29/08/2024: Hotel located 15 minutes drive from the center in a quiet area. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the pool service. Excellent breakfast taken overlooking the garden. The room is quite clean but some elements appear dated. Super helpful staff for all our needs.

29/02/2024: Locale carino diviso in due stili…montano x la prima parte è moderno quando scendiamo le scale….personalmente preferirei a Pinzolo di trovare un locale tutto in stile…ma sull’ arredamento nulla da ridire…cibo di qualità, servizio veloce e professionale…anche il conto ad HOC!

25/02/2024: Ristorante elegante eppure non si da un tono esagerato. Curato con personale qualificato e gentile. Cibo ottimo! Ho preso una picanha che ho trovato succulente e tenera. Accogliente anche con i cani

08/08/2024: Buoni prodotti locali e prezzi modici fanno di questo locale uno dei luoghi più affollati di Levico terme ... l'unico problema sono le attese: conviene l'asporto!

05/08/2024: Attratti dall’insegna Augustiner ci siamo seduti per un pranzo, abbiamo atteso che arrivasse l’unico cameriere presente e abbiamo ordinato due portate di Rosti con speck e formaggio e due birre . Le birre sono arrivate subito ma abbiamo dovuto attendere un’ora per poter mangiare le due portate , peccato che nel frattempo la birra è diventata calda. Quando abbiamo pagato , alla classica frase di rito “tutto bene?” Ho risposto “ abbiamo dovuto attendere 1 ora per due Rosti” (porzione piccola tra l’altro visto il prezzo ) e la signora alla cassa (non ho capito se fosse la proprietaria) non ha accettato la critica ed è stata molto poco professionale nonché alquanto antipatica .

28/07/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante con amici. Preso due risotti ai frutti di mare veramente buoni e un pacchetto con pesto di pistacchio e burrata altrettanto buoni. Dolci il lingotto fondente con lamponi veramente buono. Da tornarci

15/07/2024: La location è molto bella, dai tavoli si gode una suggestiva vista sul lago. Il personale è veloce e gentile. I piatti offerti sono gustosi e ben curati. Tutto bene. Unica annotazione: a mio avviso i prezzi tendono ad essere un po esagerati.

09/08/2024: E’ un locale che frequento ogni tanto. Non hanno mai brillato per simpatia, men che meno per calda accoglienza. Ma l’ho sempre considerata una questione di tipica ombrosità montanara….. Ultimamente però la situazione pare addirittura peggiorata. Nelle ultime due occasioni in cui sono stato qui, ho assistito a delle scene di maleducazione quasi raccapriccianti da parte dello stesso cameriere (uomo; faccio questa precisazione di genere cosicché si possa capire bene a chi mi riferisco, posto che si tratta dell’unico cameriere maschio). Questo signore gentiluomo si rivolge ai clienti con una strafottenza e mancanza di rispetto tali che poche volte mi è capitato di vedere. La prima volta pensavo fosse stata una questione attribuibile alla stanchezza. La seconda evidentemente no e quindi ecco qui la recensione. Consiglio vivamente ai gestori di valutare bene l’adeguatezza del proprio personale di sala. E’ il biglietto da visita con cui il locale si “presenta” ai clienti.

21/07/2024: Delicious and super digestible pizza, beautiful environment, the only sore point was the foreign waiter was a bit rude when clearing the table, he told one of us that she was too slow in passing the plates to him. He could have spared it. But I would go back for the rest.

16/07/2024: Obwohl Tische frei waren, mussten trotzdem lang stehen und warten. Kellner war überfordert, kommunizieren wollte er nicht und war unfreundlich. Nach 10 Minuten haben wir es aufgegeben. Positiv: Wassertränke für Hunde!🐶

24/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato per due sere consecutive, abbiamo provato sia i salumi che i primi e secondi. Tagliere di salumi forse un po’ misero, ma primi e secondi abbondanti. Prezzo nella media.

29/08/2023: Good location and not bad food from the oven. But its all about good things here! Very bad staff - girl with short hear . Not smile , not helpful , and try to sell open bottle of still water , i mean that just make tap water. When i paying i see on my invoice: service = 12 eur ! Also if you have care , not possible to parking nearly . Horrible places , very bad. Never again!

25/08/2023: Das Essen ist durchschnittlich lecker und der Preis eher etwas günstiger als an anderen Orten in Riva. Problem: als wir mittwochs um 20:45 Uhr hingekommen sind, war die Küche schon geschlossen, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 23:00 Uhr angesetzt sind. Problem: als wir freitags um 18:15 Uhr hingegangen sind, war die Küche ebenfalls noch geschlossen. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass erst 19:00 Uhr geöffnet wird. Aber: Laut Internet sind die Öffnungszeiten von 08:00 Uhr - 23:00 Uhr !

19/07/2024: I took spaghetti eis.. a little bit for a €4.50 cup, just a scoop with a bit of cream.. I would have liked at least two scoops.. otherwise good, paltry portions for the price spent..
