The evening began with an exceptional appetizer: the beef tartare was prepared fresh at your table with the utmost professionalism – a true experience, both in taste and presentation. For my main course, I enjoyed an excellent T-bone steak, cooked to perfection – a dream of a medium-rare, juicy, tender, and bursting with intense flavor. This was accompanied by a superb Amarone, which perfectly complemented the dish and elevated the overall dining experience to a new level. Dessert was equally impressive: a wonderfully creamy tiramisu paired with an excellent espresso – the perfect ending to a truly delightful evening. The first-class service deserves special mention: attentive, professional, and with genuine passion for gastronomy.
