14/04/2026: Very bad. I felt like having a quick standard Chinese lunch and I went again to this restaurant which I frequented much more often a few years ago. Unfortunately I had confirmation of the drop in quality that I had already noticed on another occasion recently. Introduction: I have been going to Chinese restaurants of all types and ranges for almost thirty years. However, the place is practically empty (there is only one table with family - spouses and two children) I am welcomed in a rather hasty manner by the waiter in certainly not "dining room" attire and placed at a table. I order grilled ravioli, 5 color prawns, Cantonese rice and a green tea. To see the ravioli I wait almost half an hour (never happened) and then the other dishes in sequence. Average quality (even quite low). I would add that for the entire duration of the wait and lunch no one deigned to even look at me except the woman who I presume was a cook, when she brought me the dishes. She too in an outfit that is anything but dignified for being in the public eye, certainly more suitable for household chores! Last surprise was a bill of €14.50 which, considering the things I bought and certainly not being a luxury place, really seems a bit much. Not recommended.

28/02/2026: This is my go-to Chinese restaurant, and I definitely recommend it. Prices this low are unheard of. Everything is high-quality and delicious, with friendly, fast staff.

08/11/2025: This place was recommended to me, and I booked without looking at the reviews. Once I walked in, I wondered what it was like, and the reviews were pretty bad. I was obviously very biased, but I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy service and excellent food. We tried fragrant pici with porcini mushrooms, a truly delicious ribollita, and a tender ossobuco that melted in your mouth, accompanied by a fresh, crunchy, and flavorful mixed salad. I recommend finishing your dinner with their cantucci.

I'd be curious to try the à la carte menu, but if it's as good as the workers' menu, it's definitely even better, you can't go wrong! A very positive experience!!! Recommended

24/04/2026: On a positive note: We stopped for lunch, and I must say that, having a lot of children in tow, the lady who served us was extremely kind and helpful, which is not at all predictable. On a negative note: The quality of the food we ordered and the overall cost of lunch. We ordered crepes, but they had very thick sliced ​​meats that were difficult to swallow, and the chicken was too oily. Unfortunately, we can't remember this place very well.

24/04/2026: We went for an aperitivo; cocktails were €8, and for an additional €2 you could also get appetizers. The cocktails were unworthy, and the appetizers were all frozen, truly unsavory.

01/09/2025: I went to visit Siena and found this little cozy place, i asked if they had gluten free options, surprisingly they did, i had a croissant with chocolate inside with an americano coffee that they did in the spot. The owner or manager was very polite and friendly. Prices were reasonable, the only thing was crowded and we have to wait a little but in general the place was nice. Considering many stores open late was a good option.

16/08/2025: Inflates prices for those who don't speak Italian. "Acconta Francese" is quite transparent.

10/12/2025: Supermarket located in a very central location. Good product availability. Prices are in line with other supermarkets in the area.

11/10/2025: This small supermarket is located on the Ponte di Romana bridge in the center of Siena. Although small, it is well-stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful.

18/09/2025: Excellent hospitality, very friendly wait staff, and a very pleasant outdoor atmosphere... I gave carte blanche to the chef, who prepared this delicious risotto for me. The fish was fresh and the dish was well-prepared. A pleasant evening. I recommend it.

17/05/2026: Nice place, pleasant atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, there were three of us; we all ate the tartare, and we all felt sick that night. I can't say for sure if that was the cause, but since it happened to all three of us after eating the same dish, I was a little disappointed.

01/01/2026: I have to say everything was great, from the service to the ambiance, the quality of the products was excellent. Just a note about the hotel above, owned by the same company: the concierge was unhelpful and unsympathetic. We chose another property.

10/11/2025: I was there during the Chestnut Festival and, as always, I had a great time. The places are attractive and authentic.

04/11/2025: Be careful, room 32 is very small...it looks like a closet. The shower glass and hand shower are broken. The toilet is set between two walls. Not to mention one of the two beds should have been fitted with a board instead of a base or slats, but it was difficult to slide off the sides.

30/04/2026: I'll start by saying I'm sorry because they seem nice, but there's obvious disorganization in the kitchen. It feels like an all-you-can-eat restaurant; you get the side dish first, then the first and second courses. The food isn't terrible, but some portions are microscopic, and the rabbit was brought to me burned. It's probably a place they took over, but unfortunately they didn't know how to manage it.

26/04/2026: Excellent experience. We spent a wonderful Saturday evening at this restaurant, enjoying typical Sienese dishes. The portions were generous, and the owner was kind enough to offer us an extra sampler. The service was truly excellent, the waiters very helpful, and the owner was exceptional, approachable, courteous, and kind. The price is in line with the restaurant's offerings and is very reasonable compared to average, so we highly recommend trying it.
