12/04/2025: Three of my colleagues and i stayed at the art hotel for 5 nights. And of behalf of our group i would like to share our experience: That was our second time staying at that beautiful place! Very good location if one wants to relax and enjoy the quietness of the area! Beautifully maintained garden areas, amazing interior - you simply walk and see ART everywhere ! The real Treasure in this hotel though, is the Astonishing Staff ! And i would like to mention few of them , that went above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying every minute! Huge « Thank You! » to Vitaly who drove us back and forth from/to the centre of Verona and was always on time, very kind and a true professional ! « Thank you! » goes to Sàvatore who spoiled us at the Bar each time we paid a visit, providing amazing drinks, professional service and great company! « Thank you! » goes to Andrea and Nicola who are amazing people, answering all our questions, and even blessing us with a great friendly positive energy ! Masters of their craft ! Many thanks to housekeeping and the rest of the team! True professionals, is what makes this place GREAT!

03/05/2025: Pizza, pasta, tomato with buffalo mozzarella - everything was great. Great ambience, service is very good. Food top. Highly recommended. Molto Bene 😊👍🏻

28/04/2025: Food OK. Unfortunately, as soon as the table was cleared with the bill, we were complimented out with the words that time was over (we were the only ones in the outside restaurant area). An additional fee of 2.90 euros per person (Coperto) will be charged. We also noticed that we were charged twice for extra salami instead of once. Unfortunately I discovered this too late.

11/05/2025: I stopped for an aperitif, facing the lake. We had an excellent spritz, accompanied by some pretzels and appetizers. The right price, the quality of the products and the kindness of the staff (Alexander, a fantastic guy) in addition to the truly beautiful location, were up to or even beyond our expectations. 04/11/2024: I came today to have breakfast with my brother before going to work. Good brioches, as well as ginseng, you can take everything directly at the counter, and then pay when you're finished, and finally Andrea is very kind and nice. I will return for sure.

18/11/2024: Ho pensato di fermarmi per la colazione visto che ero di passaggio nell’ufficio postale giusto a fianco. Scopro un locale accogliente, decorato con buon gusto, nel quale è facile sentirsi nell’intimità di casa, anche grazie alla luminosa saletta retrostante con veduta sul patio, anche quest’ultimo finemente arredato per gli aperitivi estivi. Offerta ricca ed invitante sia per la colazione che per il pranzo di lavoro. Croissant integrale taglia maxi semplicemente delizioso servito con il sorriso dal proprietario. Ritornerò presto per un aperitivo con le amiche senza dubbio. 🤗 Raccomando vivamente.

01/04/2025: I find myself forced to give one star because if it had been up to me I WOULD HAVE REMOVED IT. I have been a Panzaré customer for a long time and I have never had problems in other stores, such as the one in San Giovanni Lupatoto, where the friendliness of the staff they have there is only dreamed of by these two individuals who have set up the store in ZAI. Having been a customer for a long time and in the world of catering, I was given, as has happened in the past, 2 vouchers to be able to choose a free product from their menu. Let me start by saying that when I went to other stores they always let me choose the item I wanted, also because on the voucher itself it says "1 free product" and especially because the difference between the least expensive panzerotto and the most expensive one is 20 CENTS. Unfortunately for me today I was in the ZAI area and I decided to try this store. When I enter and arrive at the counter I am "welcomed" by this lady who, as soon as she sees the vouchers, goes to call the rudest person one could find in front of her. He starts by saying "tell me", at which point I ask him for two panzerotti with provola and looking at me with real contempt he says "of course because now I'm coming to give them to you. At most you can get the classics". His response, in summary, was "then go and get them in the other stores, I'm the boss here and I decide" complete with an arm inviting me to go out, stunned and also very annoyed I go out and call another panzare, who also reiterates to me that the free product is free to choose and not the owner's choice. So I return, with the manager of the other store on the phone, and here the little theater opens: Between the wife and the husband I don't know which of the two is more immoral. The most embarrassing thing was seeing how they tried to "back off", making fun of a customer who was only looking for explanations. Even the one who declared himself to be the "master" chased me away with his wife saying "I'll punish him later because he didn't give you the panzerotto" a scene so pitiful that I felt embarrassed for them. I wonder how two people like that can manage a store, given that they certainly don't advertise the name well. Luckily the guy from the other store who was on the phone with me invited me to stop by if I could. Honestly speaking, if it hadn't been for the kindness of the SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO store, I would never have set foot in one of your stores again. I think that to work closely with people you need to have a modicum of empathy and respect, also because for 20 cents to make such an epochal impression of shit is truly EMBARRASSING. Change jobs, you looked like loan sharks more than traders. I highly recommend going to other stores, NOT THIS ONE. Oh and some advice to the elusive owner, maybe let's fix it up because it looked more like a recovery center than a grocery store.
