Chef Francesco, with his presence at the tables to offer necessary advice and suggestions, stands out in a special way. The fully transparent cuisine makes the concept of transparency even more appreciated. The quality of the dishes and the art with which they are prepared reach a high level of gastronomic excellence, and the wine pairings suggested by the Sommelier are of the highest rigor and quality. 19/05/2026: My rating depends on my dinner experience: the owners, who are undoubtedly welcoming and passionate, describe the place and the dishes very well. The food, however, remains, in my opinion, just above average in taste and presentation. The service is very slow, and some dishes arrived a bit cold. It's still a nice place for an evening with friends.

18/05/2026: We happened upon this charming restaurant on Saturday for lunch. Owner Stefania and her husband run the restaurant with care, passion, and a whole lot of love. We sat down expecting to have a platter and a plate of pasta for our son, but luckily, we were persuaded to try other dishes. All truly delicious. The Chianti tuna is a must-try, as are their desserts. But whatever Stefania recommends, trust me, you won't regret it.

07/06/2026: A place worth recommending on Pietrasanta's culinary map. We haven't eaten fish this good in a long time. We waited about 20 minutes for our dish. Sea bass baked in salt and vegetables. Simple, but delicious. Served with a local white wine. The portion is sufficient for two hungry people. I definitely recommend it!

14/06/2026: A lunch break from the sun and sea, a great break. I've always found the pizza to be light and not heavy. The staff is friendly and eager to accommodate requests. The fish dishes are a real pleasure to eat.

Bisteccheria del Vaticano was a completely accidental discovery during a special day spent with our mother for her birthday in and around Forte dei Marmi... and it ended up becoming the most beautiful memory of the day. We're not locals, we didn't know the restaurant, and we went in almost by instinct. As soon as we arrived, however, we immediately sensed something rare: that authentic welcome that is increasingly difficult to find these days. Andrea and the entire staff made us feel truly welcomed, with a sincere, unpretentious kindness, built on attention, warmth, and professionalism. The quality of the food left us speechless. Exceptional meat, authentic flavors, carefully selected ingredients cooked with respect. Each dish exudes passion, experience, and love for this work. But what truly makes this place special is the soul that permeates within. We felt good. And when you leave a restaurant with that feeling of lighthearted happiness, it means you haven't just eaten well: you've had an experience. It'll be one of those places we'll recommend to all our friends and anyone who wants to discover something authentic in this area. We were truly delighted. Congratulations to Andrea and the entire staff. Places like this deserve to last forever.
