This is a family-run restaurant, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. Although it's not huge, the tables are well-spaced, and there's room for everyone. The food is truly excellent; you can see and, more importantly, taste that it's prepared with great passion! If you're in the area, I recommend it. Just remember to book early!

Top in every way! Hospitality, professionalism, kindness, excellent dishes, and last but not least... Their house liqueur... A heavenly end to a meal!! ...Even the homemade bread is amazing!

I had lunch at this little restaurant, and I felt right at home. The food was excellent. We tried two first courses and one second course to share. Everything was delicious, but the canederlotti were spectacular. The girl who served us was super kind and cheerful.

We dined at Caminetto Restaurant in Malè with four of us and had a truly wonderful time. The dishes were all excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. Special thanks to the owners, who were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made us feel right at home. A truly pleasant experience: we highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Everything was excellent! The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The food was divine!!! The onion soup is the most delicious I've ever had. The homemade cakes are fabulous!! Highly recommended.

A really nice place with excellent traditional food.

First of all, I need to clarify a few things about the restaurant, because it has a long history! It's now run by the second generation, which has nothing to envy of the previous one. (The main representative of the first generation often stops by, not so much to check on his daughters (who are excellent and very helpful: strollers (small and/or large) and dogs are welcome here.) The most important quality is the use of local products, the attention to detail, and the respect for the recipes (those date back to the "darkness of time" and to many generations of grandmothers who were "Great Chefs" using the meager and humble products that mountain agriculture provided back then.) So as not to write a book that no one feels the need for in Italy, given that recipe books outnumber novels, I'll stop by recommending a short visit—you won't regret it—and perhaps you'll become a regular, as I did many years ago!
