07/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at this beautiful restaurant. Before booking, I'd looked at the reviews, and they were all excellent. What can I say? This place really surprised me! Upon request, they seated us at a table near the fireplace, an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The girl who served us was truly kind and polite, as was all the other staff. The food was excellent, both in quality and value for money. I recommend it, we'll definitely be back 🥰

14/01/2026: Hospitality in an intimate and informal setting. Traditional cuisine with refined Trentino specialties and more, plus a children's menu. The platter of cured meats, cheeses, walnuts, and giardiniera was generous, and we shared it between the two of us. My next dish was the obligatory canederli with butter and sage, while my son enjoyed a generous platter of stewed venison with polenta and sauerkraut. To finish, the homemade strudel, as well as the other desserts on the menu, was served. Impeccable and attentive service. We didn't take photos, but we truly appreciated the attention to detail and quality.

30/12/2025: I don't think there's much to say other than WE WILL RETURN as often as we can. Delicious food, impeccable service, and a stunning location in every detail.

03/03/2026: As soon as we sat down, little Nicolò offered us his bread bites with red cheese (delicious). We ate spaetzle and cheese dumplings. While we waited, we had cabbage salad and tortel, all washed down with an excellent Groppello. Everything was delicious; we didn't order dessert. Before leaving, the lady offered us a homemade liqueur. Last but not least, the homemade bread was still warm. 🔝

The atmosphere is rustic and well-maintained, with several cozy dining rooms. The menu is good and quite varied, featuring traditional Trentino dishes made with fresh local ingredients, along with a few new twists. The homemade bread is excellent, and the barley soup is a popular choice. Service is fast and friendly, with detailed explanations of the dishes and ingredients. Prices are reasonable.

11/02/2026: The only 100% vegan restaurant in Trento. We were welcomed warmly, and the lunch was truly excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, delicious, and they have a wide selection of desserts. Highly recommended.

05/03/2026: From the very beginning, we were taken care of by a great waiter, very friendly, and I'd rate the service as a 6+. The food was excellent, and we received an appetizer before ordering. Olive oil for the pizza was immediately delivered to the table. The pizza was delicious. The local beer recommended by the waiter was very good. The wine was delicious.

28/02/2026: The pasta, steak, and pizza were all very good. Everything was fresh and well-prepared; the pasta was light but filling. The panna cotta was the best I've ever had; I definitely recommend it for dessert; it's milky and not too sweet, and the consistency is creamy, perfect. The staff was very friendly; you can tell they care about their customers and enjoy their work, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this place 🤍

22/01/2026: We ate outside at Boivin for New Year's Eve dinner. The place is warm and welcoming, with rustic '80s music playing in the background, but doesn't disrupt the conviviality. The service is friendly and professional; I'm holding back the 5th star only because of an oversight in the lasagna preparation. Traditional Trentino cuisine features meat and fish dishes, both local and otherwise, and quality ingredients, carefully cooked and beautifully presented without being overdone. The portions are well-balanced. The value for money is in line with other Levico Terme restaurants, and overall, it's a good value, especially considering the special evening. The wine list is comprehensive, with both local and regional wines. We've been there before and will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: My daughter and her boyfriend gave us a gift card for this hotel, and we finally managed to use it. An 8-minute drive from the center of Trento. Convenient parking, excellent reception, truly beautiful rooms, and impeccable staff ensured our experience. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. A wellness center kit/basket complete with colorful slippers, bathrobe, and towels for the loungers is also provided. Slippers for the room are also provided. All slippers and slippers are carefully packaged. No need to bring a lot of things. A hairdryer, soaps, including intimate soaps, shower gel, and even body lotion are already provided. USB ports are also on the wall next to the bed. Reservations for the relaxation center are MUST be made from those offered by the hotel, as it's not very large. There's a heated pool, water beds with vibration massage, sauna, Turkish bath, bucket of cold water shock, and an emotional shower. There's a beautiful round outdoor hot tub and two amazing square outdoor hot tubs. Fantastic staff, even in the relaxation area, with herbal teas and drinks to keep you hydrated. Dried fruit is also available if you like. We also saw a door indicating the gym, but we didn't use it, so I can't review it. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

08/03/2026: The rule is not to return to places I've already been. Hotel Villa Madruzzo is the exception. For the exquisite courtesy of the staff, a kindness I find from arrival to departure. For the professionalism; everything is clean, tidy, efficient; nothing is left to chance. For the beauty of the wellness center nestled in a garden beautiful in all seasons. For the excellent cuisine. It's definitely a place to return to.

10/03/2026: We stopped for dinner in August 2025 and were very pleased with the food and the very friendly and welcoming staff. The dishes weren't too elaborate, just what we like, and there was a wide variety of wines to choose from to accompany everything.

26/02/2026: Excellent food, great atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. My partner and I had decided to reach the osteria (on foot) via a hiking trail. Encountering much more snow (and unexpected events) than we had imagined, we decided to call the osteria to inform us that we would be significantly delayed beyond our reservation time. We explained the situation to the staff, who immediately provided us with instructions on how we could safely reach the osteria, reassuring us about the delay. Following their directions, we arrived at a time still suitable for lunch, where we found the staff extremely welcoming and understanding, whom we would like to thank again. The service was excellent and always prompt, and the explanations of the dishes offered were clear and pleasant, all with flavors that would be an understatement. A wonderful experience. We extend our further thanks to staff member Alessio, who provided us with crucial assistance and hospitality in a time of great need.
