Delicious. Maybe it would be nice to have larger sandwiches since they're so good and made with quality ingredients.

We recently ate here twice with friends: the first time for a plated meal and the second time for takeout sandwiches. The quality of the products is evident; everything is very good, both the tartare I ordered and the sandwiches. The portion size is average, as are the prices (not cheap, but not outrageous either). We've never been inside, except for passing through, but it seemed well-kept, even if it's not particularly large. Outside is excellent, even in the hottest months, because the large trees provide shade.

After a sumptuous Easter lunch, we were wandering around Lucca, and out of eight people, three were a little hungry. We chose this place precisely because some of us could eat and the others could have a drink. Despite the crowd, they seated us after just a few minutes on a lovely mezzanine inside, giving us privacy and tranquility! We ended up ordering seven panini and a crostone because, perusing the menu, everyone found ingredients that would whet a hunger we didn't know we had. The fragrance of the bread on the outside and its softness on the inside had everyone agreeing that it was truly delicious and warm, with generously filled paninis, yet well-balanced in flavor. An honorable mention goes to finding a simple, yet not banal, vegan sandwich. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive, but never intrusive. The place was welcoming and well-kept. Thank you for giving us a truly pleasant experience!

The food is excellent. Chaotic, always busy, but well-organized with the on-the-spot reservation system. At 1 pm on a Sunday, four of us waited 10 minutes. Everything was delicious and very plentiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. The location was enviable!

I cried tears of joy when I experienced their beef sandwich! Nothing has ever come close! We visited in November (perfect weather) and I contemplate Lucca often….

Watched a tiktok review and knew we had to visit to try it, unfortunately the menu had changed and was unable to the II Fico but tried other tasty options. 😔😞 The bread for the paninis are so good. 🥖😋

Simple yet high-quality dishes, everything always delicious. Although there's sometimes a line at peak times and days, the staff always manage to find a table. Very friendly and attentive service.
