01/03/2026: A charming restaurant in a charming location. Everything is excellent, but what really stands out is the wine selection and the events dedicated to them. Truly excellent, I'd say excellent!

15/02/2026: Unclear pricing for off-menu items. I had lunch there with friends. We were looking for something quick and tasty, so we ordered a charcuterie board for three of us to share, with three types of cold cuts and two types of cheese. The board was off-menu, and we discovered it cost €48. Considering that with water, three beers, and a seafood pappa al pomodoro, we paid €86. Good, but overpriced.

07/05/2026: BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE PIZZERIA. WE WERE SITTED INTO THE ROOM WHERE THE PIZZA OVEN IS, WITH PEOPLE COMING AND GOING TO PICK UP THEIR TAKE-OUT PIZZAS. THE TABLE WAS LINED WITH A PAPER TABLECLOTH, GLASSES, TWO PLATES, AND THE PIZZA DELIVERED ON A CUTTING BOARD. THIS SERVICE CANNOT COST €3.00 PER PERSON FOR A COVER CHARGE. THIS COULD BE THE PRICE OF A SERVICE WITH A WAITER, VARIOUS PLATES, GLASSES, A CLOTH TABLECLOTH, ETC.

24/04/2026: One of the few restaurants that left a mark on me. Well done.

02/06/2026: The hotel is very nice, with a pool, garden, small children's playground, pool bar (which wasn't open in May), and a very good restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our well-being, and we had a lovely room with two balconies. There was also a lift, but it was quite slow. Large communal terraces offered stunning views of the lake. There was a wooden shed for storing our bikes and a large parking area for the car. The only drawback was the small breakfast room in the basement, which I personally found uninviting, but breakfast itself was adequate.

01/06/2026: Good location in a quiet area right in front of Lake Massaciuccoli. Excellent services and good food, an excellent base for visiting Lucca and the Viareggio Riviera and beyond. Prices are reasonable.

07/06/2026: The location is beautiful and the facility has ample and convenient parking, which is definitely a plus. The food is average, nothing special. ​Unfortunately, the only real downside is the staff: terrible. We weren't even greeted upon entry, and when it came time to take our order, the waiter acted extremely condescending, continuing to mind his own business and chatting with his colleagues. The constant feeling was that we were being a nuisance. ​Terrible. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it due to the truly poor service.

09/06/2026: A must-try in Pian di Conca and throughout Versilia, especially for its spectacular tordelli and wonderful atmosphere! I always love returning to Ferro, and it's a testament to my success every time. Their true strength is their tordelli: simply sublime, with a flavorful filling and perfect dough. The staff is the restaurant's added value: friendly, always attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant is also an excellent choice for business lunches, offering quick meals without sacrificing quality. The location is splendid in every season: in the winter, the interior is warm, welcoming, and elegant, while in the summer, the exterior transforms into an intimate and decidedly romantic setting. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

30/05/2026: Exceptional restaurant, discovered almost by chance while passing by a nearby restaurant one evening. The place is lovely, tastefully and simply decorated. We had a fish menu at a fair price, generous portions, and friendly, helpful waiters!! Highly recommended ❣️

17/04/2026: Excellent stop, a restaurant with unique dishes. We had the peposo, sublime, a delight for the palate. Excellent tordelli and wild boar pappardelle. I recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy healthy cuisine...at affordable prices. Congratulations!

22/02/2026: Best place in the area. The appetizers, pizzas, and calzones are truly delicious and very filling. Impeccable service! The two waitresses are very kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the two guys at the bar are exceptional. The atmosphere is casual but very, very welcoming. You practically feel at home.

The pizza is excellent, with classic or multigrain dough and top-quality ingredients. But there are many other dishes to choose from. 20/05/2026: A quaint atmosphere, with the owner's ingenious work embellishing it and making it interesting. Amazing coffee, you'll want to take another one. Fresh, fragrant pastries. We were there for breakfast, but they also do savory dishes. The owner is incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back!
