Local nestled in the walkway of the medieval walls of San Gimignano. Exceptional food with bruschettas prepared with bread made by them, cantuccini prepared by them! Excellent music in the background, with a prevalence of Pink Floyd: evidently the name Echoes is no coincidence!

Italy, how I love it. Small restaurant with authentic cuisine, cozy tables outside and wonderful bruschetta. Good ingredients, simply delicious.

Localino intimo con un piccolo e bell'esterno, defilato dal caotico via vai del centro storico. Non ci è stato possibile degustare il crostino toscano, ma un gustosissimo e generoso piatto di pici al ragù di cinghiale ci ha ampiamente soddisfatti. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, servizio veloce, e ci è stato trovato posto pur essendo in pieno Agosto, senza prenotazione.

Small but characteristic place, extremely kind and patient staff (we had lunch here with our one year old child and they were really very kind). Very good food

Wonderful bruschettas!! They had so many choices so it was definitely their speciality. We only order 3 portions of bruschetta to share between 2 and it was more than enough. Lovely staff too. Surprise that they didn’t have more customers, the atmosphere was also cool, we sat under a bridge-like structure on a slope.

si trova lungo il camminamento medievale quindi ben defilato rispetto al centro invaso da turisti. Locale accogliente e servizio buono. Prezzi nella media del luogo

23/02/2024: We were wanting to try out a place in town and found this as one of the available that was open for dinner. The place was quite empty and the place felt a little cold. We sat down for dinner and order a pasta and a lasagne for ourselves. We had a Chianti Classico wine from colle bereto . It was great wine. The pasta and lasagne was great. It was tasty and I don’t think it was warmed up in a microwave. However it was not out of the world. For the desert we got the vin santé, a sweet wine served with some almond cookies. We loved these dessert. In all the food is good and if you don’t get a chance to go the vineyard try some of their wines which is very good.
