04/10/2025: Fantastic local restaurant, run by a husband and wife. Frequented mainly by local Italians. Owner doesn’t speak English but very friendly and we were able to communicate. Wife cooks fantastic Italian seafood dishes and husband runs front of house, serving everyone. Beautifully cooked seafood dishes. Best compliment I can give is; we have been twice already and because it was consistently good we are going back again for lunch today. Highly recommend

The second time I booked for Sunday, they told me I booked for Saturday and that Sunday was completely booked. Either I speak Arabic, or they're totally disorganized. It's a shame because it wouldn't be a bad restaurant. Thanks for ruining my Sunday.

You can taste the passion and care behind every dish: the fresh pasta is delicious, with simple yet flavorful sauces. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail but without being formal, ideal for those who love good food and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always ready to offer advice. An authentic place where you eat well and feel at home.

11/10/2025: Historic restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide several times. The open kitchen and well-stocked fish counter. The raw fish are nothing special, but I'm originally from Bari and am used to much higher standards. Various types of shrimp, the usual tartare. The raw cuttlefish needs a complete overhaul, and the red mullet fillet is tasteless... Very fresh oysters... The Trabaccolara (house specialty) is excellent. Delicious desserts. Impeccable service.

03/09/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the reviews we found on Google, and it fully met our expectations. We ate wonderfully, but most importantly, we felt at home. Everything was truly spectacular, from the meat to the pasta, and especially the caramelized onions. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: A quiet restaurant with a variety of options at reasonable prices. We tried the tasting menu, and the chef was incredibly willing to create vegetarian dishes specifically for one of our guests. Even though we chose the traditional menu, I expected a little more originality given that the restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide. No real surprises, but the quality and service were textbook. I would perhaps have avoided the chocolate cake as a dessert, since it's available in any trattoria.

21/09/2025: Light, tasty, crunchy. Three words that perfectly describe my experience at this restaurant. The pumpkin and gorgonzola tart was a soft, flavorful cloud, surprising you from the first bite. The handmade macaroni, wrapped in mushrooms, was simply divine: fresh pasta, just the right amount of texture, capturing every aroma. And the fried mushrooms... crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a crunch that was pure satisfaction. Then you meet the chef, smiling and passionate, and you immediately understand the secret: her cuisine is made with heart and authenticity. A place that stays with you and you'll definitely want to return to.

06/10/2025: "La Bontà del Passo" is a trattoria where you can still find authentic, local fare. It's perfect for a quick snack featuring cured meats or cheeses, or even a more substantial lunch. A fantastic location with a view of the entire mountain range, so close you can almost touch it. Good food, good service, and a great price. Recommended.

23/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant a couple of times already. The food is very good, the location is beautiful, especially in the evening. The service is attentive. If you have any allergies, let them know in advance and you won't have any problems. Both the seafood and meat dishes are excellent.

11/10/2025: The restaurant, nestled in greenery, boasts a beautiful interior and a rustic atmosphere. The food is very good, and they serve traditional Lucca cuisine. Excellent value for money! Friendly and helpful staff. A must try.

04/10/2025: The surprises are BEAUTIFUL. I immediately loved the location, nestled among the olive trees, immaculately kept, and the interior reminiscent of a very chic farmhouse. Not to mention the warm and very professional welcome from the ladies in the dining room! The food and wine are a world away, so I won't say anything else... Just go because it's divine!!! I gave it 5 stars because 10 aren't possible, and I thank all the staff and the owner (a delightful person) for making me spend one of the most wonderful evenings I can remember!!! See you soon!!

02/10/2025: We went here for lunch. The waiter bullied 2 of us into getting the Mexican burger. It truly was the best burger. I’m glad he bullied us. The fries were also great and the little dipping sauce was the best ever. Bravo, chef! I’m now 40 billion miles away. But the next time I’m in the area, I’m coming back just for that meal.

30/09/2025: Super sweet staff. The tartar with smoke Haring is amazing! We eat carbonara and risotto and tiramisu, and we loved it all. Definitely recommended!!
