11/10/2025: The pizza is good and full of ingredients, but the staff is rude. I called because my order was supposed to be delivered between 9 and 9:15 PM; now it's 9:31 PM and it still isn't here. Furthermore, when I called, I was specifically told, "The order for 9-9:15 PM is on its way," and when I pointed out it was 9:30 PM, I was told, "It's 9:28 PM, I have the clocks in front of me." It's not the first time it's been late, but if I call to check on my order, I don't want to be told "it's on its way" when it's 15 minutes late; even more so, I don't want to be corrected about the time (I was checking the time on my phone). I feel sorry for the raider who was late; he got the wrong address, and that can happen. But someone so rude who answers the phone and also wants to be right seems inappropriate to me. I also want to point out that if the order is supposed to arrive at 9/9:15 PM, even if it weren't 9:30 PM but 9:28 PM, it would still be over 10 minutes late! Finally, I should point out that my call was made because I thought we'd given the wrong address, so I called to find out if the address was incorrect, but I received no response.

30/11/2025: We went to the Christmas markets, and unfortunately, there were only a few restaurants open; one of them was Dei Mercanti. It was a pleasant surprise, both for the delicious food and for the unparalleled service from Luigi and Chiara. They were very witty and friendly, making the wait even more enjoyable.

18/02/2025: Overcooked pasta with very little seasoning. The pasta was supposed to be with hare sauce but there was only a bit of peeled tomatoes and traces of minced meat which I think was hare. Too bad pasta as well as very overcooked with no flavour. The waiter asked me if I wanted it remade but given the premises I don't think that even if cooked in the right way the flavor would have changed because it was so unseasonable! My husband asked for the same dish but instead of macaroni with linguine and then we realized that he paid €2 more. We didn't even say it because we couldn't wait to leave and never come back. It's a shame, the place is really very nice but then I understood why, on Valentine's Day, it was completely empty!
