordinato die pizze, una con frutti di mare e una calzone, arriva il mio calzone cpn tanto sugo sotto, non mi piace ma avevo fare ho detto da niente, faccio per mangiarla .. il sugo era crudo e non solo, ma freddo/ congelato, lo faccio notare mi rispondono signora non é congelato ma ê da frigo e fresco, io gli ho detto che non la volevo, e me ne hanno portato un altro

10/03/2025: If you want a true quality experience in food, service, environment, Dal Pipa is the right place. Arriving on the advice of friendly locals from Montorio, we only confirmed how well we ate and drank with à la carte wine and the exceptional Valpolicella review. Of course, quality must be paid for but I assure you that the cuisine must be appreciated. From Padua I can only congratulate you for the beautiful moment we spent together, elegant, clean environment, perfect service. Well done 🙂👍

07/06/2025: Beautiful location, eating with a view is always pleasant. The appetizer did not remain in my heart, in addition to being limited. The second courses were good, especially the goat. The dessert was down. The service could be improved.

07/06/2025: We have been to this restaurant several times in the past years and have always eaten well. Yesterday, however, it did not go well, cold tortellini with a bad seasoning, we had them redone and they came back exactly the same. The creamed cod was good. I reported everything to the waiters who took care of my complaints. The bill was salty. Never again.

05/05/2025: Sono stato molto contento di avere cenato con mnia figlia in questo ristorante. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta che consiglio caldamente e ripeterò la prossima volta che mi troverò nella regione. Prima di tutto voglio parlare della struttura in sè stessa. Il ristorante si trova poco lontano dalla strada principale, si affaccia sul lago, è tranquillo. A disposizione ci sono molti posteggi, cosa che apprezzo molto siccome mi sposto sempre e solo in auto. La sala da pranzo e la terrazza sono, durante le serate calde, praticamente un tutt'uno. Bellissima la piscina attorno alla terraza in cui nuotano degli stupendi Koi e i ranocchi si nascondono tra il fogliame. veramente piacevole e rilassante cenare in un posto simile. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante; porzioni ben presentate che meritano tale nome e non stupidaggini frollate di estetismo da convento ascetico. Nulla da dire sulla qualità: io preso del pesce che era veramente delizioso e cucinato a puntino e anche per mia figlia vegetariana la proposta era interessante e variata. Non commento ogni piatto, metto solo l'accento sul puree di patate che era davvero speciale. Non posso commentare il vino; purtroppo siccome potevo bere solo io ho preso solo un calice di Lugana consigliato dal cameriere che ho comunque molto apprezzato. Da ultimo, visto che ne ho accennato, il personale. Io apprezzo sempre molto la cortesia e la competenza del servizio. A La Boheme ho incontrato solo personale gentilissimo e col sorriso; personale che si prende la briga di spiegare un piatto sconosciuto o che, come nel mio caso, sa consigliare su un vino. Un grazie di cuore a queste persone che, nonostante siano e debbano essere sempre di corsa, si prendono il tempo per ogni singolo ospite. Riassumo ancora una volta: bel risptorante, accogliente, buono, tranquillo; da ritornare!

02/05/2025: Eravamo clienti che andavamo spesso per il buon cibo ma dopo stasera mai più ma mai più. Ragazza all' ingresso irrispettosa a dir poco . Presi in giro con una prenotazione fatta x giorni prima e ritrovati nel ristorante ad aspettare per oltre 30 minuti. Se avete uno staff che non sa gestire prenotazioni cacciatelo o toglietevi dalla ristorazione. Imbarazzante a dir poco . Mi dispiace solo perché il cibo è ottimo ma non torneremo mai e poi mai per questioni di principio

26/05/2025: Disappointing experience from every point of view. I bought two panzerotti and two sandwiches. Total €15. Visually inviting but they turned out to be terrible: they seemed prepared with total carelessness, cold panzerotti and sandwiches with rubbery bread, low quality and tasteless ingredients. Prices definitely too high for what is offered. Not recommended.

25/05/2025: I was really impressed by this ice cream shop/bubble tea! The ice creams are creamy, full of flavor and you can taste that they are prepared with quality ingredients. The flavors are unique and always fresh, perfect even for those looking for something different from the usual. The bubble tea is a real surprise: customizable in every detail, from the bases to the toppings, and with many classic and original options. The tapioca pearls have the right consistency and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The staff is very kind, always smiling and available to advise. The environment is clean, welcoming and with attention to detail. It has become one of my favorite places for a tasty break. Highly recommended! Ps: we didn't have time to take a photo of the ice cream. 😂
