Today we booked a table for three at this very nice, welcoming, and clean restaurant. We chose fish: three courses of delicious appetizers, a generous first course with shrimp sauce, bread, water, and wine. I highly recommend it. Antonella Mattiazzi.

Located near an intersection, you can either pass by or just come here for a bite to eat. It's advisable to call and make a reservation. It's often packed on weekends. The restaurant has a small summer veranda, which is probably very hot in the summer. Inside, there's a single room divided into two areas, seating about 30-40 people. It's a tavern-like setting, but with its own elegance. A good menu featuring local dishes, meat, and fish. A few labels complement the wine selection. Good, generous portions. The drive to get there is easily forgotten by a good meal.

01/04/2026: The location is beautiful, the view is stunning. Villa Maccalè is perfect for those seeking privacy and tranquility. It's equally beautiful, with its characteristic stone and wood elements, perfectly in keeping with the landscape. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The tasting experience was excellent, with a very thorough explanation of the various wines, friendly and professional. The cuisine was excellent, with excellent quality ingredients and reasonable prices. I spent a wonderful weekend at the end of March; I imagine it's even more beautiful in the summer. Thanks to all the staff.
