11/04/2026: A truly awful experience. The sushi was of embarrassingly low quality: overcooked and sticky rice, fish that smelled anything but fresh, and flavors that were completely unbalanced. Some pieces were practically inedible. The presentation also left much to be desired, with dishes sloppily assembled.
Slow and disorganized service, with inattentive and unhelpful staff. Considering the price, it was a total disappointment.
I strongly advise against it.

04/10/2025: I had a cannoli and my boyfriend had a croissant.
We paired our pastries with a latte and a cappuccino.
Everything was delicious, a treat before starting the via ferrata.
09/09/2025: This hot chocolate with cream a masterpiece. I will definitely go back. The best I have ever had. The croissant is also very much worth it.

10/06/2025: Where do you go for a hot drink on a Sunday afternoon after going to the theater when everywhere else is packed? We ended up here, like other families... super friendly waiter, no complaints there. The atmosphere is nice, but the acoustics are terrible.
The bar bill was heartbreaking: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher torte, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea... sorry, but you can pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely never come back here again. Too bad.
UPDATE: The Fiorentina bar itself no longer exists; it's been converted into a venue that, from the outside, looks inviting. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, so I can't comment!

17/11/2025: Extremely rude staff and owner. Excessively expensive for the service received. Poor food. I won't be back. Let's hope they change management or sell the bar directly.

12/03/2026: So. This hotel is not rustic, it is in bad need of renovation.
Cracked floors, walls, and beds that will make you think you are in a monastery... Uncomfortable does not describe it.
It is clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to the slopes.
28/02/2026: The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it meets all the requirements for the price. The service is exemplary, English at the reception is no problem. The location is actually perfect considering the location next to the ski slope and the solution to problems is immediate and helpful. The kitchen is above average and perfect for the price. The hotel is located very close to the ski slope, including the cable car, so it is not dependent on the ski bus, etc.

25/01/2026: They served me a sandwich with speck and hard, dried-out cheese. After I pointed it out and sent it back, they made me pay for it, saying it wasn't real and that I'd eaten half of it anyway! Change careers!
30/12/2025: A great place for a quiet, delicious meal. It's a pub, but it serves traditional cuisine. If you're in Folgaria, stop by.

19/03/2026: Every time I went to the library to study, I'd take a coffee break here, washed down with a truly delicious pastry. In the morning, they offer a wide and delicious selection of croissants!

Tasteless, and the only flavor you can taste is milk and sugar.
For €5, I expected better quality.
It didn't deserve the star I gave it, but unfortunately, it's mandatory for the review.

07/01/2026: This restaurant and bar is located near the Laghet ski school, making it very convenient for a quick lunch or a break during a day of skiing.
I went here for lunch with my family during the Christmas period: it was understandably crowded and difficult to find a table, but we still managed to get seated.
Despite the crowds, the wait was reasonable. Prices were slightly high, but in line with the area and the season.
I ordered the "skier's plate" with eggs and speck: good and filling, the only shame was the potatoes, which were fried rather than sautéed, as one would expect from the traditional recipe.
Overall, a good option if you're near the ski school and don't want to take the lifts up.

01/05/2026: Negative......there is no minus one otherwise I would have given a minus......the gentleman who hosts was really too racist.....we booked the large room he gave us the smallest room in the hotel we asked please to change to a larger one or on another floor...he denied us and if we refused to accept to stay in that room he asked us for a whole day and night......but really bad

25/12/2025: This was a terrible experience, the worst dining experience I've ever had in the Dolomites. The staff were extremely rude; they seated the two of us in a corner despite there being plenty of empty seats, and since we didn't have a reservation, they wouldn't let us move to another table without any explanation. I even felt discriminated against. I strongly advise against going there.
