An excellent example of just how good dining in the Dolomites can be when a place gets it right. The meat and cheese plate is generous and deeply satisfying, showcasing quality products without overcomplication. The canederli are beautifully made—soft, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. The stinco is the highlight: rich, well-cooked, and exactly what you hope for after a day in the mountains.
Service is warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, striking that ideal balance between attentive and relaxed. Prices feel fair for the quality and setting, which only adds to the overall sense that this place respects its guests.
Osteria Dasté delivers comforting regional food done properly, and it fits perfectly into the charm of Campitello di Fassa. A place worth seeking out.

High level service, even higher level food, everything was just perfect, very tasty food, I have no words for how good it was.

We had dinner at this restaurant and found the food and service excellent. We had pasta with venison ragù, leg of lamb, and desserts, and everything was served excellently.

Absolutely amazing place! You could tell that everyone here takes pride in the work they do. Food is great and sommelier Davide gave us great suggestion for wine pairing (he’s a no BS type of guy which we appreciate)

A warm and welcoming place, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent, sophisticated dishes, prepared with meticulous care. The staff is professional and helpful, with a sommelier always ready to recommend the perfect wine. The owner is present, attentive, and truly makes guests feel at the center of the experience. We came here after a full day hiking and weren’t disappointed. Both starters and mains were delicious (we had the lamb and pork options). And they have a extensive wine menu with lots of options, mostly local but also including another regions. What’s truly amazing is that you can order all wines on the menu by glass as well, which is great if you don’t want to order a full bottle.

Great food from local chef in an amazing restaurant. Make sure to call ahead for reservation because the place is popular. I highly recommend the Carpaccio plate and for desert anything from the menu. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Campitello. Excellent cuisine and presentation. The pork shank melts in your mouth.
The waiters are friendly and helpful.
The bill is reasonable.
