A truly negative experience. The waiter was rude and unprofessional, almost seeming annoyed by our presence. The food was disappointing: tasteless dishes, meager portions, and prices completely disproportionate to the quality offered. The place is old, neglected, and decidedly not very clean. The only positive note is the view, truly breathtaking, but unfortunately that's not enough to justify such a disappointing meal. I don't recommend it.

30/10/2025: It's not just a bar but also a pizzeria and trattoria. It's a place from another era, pre-fast food, I'd say, very Italian. We stopped for lunch. The owners were good and welcoming. The place was very simple, with average food. Prices were very good. The two of us ate, plus coffee and two boeri = 22 euros!
28/09/2025: At first glance, everything was fine.....then a little while ago the barmaid, who is related to me, called me and told me that someone had gone to say that we had consumed something and hadn't paid. I would like to tell this person that I wouldn't stoop to that level.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the negative comments here.
We booked for 2 nights in May 2025.
We were here a few years ago and actually had pretty good memories.
Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't live up to the good impression we had back then. Everything looks very worn and in need of renovation, definitely not up to 4-star standards...
The cleanliness throughout the hotel isn't really up to scratch.
The rooms are a bit musty.
Our highlight were the cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, which briefly made us consider leaving the hotel immediately and looking for another one.
All in all, a very disappointing stay.
18/08/2025: We stayed the week of August 15th. We may be unlucky, but the elevator was broken 6 out of 7 days of our stay. Unfortunately, it was intolerable, even though the owner gave us a small discount at the end of our stay. Keep in mind that there were 3 floors above ground and 2 for bike and car storage. When we first complained to a manager named Cristina, she dared, believing she wasn't being listened to, to make fun of us and a friend of hers. I advise the owner to consider removing her from her position, especially since her fault is detrimental to all the other staff, who have been exceptional.

29/03/2026: Simply embarrassing! Two of us go in, sit down, the girl comes over and after asking us what we're having, she asks, "Do you pay by debit card or cash?" We already look at each other perplexed; I've never had anyone ask me something like that while I'm ordering. The appetizers arrive, and before we even have time to take our first sip, my colleague comes over and without a good morning or good evening, "Pay me, you're all set!" But there's really nothing right here!

01/06/2026: Dated hotel, excellent location, bad smell coming from the bathroom (small and blind, with a non-working fan), absurdly hot at night, breakfast with little variety and poor quality.
31/05/2026: Moral of the story...a very, very old inn that absolutely needs to be restored, also because the prices for what they offer are high.

09/03/2026: Disappointing place. We ordered cakes and drinks, and at the cashier, we were told they don't give separate bills, just one for the whole table. Absurd, as if it were lunch. The cashier's service was also unfriendly. Maybe the tourists are a nuisance, or if we'd used cash, maybe they would have let us each pay for our own drinks. The fact is, I absolutely don't recommend the place given the service.
07/03/2026: If you happen to be in Andalo, stop for a coffee at Ginepro. The best coffee in all of Andalo and beyond.

23/12/2025: We don’t really post reviews but felt we had to on this one. Echoing what someone posted not long ago—we went to the counter and the proprietor was squatting on some kind of stool or bucket behind the counter facing sideways. We said “ciao” and he didn’t acknowledge us. We looked at the menu and decided what to order, but realizing that he had not even looked at us yet, we simply said “ciao” again and went elsewhere. A bizarre way to run a business. Zero stars. 😂
18/12/2025: Ravioleria Zhang is the place that most reflects the authentic Chinese food truck experience: almost no understanding of the language, orders are called with a shout in some dialect, and the food is prepared slowly and tastes incredibly good. Those who complain about the long wait, the language barrier, or the "poor" hygiene (which, admittedly, could be a little better) haven't grasped the spirit of this mini restaurant, which in my opinion offers more authentic oriental flavors than any other restaurant in the city. Top!

That's the only word I'd use for this poké and this pokeria.
I ordered a poké with octopus, and it was disgusting. The octopus tasted terrible. You obviously don't check the products before serving them to the public.
I advise you to improve.
17/12/2025: IT ARRIVED WITH ALMOST ALL THE SHRIMP SPOILED: BLUE/BLACK AND STANK AWFULLY.
LARGE POKE WAS COMPLETELY THROWN AWAY. THE SMELL MADE ME SUSPICIOUS, BUT THE SHRIMP WERE UNDER EVERYTHING, AND I STARTED EATING...
DID YOU NOT NOTICE THAT YOU HAD A WHOLE TANK OF SPOILED FISH, OR ARE YOU PRETENDING NOTHING AND ARE THERE ARE SCAMMERS?
THESE SHRIMP SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN A WEEK AGO.
THE OTHER POKE WE ORDERED HAD THE SAME PROBLEM: THE SALMON SMELLED AWFUL AND WAS DARK IN COLOR, AND WE DIDN'T HAVE THE COURAGE TO TASTE IT.
30 euros wasted.
I DEFINITELY WON'T BE COMING BACK.

11/12/2025: Be careful when you get change. Rounding up the money in their favor, giving the customer less change, is legally called fraud, and the cashier who applies it doesn't know the consequences. It's better to go to a different supermarket where they give exact change. Also, because the cents are the result of work. Then... DO IT YOURSELF.

10/08/2025: There was a guy with a sign saying "I hate everyone" who took it out on a friend of mine (for no reason) and kicked us out, claiming to be the owner.
Don't go to this bar (if you smoke after 10:00 PM, you can't smoke outside their area anymore).

13/11/2025: I don't know what to say. The sandwiches are awful, empty, and I've never seen black speck cut so thick in my life, inedible. You can't make any changes to the sandwich, even if they say okay. The bathroom is nice.
