13/12/2025: It was the one of the hotels that open in November.. room was okay, not so clean (dusty on some parts), bit old and tired with things falling apart, especially the shower faucet.. breakfast was fine and staffs were friendly at least.. big free parking was a plus

18/11/2025: The location was beautiful and strategic, and the breakfast was superb, worthy of a few more stars than the 5 I could give. These positives were offset by the tiny and uncomfortable room: the toilet was wedged between the wall and the sink, there was only one bedside table because the bed was so close to the wall that you had to climb over the other person to get out, and the blanket was small and torn—downright awful! It's a shame this could be a really nice hotel.

But does it take so long to understand that people are disgusted by eating a cone that's been touched with hands that may have just touched money or something else?

26/11/2025: On Tuesday, November 25th, I called to order a Sicilian pizza for takeout. After ordering over the phone, I arrived at the restaurant and discovered that the order had yet to be shipped. I asked for it without anchovies twice (once over the phone and once I arrived) and with spicy salami added. When the pizza arrived, I noticed a strong odor of anchovies, and after opening the box, I saw they had added them. I returned to the restaurant counter and pointed this out, and the waiter accused me of not having mentioned it, which was untrue, given that it was also stated on the receipt. Finally, he took the pizza box, went to the back of the counter, and the anchovies were "artfully" removed, having already released all their oil. And guess what? It tasted like anchovies! The same pizza was brought back to me 20 seconds later. I felt cheated, and I can't imagine the same thing happening to a customer with an allergy to an ingredient.

12/11/2025: Terrible bar, management not up to par with the location, all the food is strictly industrial. It doesn't take great skill to serve a beer and a reheated pinsa.

21/09/2025: I stopped in for lunch today on my way back from visiting the Parco del respiro. I had a red Roman pinsa with mushrooms and a lager draft beer. I'd say everything was excellent, even the price. I definitely recommend it based on my experience.

24/06/2025: We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. A wonderful party. Impeccable organization! Excellent food, elegant and refined location that made the event unique. Thanks to Lara for the care and attention to every detail so that everything was perfect. And so it was. Everyone was very satisfied! I recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for an event, a lunch or an important anniversary!!!!

15/10/2025: Magnificent hotel. Relax for a few days in the on-site spa... and get to know the "pink" Dolomites. Excellent mountain views. A unique location for hikes and walks. Cuisine featuring traditional dishes. Extremely friendly staff. Especially with our dog, it's always a bit difficult to find availability. What more can I say? We'll be back!!!

08/10/2025: Stayed one night half board on 06 November 07 departure, considering the low season I felt pampered by all the staff, excellent dinner super excellent breakfast, Hotel that I would recommend, location very close to the center of MOENA, free parking, view from the 3rd floor room beautiful, very spacious room, I will definitely return.

23/11/2025: Excellent traditional food in a welcoming atmosphere Bar Centro Fondo proves that sometimes the best places are the simplest and most authentic. We stopped for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The canederli were perfect, the carne salada was exquisite, and the polenta was just like grandma makes it. The atmosphere is homey, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. If you're in Vermiglio and want to experience the authentic flavors of Val di Sole, you can't go wrong.

08/09/2025: We ate sandwiches, first courses, and second courses. The food was delicious, with quality, locally sourced ingredients. A regular stop!
