05/07/2025: I stayed in this hotel during the school camp organized by the London School, and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Clean rooms, kind and always helpful staff, good and abundant food.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail contributed to making this experience unique.
I thank all the staff for their patience, smiles and availability.
I will return home with many beautiful memories - friends, emotions ... and also with a lot of nostalgia.

Clean room, spacious and with a nice view.

08/12/2025: A restaurant in the heart of the historic center. Very friendly staff, nothing to complain about... the food isn't amazing, it's precooked, but overall, it's not bad. I'm giving it three stars because it's cold inside.
24/10/2025: An apparent willingness to accommodate us late at night resulted in an opportunity to inflate our bill without explanation: embarrassing and borderline decency. Not recommended.

The ladies and gentlemen who welcome you are kind and smiling, and they explain the wines they serve, accompanied by tasty appetizers. The wines: a nice selection of wines by the glass, including international ones, original wines, reds, rosés, whites, and sparkling wines, at fair prices. A delightful discovery. I'm already on my umpteenth visit...

30/10/2025: We went for lunch after visiting the MUSE. Upon entering, the place didn't smell pleasant. There are both recommended/pre-made options and poké that can be assembled, but most of the "optional" ingredients are considered extras. Despite this, the prices aren't too different from other poké places. Some of the ingredients (mainly the salmon) left a bad taste in my mouth; I hope this was just a one-time misfortune and not the norm.

16/09/2025: This lodge is truly beautiful, both from the outside and inside. It offers tables outside and inside. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, which was good but a bit small. We also had a glass of elderberry syrup, which was a tiny glass (while other lodges provide large glasses, like those for beer, which hold almost half a liter). The staff was friendly but a bit cold. They also didn't have a stamp, which is something other lodges provide, and it's a nice way to take home a souvenir.

21/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante di Cavalese di cucina tipica trentina. Trattato con un ospite con la O maiuscola. Il cibo buonissimo, bravissimo e appassionatissimo lo chef Paolo. As for the food, it's very average.
28/11/2025: The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, and the service was friendly. We were curious to try Indian food, but unfortunately, it fell short: the dishes were characterless...even the naan bread seemed to lack salt. A real shame...

15/07/2025: I have to compliment the guys in this management who, at least for me, make one of the best pizzas in Pinzolo (even if it's takeaway). Well done.
