05/09/2025: We had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though it was barely full. Food that wasn't worth the wait!
The service seemed unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive.
And when we neutrally asked about a €5 surcharge (for stale bread and the waterfront view), we were asked if we "had even been to Italy."
We also had the impression that the waiters laugh at guests as soon as they left—and we witnessed it ourselves when they later made fun of other guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
05/09/2025: The service was fake-friendly and restless, even though it really wasn't busy. We waited 45 minutes for the main course, which was okay at best. A thick loaf of bread is served – you can ask for salt and oil. They charge €5 for this, which is common in Italy. If you ask for more details, they ask if this is your "first time in Italy." No – that didn't happen in Florence, Bolzano, Pisa, Livorno, or Lucca.
Strongly avoid this place.

31/08/2025: Very nice and well-kept atmosphere. Top-notch service, everyone was very kind!! We went with friends and ate fish. The dishes were generous, very carefully prepared, and divinely presented. We'll definitely be back!

22/08/2025: If you have a dog, don't even consider going to this restaurant because they don't like dogs. Cats are welcome, but not dogs, which, to be honest, aren't accepted in any other restaurants except the pizzeria. What shocked me and my friends was the lady at La Busta, who was rather rude and irritable.

04/08/2025: This was a beautifully peaceful spot away from the crowds which we came across after walking across the Ponte Nuevo. We did have to wait a while for the food but it was freshly cooked and absolutely worth the wait (calamari spaghetti). The waiter was polite and friendly.
If you’re in a hurry or impatient, it’s not for you but we’d definitely recommend for a leisurely lunch.
01/08/2025: We went there for dinner based on one of our friend’s recommendation. The main dishes were good, but the Tiramisu was very disappointing and the reaction of the waiter about it was also very surprising. There was still liquid coffee at the bottom of the cup and the tiramisu didn’t seem to have mascarpone it. When I mentioned it, the answer of the owner was “it’s because it was made today” which doesn’t make any sense…??The service was just OK.. I don’t think we’ll be back here again..

30/06/2025: Unfortunately I didn't find it good. The very polite lady sold me fresh pasta without telling me that it had to be kept in the fridge, and during the trip it obviously got sunburned and spoiled. Then I bought some cantucci on the counter, convinced that they were her own production, only to discover that they were from Calabria. Too sweet, not at all convincing flavor. I'm sorry.

18/08/2025: Osteria...a beautiful location, enjoying the cool of the Prosecco hills. A few dishes, but Ottorino's spit-roasted meat or grilled meat are worth the return trip. The price is absolutely fair. As a Milanese, a selfish diner, I hope overtourism doesn't ruin the tranquility of the place. I'll be back as soon as I can.

05/06/2025: Mein Mann bestellte Teigwaren und ich Vitello Tonato. Leider wird dies nur mit Mayonnaise mit etwas Thon serviert. Sehr schwer.... Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Weinkarte ist super...
14/05/2025: We hadden de pasta carbonara en de lasagne. Deze waren gewoon oke maar niet wow voor italie. Porties waren ook zeer klein. Daarom nog een tiramisu genomen en deze was wel voor veel italianen een klap in het gezicht.

Il Signore ha gia castigato
gli intolleranti al lattosio.
Mi chiedo ,
perché fare pagare 4 € extra
Per un pseudo formaggio vegano
che a mio avviso ha rovinato
il gusto della pizza,
Il quale viene messo al posto
dell’ottimo fior di latte che usate .

30/04/2025: Siamo stati qui per cena e ci hanno fatto accomodare nel soppalco.
Purtroppo, non è stata una serata azzeccata.
Già con il vino si è verificato il primo problema, rabosello inacidito, fatto cambiare, poi i contorni che non sono arrivati con la carne se non con molto ritardo.
Il servizio va curato meglio e soprattutto deve essere coordinato.

17/04/2025: The ideal place for a good business lunch or with friends, with a fixed menu but with a varied choice. As a second course I chose a nice plate of excellent bresaola with rocket and parmesan and an excellent homemade dessert: cake with Marcarpone/Nutella and amaretti (I recommend it). Staff who make you feel at home.
