09/05/2026: Excellent food, excellent service especially our Elodie
02/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance... we booked the restaurant at the last minute. We ate very well... from the pizza to the pappardelle with mushrooms. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent. The waitress immediately put us at ease. The staff was helpful and friendly.
We'll definitely be back.

04/08/2026: The waiters don't smile, which makes me really sad. The sushi is pretty good for Italy, a bit falling apart, but still delicious. :) The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is convenient. My friends and I go there often, and we overeat and die every time. It's worth it! I give it a like (👍).

13/04/2026: An alternative idea for catering: in short, you choose self-service food and buy it by weight. The idea wouldn't be bad, the only problem is the price that appears when you get the bill, essentially that of a restaurant with express cooking and table service. Here there is no service since it is self-service and what's worse, the food is cooked then reheated, so as you can imagine, overcooked pasta depending on the time it arrives and dry meat. In short, the idea is nice, but honestly I won't go back again... considering that it is mainly aimed at business lunches, it is really too expensive.

It wouldn't be a problem if the prices were displayed so you knew what you'd be spending before you paid.
Even on holiday menus, prices aren't listed; you only find out later, by trust or surprise (because they scan barcodes you can't see).
Cracco's menu is priced, too!
Since so many are reporting the price issue, perhaps it's worth being transparent and you won't be responsible for it; everyone can decide at their own discretion.
But, I repeat, the food is good!

01/09/2025: I went to visit Siena and found this little cozy place, i asked if they had gluten free options, surprisingly they did, i had a croissant with chocolate inside with an americano coffee that they did in the spot. The owner or manager was very polite and friendly. Prices were reasonable, the only thing was crowded and we have to wait a little but in general the place was nice. Considering many stores open late was a good option.
16/08/2025: Inflates prices for those who don't speak Italian. "Acconta Francese" is quite transparent.

14/06/2026: This place was recommended by a woman we spoke to at the Siena museum connected to the Duomo - she explained the food is just as good without the tourist pricing you’ll experience near the piazza. She was correct. Delicious and fair pricing for the area.

10/07/2026: Terrible service, overbearing staff, and rude to customers. As soon as you enter the restaurant, they push customers to order right away, and before you've even had time to look at the menu, you've already been kicked out for not ordering. Overall, though, the entrance to the restaurant is nice. Next time, if I'm there... I hope I can see the inside for more than two minutes.

I went for breakfast and chose two plain schiacciatine from the display case despite there being no prices visible. Only when I got to the point of paying, hearing the incredible price, did I ask how much the savory items cost, and the answer shocked me: €4.50 each.
28/04/2026: A truly well-stocked café, with a section for basic and non-basic food products. They care deeply about the local area and offer local products.
If you stop by, ask for Marco, who will be more than happy to offer you a coffee. He's truly an incredible person.
But overall, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Really, really bad pizza. Not even sure if you can call it a pizza when it was essentially a large cracker with a few toppings (none of which were any sort of sauce). I don’t mean to sound mean but this was certainly the worst pizza I’ve had in Italy, but honestly the worst i’ve had in quite a long time.

10/06/2026: **I reply to your response: nonsense that can be resolved, but just stop there and get my opinion confirmed.
Not a bad roadside trattoria, with a set menu offering a choice of various first courses, second courses, and side dishes.
The lasagna was excellent, but the porchetta was less so, literally "thrown" onto the plate, cold and spicy, with some unpleasant aromas.
The service needs revising: wine served in large, dirty, cloudy beer glasses, and the approach and kindness were almost nonexistent.

12/08/2026: Food was nice, but the staff forgot 2 of our table's orders. They also waited until food had been served to some people before telling us that one of the meals we ordered couldn't be made because of a lack of ingredients. This would've been fine if told early on, but the rest of us had nearly finished by the time they came with a replacement.
09/08/2026: From the outside, it looked good, but we saw more than three mice. I find it unbelievable to go to a restaurant for dinner and find mice, and then have the waiters treat it as normal and give us strange looks for complaining. The atmosphere was nonexistent; there was no background music or a welcoming environment. Furthermore, the person who ordered pasta said it was good, but the rest of us who ordered cheese, salads, and meat all said it was terrible. We really made a mistake, considering there are plenty of other restaurants nearby that we tried on other days, and they were fantastic. It's a shame that such a charming town has a restaurant with such bad service and mediocre food.

22/04/2026: I ordered the fish menu, a seafood salad like you'd find in supermarket trays, spaghetti allo scoglio with the same sauce and two mussels... €25. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend; the food was truly awful.

The food is all freshly made.
The fish menu is top-notch.
The price and quality are fair.

19/07/2026: The drive-thru: a woman who looks like her life depends on it and constantly interrupts.
The manager is completely disrespectful to customers; the menu is barely visible when you arrive at the drive-thru, and you have to guess what they offer in 30 seconds. Absolutely no respect for the customer!
15/07/2026: Always check when you get takeout.
It's easy to find unpleasant surprises.
