19/03/2025: You can only appreciate places like this. The food is of remarkable quality, in all courses the level remained very high. We were many and "noisy" but both the waiters and the owner were kind and welcoming.

09/02/2025: We had the chance to take a route together with Peter which left us speechless and with a full stomach. Poet of the kitchen. Undisputed Nr. 1 in the area. A profound connoisseur of cuisine, he completely amazed us with his works of art. Indulge in this culinary journey.

08/02/2025: Rachel and I had a wonderful experience at the Peter Brunel Ristorante in November 2024. We were there for an early seating on a Tuesday evening and we were treated amazingly well by all the staff. We enjoyed some gourmet snacks and creative cocktails in the lounge area before we were seated at our table. Our dinner was amazing. Our server was super gracious. And Chef Peter stopped by our table a few times during the course of our meal. Impeccable service and attention to detail. We sat near the large window into the immaculate kitchen and the staff buzzed with calm efficiency. Please do beware of the desert department… after an amazing tasting menu the deserts kept coming in waves and nearly sunk us…. but were also very tasty. For the cocktails there were creative combos like a Negroni with a reserve Campari. The tasting menu was incredible with a story behind every dish. The wine pairing was perfect too featuring some very nice local wines. At the end of our meal the chef even made sure we had a taxi to make our way back to our Airbnb. Never have we enjoyed such great food, with such great service, and a genuine focus on the guests comfort and enjoyment. We loved this meal and would go out of our way to eat here again next time we are in northern Italy. If you are anywhere close do make a reservation and stop in. You will not regret it!

13/03/2025: The beers are really good. Possibility of tastings. Very particular idea with a table and beer tap which (after booking) you can use yourself. Special and very good vegetarian wrap. Different from the usual vegetarian sandwich that has two things crossed inside. They are really very kind and have excellent service

10/03/2025: Convivial, young and peaceful environment. Excellent beer (we are at the producer's house), easy but refined food, tasty and ready in a very short time. I have yet to try it for live music, but I'm sure it won't disappoint! The price depends on how many beers you order!

03/03/2025: intrigued by the reviews, we chose it for lunch: very good choices on the menu (although limited to a few dishes), super tasty, prepared with exceptional raw materials (fresh pasta and bread of their own production) and accompanied by the hospitality and family service of the owners very honest prices, we will be back to try the other specialties!!

10/03/2025: Very nice place, where there is a wide range of cocktails and wine. The visit focused on the food part where there is a proposal of revisited Italian cuisine. We started with a burrata and capocollo as an appetizer and then continued with truffle gricia, pleasant and not cloying. We continued with pork ribs cooked at low temperature with sweet and sour glaze and gorgonzola potatoes. The icing on the dinner was the tiramisu, truly excellent! I will definitely come back to try the cocktail part too.

05/03/2025: Princely treatment. Fantastic staff (and really very nice girls at the reception, if one can still say so). Large, elegant rooms, bathrooms with shower and bidet, SPA accessible with a few euros extra. We also had lunch there: the food was super good (my fillet with pink pepper was excellent... my only complaint, but really nothing, is that if I ask rare, I really mean rare). Beautiful view from the rooms. Let's see the only "inconveniences" found (which take nothing away from what has already been said): 1) Even in this case (a vice of many hotels), although there was space available, they placed the bidet a little too close to the wall, forcing "seats" that are completely peaceful for twenty-year-olds but, for those over 60 like me, a bit annoying 2) The breakfast, wonderful, pharaonic, supported by very kind staff ready to help you without being intrusive, did not have nice crispy bacon to pair with the eggs. Or maybe my colleagues and I weren't able to find it. 3) The location of the hotel, beautiful and housed in a historic villa, is perfect for those like me who had to go to the scientific center of the university, but it could be a bit inconvenient for those who wanted to have the center of Trento within walking distance. That said, I'll finish by reiterating: super recommended, incredibly good value for money and...insanely honest minibar prices!!! In 40 years of traveling, I had never seen this yet.

04/03/2025: Villa Madruzzo is a wonderful place. Attention to every detail and elegant. A dream place. My partner and I sometimes take refuge here to escape from everyday life with a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable and the quality is excellent. I believe that the price is extremely acceptable due to the extremely high quality proposal. To see and to try.

22/01/2025: Family run place that made me feel like I was at home. Abundant and very good dishes, I highly recommend the tagliatelle with venison ragout, truly amazing. We also had a portion of very good dumplings, and as a second course a shank and braised deer, all accompanied by polenta, and what can I say, these too were very well made and left us with a nice memory of this holiday. A mention also to Simone, a chef with a passion for hunting and for his work, which shows in the smile he has when he comes out to the dining room, and to Rita, a very cheerful and competent lady who manages to make you feel as if you were at your grandmother's house . I was very happy to have chosen this place to eat, and I recommend everyone to stop by if you are in these areas.

26/02/2025: One of the best dinners I've ever had in my entire life. The dishes and combinations are surprising (and the portions are not small). I ate VERY WELL, the raw materials are excellent and cooked perfectly. The service is truly impeccable and attentive and they have a great selection and knowledge of local wines and beyond. Even though I live 4 hours away I can't wait to go back, an unforgettable experience.

22/02/2025: Nice winter lunch, with a table on the first floor facing the window overlooking one of the streets of the historic center of Riva del Garda. We chose the fish-based à la carte menu, very good! Excellent service, welcoming and nice location. Also available with the child, giving us a comfortable table. CMQ, Although in a decidedly tourist location, stands out for the quality of the EXCELLENT dishes and the service. Advised!

25/03/2025: Top pizzeria in the heart of Trento. Balanced pizza with high quality ingredients. Crispy base. I recommend the Giardino Incantato gourmet pizza! Very friendly and easy-going owners.

21/03/2025: We organized a graduation party at Pizzeria Chef 🎓 Everything was great! We agreed with the owner on the menu including pizzas cut into slices, cold cuts, focaccias and various spritz bowls! The food was exquisite, the pizza very tasty... Relaxed and intimate atmosphere. I really appreciated the fact that an entire room of the restaurant was reserved for us. Highly recommended for parties and dinners with friends!!!

27/01/2025: Trovare per caso un ottimo ristorante non è facile. Qui abbiamo trovato un bel locale con un buon servizio, accogliente e attento ma non invadente. Buona materia prima e secondo noi ben trattata, porzioni oneste e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Una cucina semplice e curata, senza strafare una proposta da buona osteria contemporanea. Carta vini ben calibrata alla proposta. Abbiamo percepito professionalità, rispetto per gli ingredienti e per il lavoro. lo consigliamo vivamente.
