10/12/2024: It never disappoints. For several years, every now and then we have been going to dinner at the "La Norma" restaurant and, as always, Chef Carlo manages to offer excellent dishes. We ordered the "tasting" menu and I can assure you that none of the guests were disappointed by the dishes offered. Excellent service in a family environment. The prices have remained the same as before COVID and this is a credit to the owner, given that the quality of the menu has remained high. If you happen to be in Lucca, I recommend you stop by the "La Norma" restaurant.

27/11/2024: Sconsiglio! Abbiamo prenotato nel pomeriggio. Siamo arrivati la sera alle 20:45 e ci hanno fatto aspettare 15 minuti prima di darci il benvenuto. Dopo di che ci hanno comunicato che lo chef si era dimenticato di segnare il tavolo e che ormai erano al completo. Veramente zero organizzazione. Non ci torneremo più

07/08/2024: Very nice and well-kept place just outside the walls of splendid Lucca. Dishes prepared with love and passion, an explosion of tastes and colours. Excellent prices and good wine list. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, a special thanks goes to Aurora who guided us both on the culinary journey and in the city thanks to her advice. Advised Well done guys see you soon

04/08/2024: We didn't know this place, but we were positively impressed. Impeccable service, kindness, friendliness and dishes presented very well but above all all good. Personally I recommend it and we will definitely return.

01/12/2024: Surrounded by majestic mountains and woods at 360 degrees, this rustic but elegant restaurant has attention to detail, has a magnificent garden, a large terrace with an exceptional view, offers quality food made in an excellent manner and with excellent raw materials. The staff is welcoming and available. Price more than honest and the hospitality of the Garfagnini... wonderful.

22/08/2024: I am a regular customer of the Tau Mansion. The food is excellent, from burgers to beers, and what about the staff: kind, friendly, always available and always make you feel welcome. I highly recommend it!!

28/10/2024: An enchanting location, with beautiful windows overlooking the panorama. Intimate and familiar atmosphere, friendly staff and super helpful owner. Wide choice of wines, we chose a very good natural red wine. The dishes are spectacular and well presented, homemade pasta and compliments for the game ragù, I haven't had it so good in a long time. There were also some very inviting off-menu items. Wide choice of desserts, homemade and with care! I chose the cooked apple accompanied with cream ice cream which had a slightly vanilla aftertaste, I would have done it again! Thanks for the experience, we will definitely be back.

25/11/2024: Ero andato a fare un'apericena con amici, per una festività importante. Pure i pinguini avrebbero avuto da ridire. Porta lasciata costantemente aperta nonostante ci fosse freddo, pizza molto più simile ad una ciabatta che altro e servizio che lasciava a desiderare. Per non parlare del fatto che ci siamo dovuti autoservire perché il personale era nel multiverso in quel momento

24/11/2024: Locale freddo in tutti i sensi , personale imprigionato in un mondo astrale tutto suo , l’aperitivo tiepido durante la preparazione ma servito ghiacciato durante il tragitto tortuoso e pieno di insidie del personale .. la pizza è stata l’anima della festa , un misto di calcestruzzo su una suola di una scarpa infortunistica dell’ikea, neppure mufasa la digeriva .. personalmente meglio alla mensa comunale ..

22/10/2024: Dopo aver girato tutta la mattina per la splendida Lucca, decidiamo di fermarci per un pranzo veloce nell'altrettanto splendida piazza San Michele, in questo piccolo locale che per fortuna presenta dei tavoli esterni. Scelgo un panino "Larabella", con finocchiona, pecorino e pomodori, non male. Servizio un po' caotico, inizialmente veniamo praticamente dimenticati... Comunque complessivamente non male.

21/09/2024: Zero al servizio. Cameriera maleducata e titolare che non è nemmeno intervenuto malgrado la ragazza si sia rivolta a noi in modo ineducato. Alle ore 21 già sono scocciati se chiedi un tavolo per cena (libero). I clienti presenti sono rimasti allibiti. Complimenti. Pessimo posto

21/07/2024: Centrally located facility, easy to reach, dedicated parking. Upon arrival, very courteous staff are ready to help you even with your bags; I would say excellent first impression. I booked a superior room with hydromassage tub, the view from the windows was a bit "poor" but nothing to criticize after all it is a historic centre. Nothing short of perfect bathroom with “Yacuzzi” tub. Very large room, slightly poor mini bar. Rooms with the presence of a double pillow, which is very useful. Found a room already conditioned, a sign of attention. Very rich breakfast and I repeat reception and staff very courteous and ready to help you. I give my mere opinion 5 stars, they can improve but they are on the right track.

15/08/2024: We had dinner as a family, having raw seafood and two first courses, which were fantastic. Not to mention the desserts. One of the best restaurants I've tried. Beautiful location, impeccable service and prices, for the level of cuisine I would even say low. Super recommended!

09/12/2024: Small oasis in this enormous plain. Fast and friendly service. Sufficient pizzas and calzones... But they arrive 2 at a time... if you are a big group you have to wait a long time. Good dessert & coffee. For now I haven't tried anything else. Prices normal.

16/11/2024: Everything was excellent, well organised, even when the place was full you were served quickly, the waitresses always had a smile, the only complaint was that it was a little too noisy, but it doesn't depend on the place.
