What can I say? An exceptional surprise. Let's start with the very welcoming and charming place, the kind and fast staff, and what can I say about the dishes, all exceptional (some Sardinian, by no means a given at this altitude). A combination of flavors from sea and land in a corner of Trentino, a well-stocked cellar, it truly amazed us. If you're passing through, make sure you visit. As for the prices, they're a little above average, especially the main courses, but that's understandable given the quality they serve. Well done.

The atmosphere is small but very pleasant and welcoming. The service is truly excellent and very courteous. The food? Fantastic: fresh fish, impeccably cooked, tasty, flavorful, and presented with care and grace. Everything was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at this restaurant and it was truly a pleasant surprise. Finding a restaurant that combines seafood and land with such quality in a mountainous area is not a given.
Dinner started off perfectly:
• Appetizers: The mussels were fresh and flavorful, and the tartare was excellent, truly exquisite.
• First Course: We opted for spaghetti with sea urchins and spaghetti with squid ink. The flavor was excellent in both cases, the only flaw being the way the squid ink pasta was cooked: a little too "overcooked" for my taste; I would have preferred a more al dente consistency.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, making us feel at ease right away.
A little tip for future guests:
We were seated at a table near the kitchen. Although there is a large glass wall separating the open kitchen (very scenic!), the ventilation isn't perfect: by the end of the evening, our clothes unfortunately smelled of fried food.

Surprise dinner for my husband's birthday. The presentation of the dishes was amazing, the fresh fish was delicious, and the menu offered a wide selection of seafood. The chef's specials are unmissable. The welcome was fantastic, and the entire staff was truly fantastic. I can only compliment you and recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the evening.

Excellent restaurant in a welcoming atmosphere appropriate to the setting. I really enjoyed the chard risotto with lobster. The seafood salad was also excellent. Everything was served with great attention to detail and passion for food. I also really appreciated the friendly service staff. Good value for money. I recommend it.
