12/04/2026: We had dinner at Taverna Clara on Valentine's Day. We couldn't have chosen a better place for an intimate and romantic evening. Wow, what a wonderful experience!!! The atmosphere, the food, the pairings, the service...everything was impeccable. Well done, keep up the good work. We'll be back soon.

04/04/2026: What can I say? An exceptional surprise. Let's start with the very welcoming and charming place, the kind and fast staff, and what can I say about the dishes, all exceptional (some Sardinian, by no means a given at this altitude). A combination of flavors from sea and land in a corner of Trentino, a well-stocked cellar, it truly amazed us. If you're passing through, make sure you visit. As for the prices, they're a little above average, especially the main courses, but that's understandable given the quality they serve. Well done.

22/03/2026: The atmosphere is small but very pleasant and welcoming. The service is truly excellent and very courteous. The food? Fantastic: fresh fish, impeccably cooked, tasty, flavorful, and presented with care and grace. Everything was excellent.

04/04/2026: Perfect as always. A wonderful welcome... after all, the team has been here for 20 years in a row. Efficient service and a Polish menu, although the Italian one is better in my opinion. The carbonara, which isn't on the menu, is heavenly, and the pizzas are well-balanced. Delicious wine, good beer. I recommend this place as a typical Italian, local restaurant and pizzeria.

15/03/2026: I went for lunch on Sunday... beautiful sunny day... enchanting place, surrounded by greenery... the only flaw is the road, delicious top-quality food that enhances the ingredients... service with a smile, a taste experience worth trying, top!

26/02/2026: Excellent food, great atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. My partner and I had decided to reach the osteria (on foot) via a hiking trail. Encountering much more snow (and unexpected events) than we had imagined, we decided to call the osteria to inform us that we would be significantly delayed beyond our reservation time. We explained the situation to the staff, who immediately provided us with instructions on how we could safely reach the osteria, reassuring us about the delay. Following their directions, we arrived at a time still suitable for lunch, where we found the staff extremely welcoming and understanding, whom we would like to thank again. The service was excellent and always prompt, and the explanations of the dishes offered were clear and pleasant, all with flavors that would be an understatement. A wonderful experience. We extend our further thanks to staff member Alessio, who provided us with crucial assistance and hospitality in a time of great need.

07/04/2026: Everything was delicious, from the fish appetizer, to the asparagus risotto, to the freshly made tartar, prepared by the waiter, and the dumplings.

06/04/2026: Beautifully situated above Trento, with well-maintained infrastructure and very dog-friendly – ​​a place to feel at home. The breakfast is plentiful and of truly excellent quality. The restaurant also boasts outstanding cuisine. There are a few minor drawbacks, however: The parking lot occasionally resembles chaos more than organization – a shuttle to the city center would be a charming solution. Breakfast gets quite lively during peak hours, and the attire of some guests (flip-flops or straight from the gym) creates more of a beach than a hotel atmosphere – a more understated dress code would certainly be advisable. Dogs in the breakfast room are also a bit much. In conclusion: A wonderful place with a lot of charm – with a few minor adjustments, it would be almost perfect.

13/04/2026: We ate divinely. Each dish was balanced in flavor and texture. We've already been back twice, always introducing new friends to this restaurant. It's a shame it's an hour away from where we live; otherwise, I'd return more often.

11/04/2026: We visited Maso Palù in Brentonico and were truly delighted. We chose the tasting menu, and it was the best choice: every dish was carefully prepared, balanced, and truly delicious. Traditional Trentino cuisine revisited with a modern twist, using quality ingredients and sophisticated yet never overdone pairings. Attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the experience. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
