We visited Osteria del Maso twice during our stay in Molveno, including a birthday dinner, and the experience was consistently excellent.
The food is clearly based on high-quality local ingredients, with a strong focus on traditional Trentino cuisine. The venison we had was excellent, and the lamb chops were equally well prepared—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The homemade pasta also stood out, and the desserts were just as good.
The atmosphere is warm and authentic, exactly what you would expect from a proper Italian osteria. Despite being busy, the service was attentive and professional.
Overall, a very reliable choice in Molveno if you are looking for genuine regional food done right. We would definitely return.

The staff are so friendly haha. They even greet you in Korean. The stone plate steak is really delicious. It feels like home-cooked Italian food haha.

10/10 Delicious local food,amazing vine ,professional and nice service at very beautiful but also cosy place. After long day of walking trough rainy ( but still breathtaking) Molveno , it was amazing sherry on the top. Thank you for experience, we are coming back in the summer!

A truly wonderful experience, relaxing, with quality dishes, and even gluten-free options! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We had tagliolini with gorgonzola, a trio of melted cheeses, pork and venison with mushrooms and polenta, a cheese platter with honey and mustard, and a slice of chocolate cake! Really satisfied, the staff was incredibly kind!

We had such a great time that we returned for both lunch and dinner during our two-day stay. The dishes are a unique take on traditional cuisine, and you can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients; everything was excellent and beautifully presented!
And what can we say about the kindness, friendliness, and speed of the entire staff?!
Excellent value for money.
Thanks to the young waiters and the owner; we really enjoyed our stay!

We had venison and ricotta ravioli and venison stew on polenta. Everything was delicious. The Linz cake was magnificent.
