14/01/2026: Hospitality in an intimate and informal setting. Traditional cuisine with refined Trentino specialties and more, plus a children's menu. The platter of cured meats, cheeses, walnuts, and giardiniera was generous, and we shared it between the two of us. My next dish was the obligatory canederli with butter and sage, while my son enjoyed a generous platter of stewed venison with polenta and sauerkraut. To finish, the homemade strudel, as well as the other desserts on the menu, was served. Impeccable and attentive service. We didn't take photos, but we truly appreciated the attention to detail and quality.

08/02/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel we stayed at. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, despite the elegant and chic setting. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. Excellent food, top quality, and reasonably priced. A place we'll definitely return to!

06/02/2026: The seafood tasting was truly excellent. The service was professional and attentive, and the place is quiet, perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner. The only drawback: there's no parking. I highly recommend it.

03/03/2026: As soon as we sat down, little Nicolò offered us his bread bites with red cheese (delicious). We ate spaetzle and cheese dumplings. While we waited, we had cabbage salad and tortel, all washed down with an excellent Groppello. Everything was delicious; we didn't order dessert. Before leaving, the lady offered us a homemade liqueur. Last but not least, the homemade bread was still warm. 🔝

10/12/2025: We were in Arco today for the markets, and attracted by the positive reviews, we decided to have lunch here. Three piadinas, a plate of lasagna. We'd also eyed the desserts, but after the piadina experience, we stopped. The lasagna was okay... But the piadinas were inedible: COLD and watery mozzarella that soaked the entire piadina... My prosciutto, cooked along with the piadina... When they asked if everything was okay... I was embarrassed for them and didn't say anything. 24 euros for three piadinas... The worst I've ever eaten. The total bill: 43 euros. When I spend that much and eat a cold, wet piadina... I'm pissed off. Either they've changed management... Or I can't explain the many positive reviews. P.S.: My response to the owner: he obviously didn't look carefully... I've given 5 stars in places where they deserved it. Anyway, no problem... Either you change the way you make piadinas or other customers will say the same thing. And it's not fun, it's the truth... Good luck. ☺️

21/02/2026: A long-established restaurant that has changed hands several times. The current management, led by Nicola and chef Fabio, is very good. The atmosphere is rustic and well-maintained, with several cozy dining rooms. The menu is good and quite varied, featuring traditional Trentino dishes made with fresh local ingredients, along with a few new twists. The homemade bread is excellent, and the barley soup is a popular choice. Service is fast and friendly, with detailed explanations of the dishes and ingredients. Prices are reasonable.

18/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice and have always had a great experience. The added value is definitely the dining room partner: he has a great ability to explain the dishes, highlighting the work and research behind each creation. He doesn't just describe, but truly conveys what you're about to taste. Quality ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and attentive, professional service. A coherent and well-crafted experience, which I highly recommend, especially to those seeking authentic cuisine!

11/02/2026: The only 100% vegan restaurant in Trento. We were welcomed warmly, and the lunch was truly excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, delicious, and they have a wide selection of desserts. Highly recommended.

22/01/2026: We ate outside at Boivin for New Year's Eve dinner. The place is warm and welcoming, with rustic '80s music playing in the background, but doesn't disrupt the conviviality. The service is friendly and professional; I'm holding back the 5th star only because of an oversight in the lasagna preparation. Traditional Trentino cuisine features meat and fish dishes, both local and otherwise, and quality ingredients, carefully cooked and beautifully presented without being overdone. The portions are well-balanced. The value for money is in line with other Levico Terme restaurants, and overall, it's a good value, especially considering the special evening. The wine list is comprehensive, with both local and regional wines. We've been there before and will definitely be back!

05/02/2026: A wonderful local restaurant with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Service is in English, and the menus are even in Polish. Pizza Man makes such delicious pizzas that he deserves a medal. We highly recommend it.

02/11/2025: We came here because of the high review scores and we didn't regret it. Since the weather was beautiful in early October, we sat at an outdoor table. We had prosciutto and burrata for starters, then I chose a risotto, and then I tried the tartufo dessert. Everything was very fresh and very tasty. I was especially happy that the young waitress let me use my limited Italian knowledge and order in Italian. Delicious, fresh food, friendly service, great atmosphere on a secluded street, close to the main square.

30/10/2025: A cozy and quiet restaurant in the heart of Riva. The lasagna and the risotto with radicchio, cheese, and bacon were fantastic. A great place for anyone who wants to try something other than pizza.
