On the advice of a local, we discovered this pleasant and characteristic place, where the cuisine revolves mainly around pork. What can I say? The menu doesn't include first courses, but there is a wide selection of appetizers of cured meats and cheeses. The second courses are mainly based on grilled meats. The place is very cozy with a beautiful outdoor space, surrounded by greenery, and the prices are fair.

A butcher's restaurant nestled in the Apuan Alps, both the interior and exterior are beautiful, with tables under pergolas surrounded by flower pots, where you can hear the rushing stream. The cured meats and cheeses are excellent. The grill includes steak, sausage, and ribs, and there are also off-menu options like pork shank and meatballs. To finish, the desserts include homemade apple pie, cantuccini, and tiramisu. I recommend it for both lunch and dinner in the summer, but also for a snack.

Everything was wonderful. The meat was delicious and of excellent quality, the tiramisu had an incredible consistency, truly, truly everything was delicious. Exceptional service, definitely worth a try if we pass this way again.

I have to say I expected something more from the cold cuts.
The panzanella, however, is excellent.
