29/03/2025: A place not to be missed. A very precise and conscious idea of catering, based on a great knowledge of the ingredients (obviously local and of excellence), of their seasonality and of the importance of bringing tradition to the table in a refined and non-trivial way. There are many slow food products on the menu. Great knowledge in the kitchen, the dishes are all meticulously prepared, well designed and even better made. The service is courteous, attentive, friendly but never excessive. The explanations on dishes and ingredients are never lacking and are always comprehensive and interesting. Excellent winery, at various prices. The possibility of buying honey, cheeses and other products from the farm is the icing on the cake. Prices not exactly popular, but absolutely in line with the quality and depth of the offer.
20/03/2025: Posto consigliato da amici. Locale intimo, piatti ricercati con materie prime veramente di qualità... notevole la polentina con lumache così come il carciofo con spuma di stracchino. Piatti coreografici e con sostanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono servizio attento e gentile. Nemmeno a dirlo... ci tornerò a stretto giro.

19/03/2025: You can only appreciate places like this. The food is of remarkable quality, in all courses the level remained very high. We were many and "noisy" but both the waiters and the owner were kind and welcoming.

31/03/2025: Ho scelto di pranzare presso questo ristorante 1 stelle Michelin dopo aver visto il video di due food blogger (where the foodies go). Pranzo in location stupenda appena fuori il centro di Moena sul pendio della montagna con una vista spettacolare sulle Dolomiti. Il ristorante ha sale intere più rustiche poiché era una malga dell’inizio del secolo scorso e la veranda luminosa e moderna (dove abbiamo pranzato noi). Il personale giovane, preparato e molto attento è sicuramente un plus. Abbiamo speso in tutto 191€ mangiando alla carta. Era possibile fare menù degustazione ma io non mangio carne. Le proposte vegetariane e di pesce sono deliziose. Come un ogni stellato che si rispetti ci hanno accolto con gli stuzzichini di benvenuto (preparati ad hoc in base ai nostri gusti alimentari), pre antipasto, e abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (cappasanta e insalata mista), primo fuori menù del giorno (canederli agli asparagi e crema di puzzone), baccalà in due cotture, pre dolce, crema bruciata ai frutti di bosco e il mio dessert non dolce (il giardino Indiano), piccola pasticceria, acqua e due calici di Nusstraminer. Super super super consigliato per un’esperienza da ricordare.
13/03/2025: Unfortunately, words would not adequately convey the experience at Malga Panna... Excellent raw materials used with care and decorum, enhancing the flavor down to the last bite. The staff are attentive, kind and friendly.
Despite having a Michelin star, the prices are very affordable, taking into account that they OFFER VERY GOOD welcomes and final farewells. I absolutely recommend going and trying it.

02/04/2025: Discovered their beer by chance in a Pizzeria al taglio, I got interested to know them better, until I discovered/found a world: quality, courtesy, competence and so much so much offer in their brewery, also beautiful music in the dedicated evenings. The environment is a bit small, so maybe in the evenings with music it is a bit cramped, but with the arrival of the good weather and the seats outside there is space.

Very particular idea with a table and beer tap which (after booking) you can use yourself.
Special and very good vegetarian wrap. Different from the usual vegetarian sandwich that has two things crossed inside.
They are really very kind and have excellent service

10/03/2025: Very nice place, where there is a wide range of cocktails and wine.
The visit focused on the food part where there is a proposal of revisited Italian cuisine.
We started with a burrata and capocollo as an appetizer and then continued with truffle gricia, pleasant and not cloying. We continued with pork ribs cooked at low temperature with sweet and sour glaze and gorgonzola potatoes.
The icing on the dinner was the tiramisu, truly excellent!
I will definitely come back to try the cocktail part too.

Beautiful environment, friendly staff (a big compliment to the boy who studies at university, professional and friendly) well presented and tasty dishes.
We were passing through and were pleasantly surprised and happy.
We will certainly return and recommend the visit.

06/04/2025: I have never forgotten this hotel. It is one of the best hotels in the world. It is quiet, clean, and has the best reception. They gave me champagne as a gift, as well as a fruit basket. I have also never forgotten the two women at the reception who worked in the evening. Their smile and kindness were enough. I really hope to return, and when I remember their names, I will write them here.
Unfortunately my room was the last room and that's why it wasn't up to the standard of the hotel. It was very, very narrow and not clean, but because the hotel was so crowded, it was full.
30/03/2025: Everything was amazing! 5-star customer service, small but quaint spa and divine breakfast. Well connected by public transport and very nice staff. Amazing experience, highly recommended

27/01/2025: Trovare per caso un ottimo ristorante non è facile. Qui abbiamo trovato un bel locale con un buon servizio, accogliente e attento ma non invadente. Buona materia prima e secondo noi ben trattata, porzioni oneste e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Una cucina semplice e curata, senza strafare una proposta da buona osteria contemporanea. Carta vini ben calibrata alla proposta. Abbiamo percepito professionalità, rispetto per gli ingredienti e per il lavoro. lo consigliamo vivamente.

01/03/2025: I was at the sawadee restaurant for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet place, with attention to detail. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, spectacular food. I tried the vegetarian pad thai and you could taste the quality of the products in every bite. I will definitely return and highly recommend it, you won't regret it

12/04/2025: We took in a Tonno Wellington for the main course. It was one of the best dishes we have eaten. Fantastically good. A very fun and innovative variation of the classic Beef Wellington. You must take it if you visit La Caneva. We were also served appetizers in the form of a very good and tasty pumpkin soup.

02/03/2025: Just got back after this experience. What can I say??? Simply a fairy tale, everything makes you feel GOOD!! the food is plentiful and good, even for those who don't eat meat like me.
