Sperone Nudo In Pienza

Delicious place that offers excellent raw materials, sublimated in dishes that are beautiful to the eye... not to mention the preparation and kindness of the young owner... highly recommended....

I went to the restaurant recommended by the guide, and it was very delicious! The pasta noodles called peach noodles are plump and cooked just right, so they are really delicious when eaten with sauce! I don't know if the T-bone steak was because I was hungry, but it was really delicious beef, full of juicy flavor and not too greasy. I want to eat it again. According to the guide, it tastes best when eaten between 1.2 and 1.6 kg, but 1.2 kg is a bit much for two people to eat together with pasta... but it was the best steak I've ever had... I want to go to Pienza again because of this restaurant. During my trip to Italy, this was the most delicious place! Even without the wine I ordered, the price was higher than I expected, but I will order the same thing again!

Very good place in the center of Pienza. Very good food even if not typical Tuscan in the strict sense of the term. Excellent service in pleasant environment. The bill is a little steep in my opinion but the location probably has a significant impact. Would I go back? Probably Advise? Yes

On a rainy night in pienza we were looking for a warm inviting place for dinner. We bumped into Sperone nudo and decided to try it. Usally we research places to eat and regret it when we don’t. Not today. We walked in and were warmly greeted and seated, The interior is a nice blend of the old stone walls of the building and some cool art. our table was by a replica of manet’s bar at the folies bergere (one of my favorite paintings ). There is a nice jazz soundtrack playing and I love jazz so the atmosphere could not be better. They have an excellent wine list so one more plus. We ordered the zucchini flowers, the ragú and the carbonara. All were perfectly prepared and plenty of food. Great spot for a meal in pienza. The service was top notch

Had a DELICIOUS lunch after shopping in Pienza. The squash flowers with mozzarella and anchovy was particularly food. Glass of the house Brunello and we were all in heaven.

The place presents itself very well with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The service itself is excellent. The guy in the room is extremely polite and professional... but I wouldn't go back for the food. It's not Tuscan cuisine, it's more for foreigners let's say. The oil that is tasted is not good at all, we are Umbrian and we produce extra virgin olive oil. The glasses were not very clean and I honestly expected the Chianina hamburger to be presented differently, with too many industrial sauces inside. I did not like it. Shame about this because the place has potential.
