Sperone Nudo In Pienza

Delicious food ☺️ beautiful location, highly recommended

A wonderful experience at this restaurant, which we discovered by chance, or rather, by the aroma wafting from their dishes as we walked by. I was looking for something to eat, so we decided to give it a try, and I don't regret it at all. We had ragout pientino and anglione della chiana. The experience was very positive. In short, if I return to Pienza, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The restaurant is located in one of the prettiest and liveliest squares in the city of Pienza. The atmosphere is very pleasant for dining al fresco in the evening. The saffron risotto is delicious. We're very satisfied!

The food was fine, but the wines by the glass are expensive. 8/9 euros for a glass that is really only half full. We received half a glass of wine with both the white and the red. Melanzane was good, the risotto was decent.

Pleasant lunch with excellent food, highly recommended

We came across this place by chance and decided to give it a try because it looked nice from the outside, but unfortunately that was about the only positive impression. We had the parmigiana di melanzane, which was honestly one of the least enjoyable versions we’ve ever had. There was nothing particularly special about it and it fell quite flat in terms of flavour. The service was efficient, but the overall attitude felt quite cold and not very welcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, it wasn’t really a place we would return to.

Location 6 Service 5 Menu 7 Bill 4 A small place in the center of Pienza; we ate outside in the little square. The soft lighting was very pleasant. The service could be improved. We asked for two glasses of wine, which was poured directly into our glass without letting us taste it. The waiter poured water on the napkin; my companion was eating the last piece of bread and his plate was taken away; the parmesan cheese on our pasta was put by the waiter instead of being put in bowls so we could serve ourselves. The menu is extensive, and the food is still good. We ordered a platter of cured meats and one of Pienza pecorino cheese with various, very good jams; two pici with truffles, where the truffle was plentiful and delicious; one berry cheesecake and one pistachio tiramisu were delicious. We spent between 100 and 120 euros and based on other restaurants we've been to, the right bill in my opinion should be between 80 and 90 euros.

Beautiful place, very kind and polite staff, the food is really good, the fresh pasta is superb! Highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant. Our daughter loved pasta, the burger I had was very tasty. Nice people are working there.

A very good restaurant in the center of Pienza that welcomed us without a reservation at lunchtime, even though it was very busy. The waiter spoke French, which was very pleasant. It's just a shame that the pasta dishes were a bit small in portion size.
