Sperone Nudo In Pienza

Small restaurant with excellent service and even better food. We ordered picci al ragù and I can assure you it's the best pasta I've ever tasted. For dessert, we had pistachio tiramisu. Exquisite. A truly memorable culinary experience.

We had an amazing dinner at Sperone Nudo during our Tuscany trip. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Fiorentina T-bone steak — easily the best T-bone we had in Tuscany. The meat was incredibly soft, warm, and full of flavor. The waiter recommended having it cooked medium, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The handmade spaghetti with black truffle was superb as well. It was well-balanced, not too salty, and the spaghetti was cooked to the perfect doneness. We also enjoyed the tiramisu, and the wine recommended by the owner paired beautifully with the steak — the Gallico Tenuta Campo Al Mare was an excellent choice. Overall, we loved both the food and the cozy dining atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Pienza!

We stopped by chance and were absolutely delighted. A wonderful experience, high-quality dishes made with fresh ingredients, and a truly excellent wine selection. Special mention for the pistachio tiramisu. The owner and servers are very welcoming and offered great advice on the Montalcino wineries worth visiting.

A lovely little place in the center of Pienza, with a lovely decor. Excellent food and wine selection. The service is also excellent.

We went to this restaurant for dinner two nights in a row. The first time we tried the pici all'aglione and ragù, the second time the Florentine steak. We were very satisfied both times; the food was high-quality, carefully prepared, and elegantly served. The wine was also excellent. I'd say it's good value for money, considering it's in Pienza. Highly recommended.

Excellent little restaurant in the center of Pienza, very charming. Luca offers excellent traditional Tuscan dishes with a friendly and attentive service. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommended.
