10/10/2025: A true osteria run by a spectacular and welcoming couple with wonderful background music. We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and the tagliata di diaframma with wild spinach, both absolutely worth trying. All washed down with a Ripasso superiore. Highly recommended.

23/09/2025: Great ambiance and authentic delicacies. Portuguese sardines with buttered bread and pasta with a spicy meat sauce. Simply perfect. The tiramisu was absolutely fantastic and heavenly.

28/08/2025: Scapin was our caterer for our wedding with 50 guests in Lazise. The chef, Giulia, went above and beyond to make our day perfect. From the tables, chairs, glasses, plates, floral decorations, and of course the fantastic aperitif and dinner with wedding cake. We had a rehearsal dinner at the restaurant in Verona beforehand. Giulia helped us tremendously in making our wedding perfect. They were very flexible, as we put together our own menu. Everything was very professional.

15/06/2025: June 14th and no air conditioning. The food on the table turns sour. Unforgettable. A ruined wedding. Everyone was outside since there was no air to breathe in the room. We are truly shocked.

18/10/2025: I just had lunch in a beautiful location. The food was very good, the tortellini being a classic. But today I tried the lemon and turmeric tagliolini with baby squid and tomato powder, which were delicious. The wine and dessert menus were good and varied. It's a shame the service wasn't exactly impeccable given the location and the service was practically in the dark.

18/10/2025: As a diabetic, I left this restaurant extremely disappointed. We sat down today and asked the waiter three separate times if the drink we wanted was sugar-free, since that’s crucial for me due to my health condition. Each time, the answer was a confident yes. When the drinks arrived and we poured them into the glasses, we luckily noticed just in time that the label clearly showed the drink was not sugar-free at all. We pointed this out and asked for a sugar-free replacement, but were told that they never had any. The situation was handled rudely and unprofessionally – another waiter came over and told us that because the drink had already been poured into the glass, we had to pay for it, even though we never drank it, and it was served to us based on false information. When we asked to speak to a manager, he didn’t apologize – instead, he told us “then don’t come back here again.” That kind of attitude is simply unacceptable in hospitality. To make things worse, the glasses had chipped edges, which is both unhygienic and unsafe. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this place at all – neither for their service, nor their attitude, nor their basic respect for guests.

07/10/2025: A place with a magnificent view of the city, but terribly managed. I'll tell you my experience. A friend of mine and I decided to go out on a Tuesday night. We wanted to go to Amen for a cocktail, but there was an event for sixteen-year-olds, so we went to Ca' Toresele, which is nearby. Before we could enter, however, we found a barrier at the entrance that wouldn't let people in (well, you have to deal with people, what's the point of leaving them outside?), so to get in we had to ring the bell and wait for a waiter to come and open the door (but why not install a remote control?). By the time we got inside, it was already 10:30 PM, and they told us they had to close at 11:30 PM, so we agreed and sat down at the tables. They came after 20 minutes to take our order (two Spritzes), brought us drinks after another 20 minutes, and asked us to pay immediately because they were closing the register. I get up and go to pay (because bringing a portable POS with our drinks probably wasn't an option), and five minutes after our drinks arrived, they told us to leave (it was 11:15 PM and they were already clearing everything out). But the funny part is that, despite knowing we'd arrived by car half an hour earlier, no one accompanied us to the exit, so we were locked in behind the barrier. I had to get out of the car and look for someone to open the door, leaving my friend alone in the car; by then, everyone in the aperitif area had already disappeared. Luckily, I found a guy who went to call the colleague who had served us our drinks, and she, all annoyed, came to open the barrier for us. Truly, I've never received worse treatment anywhere else in the world; I should give it zero stars. If you don't know how to work in the restaurant business, let someone else work.

07/10/2025: Ca toresele relais osteria garden From the start, we already knew that the location was not in the city. It has a countryside and rustique vibe that hotels in the city center don't convey. The facade and the building were historical, but the interior was contemporary. The garden was covered with healthy green grass, olive trees, and high chair seatings. The view was breathtaking 😍 It must be a nice place to chill during summertime.

18/10/2025: An unpretentious restaurant located in a strategic, busy area. Good menu variety. Fast service and good value. Overnight stay available at the adjacent hotel.

09/08/2025: Even though we hadn't booked, they found us a table as long as it was vacated within 45 minutes. The pizza was good, the salad was nothing special. In our dining room, there was a family with two children who kept jumping on the sofas.

01/10/2025: My Italian friend says it's the WORST place you can stop, the Autogrill. I don't care!!! Best reststop THIS American has ever been to! I WISH our Love's and Maverik were this good! Just don't buy gas, cuz it ain't cheap!

29/09/2025: The staff were friendly and helpful. The food prices, however, were decidedly expensive, as at all motorway service stations.

24/10/2025: Stunning atmosphere, with truly beautiful and meticulously maintained dining rooms. The staff are all incredibly kind and talented. The pizza has an excellent dough, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended!

04/10/2025: Yesterday was the icing on the cake. The two of us walked into the restaurant quite early, no greeting, nothing. The waiter grabbed two menus, threw them on a table, and turned away. Ignorance to the third degree towards us. My wife looked at me, completely bewildered, and I looked at her too. Then I made an unmistakable gesture, we turned on our heels, and left. Never again. The boy probably doesn't know where his salary comes from. I've never experienced anything like this in my long life, anywhere.

02/10/2025: A typically Italian atmosphere. The owner is super friendly and incredibly fond of dogs. Delicious, home-style Italian food.

01/09/2025: Last night at dinner with my partner, a starter for 2 (2 scallops and some octopus with potatoes), 2 spaghetti allo scoglio, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of Soave, 2 coffees, 85 euros... it's a shame we also went there at lunchtime, but I'd say never again.

29/06/2025: Couldn’t ask for more, the manager and staff where absolutely lovely, so kind and patient with our poor attempts at Italian, the food was perfection and the desserts where to die for, all chiefs recipe and prepared on the day. All for a very fair price, 3 courses for around 35 euros per person depending on what you order. The views from the terrace are breathtaking especially at sunset. Thank you for everything it was excellent. arrivederci

09/08/2025: I wanted to take the family out for breakfast... it was raining, so we sat outside under the gazebo at the entrance. At one point, two ladies started smoking when there was a sign saying "no smoking." They stank, so I asked the lady behind the counter, "Excuse me, can you smoke outside?" She said no, but I'll pass you the ashtray. Smoking isn't allowed indoors. Next time, I'll call the police.

22/07/2025: At three in the afternoon, after wandering around a lot, we stumbled upon this bar, where we had some pesto pasta, just in case. Thank you so much for serving us; it was delicious!

21/10/2025: It certainly reminds one of a service station, the quality of the coffee is not exceptional, the only positive note that you can always admire are the young girls who show more than necessary perhaps just to attract customers. I recommend wearing a uniform and making better products.
