La Mirandola In Vermiglio

Beds uncomfortable and creaked noisily with every small movement. Great service from the friendly staff. Hotel is a slippery steep walk up from the main town so either be prepared for this or be dependent on the hotel's free shuttle minibus and it's operating hours. Mostly skied in and out which was fine (but the turn off from the Valbiolo piste is unmarked - don't miss it as it's a long chair lift for another go!) Good food (but if you have dietary requirements, it's not obvious what's on the menu). Nice spa and bar too.

The rooms are simple but clean, the service is pleasant and fast, approx. 100m from the ski slope, you can reach it directly from the hotel on skis.

Hotel in a good location, a short distance from the slopes on the hill, but approx. 1 km down to the town. The common areas are very nice, but the rooms are quite empty, but clean. The staff and the kitchen are perfect.

Ideal for skiing. The hotel restaurant is very good.

This hotel is amazing. I have marked it down as there are a couple of points that need improving. The reception was friendly and on the main the staff were assertive, helpful and pleasant. We arrived mid afternoon and our room was ready. The room was big enough but the décor was basic. In really cold wether I should imagine would get cold but the single radiator in the bathroom kept the main room tepid. The towels dried ok and we’re changed on request. Always plenty of hot water. The food was brilliant and plenty of it. Don’t always expect burgers and chips but I’m sure kids would find something suitable. The large family group we saw got stuck in. Wine and bar reasonably priced. Spar area was set up well - restricted to 12 per hour - except the tub wasn’t working as you would expect. Never crowded when we were there. Used every day. Good bus shuttle to lifts The only negatives would be Poor lighting. Particularly the corridors. Poor Wi-fi connection

Positives - staff are friendly and approachable - you can ski in and out of the hotel (but skiing out it is nearly flat / up hill so it’s more walking than skiing) - reasonably priced - WiFi is good in communal areas - happy hour is great and makes early après ski good fun - spa was equipped with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and was very nice Negatives - food is hit and miss, sometimes it’s very nice and other times it’s really poor - mattresses are like gym mats and weren’t very comfortable - no WiFi in the rooms - shower cubicle so small it was difficult to squeeze into it Overall, a nice enough hotel but in need of some upgrades/refurbishment

Ambiente rustico e piacevole, piatti della tradizione con rivisitazione. Personale gentile e presente. Ci siamo arrivati con una gita in motoslitta...bellissimo

Jídlo je vynikající,pokoje skromné ale čistě a poloha hotelu je ideální. Personál je vstřícný.

Spokojny, kameralny i klimatyczny hotelik. Prosto urządzone pokoje, ale niczego nie brakuje. Dobre jedzenie i super widoki na góry. Narty zakładamy przy hotelu, krótki podjazd i już jesteśmy na stoku narciarskim.
