28/03/2024: Very friendly staff, small but very nice atmosphere, a wedding favor, excellent ice cream, cakes are worth trying.
17/03/2024: Delicious! The gelato here is really nice and we've visited a few times now. The only problem with it is that you leave wanting more of the delicious flavours! Which means that you go home with an extra container of gelato, trying not to eat it on the way home!
Portion sizes are good, and the prices are very reasonable.
Definitely recommended, and make sure you try the crema di limone.
Update (07/2023): unfortunately the last time we visited the portion sizes were a lot smaller than before and there wasn't such a large selection available.

26/03/2024: Tasty and flavorful appetizer. The Garmugia or Gramugia soup is a beautiful discovery. We found the cuts: a little nervous (the one with colonnade lard) and poorly seasoned - with little cheese - (the one with radicchio and gorgonzola). Correct cooking as requested. We expected larger portions. Medium-high prices. Kind service.

19/03/2024: The Garfagnino appetizer is very appetizing. The wild boar is excellent. The baked pork is decent. The owner is very kind. Nice environment.
16/02/2024: Posto semplicemente fantastico, persone molto alla mano, prezzi sotto la media, ho mangiato rosticceria di cinghiale in umido con olive affiancato da polenta, un piatto ben fatto e ben presentato, sugo tirato al punto giusto e molto bilanciato, ci tornerò.

19/02/2024: I was in this hotel almost by chance with my boyfriend, so without expectations. We were surprised by the very large room, brand new and well furnished but the gem was the bathroom, elegant with a huge shower cabin. We also stayed for dinner, the menu has typical dishes using local products, we tasted various things but not to be missed are the Tordelli from Lucca, memorable! The jewel in the crown is the sofa room with the central fireplace and the preserved greenery. We will be back for sure!
18/02/2024: Fairly clean hotel, friendly staff but the room was a bit abandoned, detergents for washing had not been loaded, towels were missing and there was also no kettle with herbal teas present in the other rooms at the same price. I would also recommend mosquito nets on the windows because we found a lot of bedbugs. Not very satisfied.

04/02/2024: segnalato da amici siamo stati in 6 in questo ristorante che sta aperto solo il venerdi sera il sabato sera la domenica a pranzo e cena . il paese di corsagna è su una collina facilmente raggiungibile dopo 4 o 5 km di salita vicino a borgo a mozzano . il menù presenta primi tra cui tortelli veramente buoni , specialità della casa , assieme a altri primi fatti con pasta fatta da loro . i secondi sono tutti di carne , tagliata , filetto . bistecca , grigliate di carne con contorni tra cui i fagioli scoppiati . vino , acqua un dolce e caffe corretti . il tutto ad un prezzo buono , direi economico . circa 24 euro a testa . servizio veloce ed educato . lo consiglio vivamente
23/10/2023: Abbiamo pranzato (gruppo di 10 persone) in questo ristorante immerso nella graziosa frazione di Corsagna (comune di Borgo a Mozzano). I tortelli sono veramente ottimi e anche i maccheroni ai funghi (questi sono i primi che abbiamo richiesto), peraltro in dosi abbondanti il che non guasta... Nell'attesa dei primi, ci siamo fatti portare dell'ottima focaccia calda con salumi e formaggi vari. Il vino della casa è di discreta qualità. Per secondo siamo andati sulla tagliata... niente male pure quella così come i contorni (fagioli al forno, patatine fritte, fagiolini...) e per finire i dolci (posso dire che il mio tiramisù era ottimo, ma anche altri che hanno preso altri tipi di dolce, erano piuttosto soddisfatti delle loro scelte). Caffè, amari e limoncello ci sono stati offerti dal proprietario. I prezzi veramente onesti. Personale cordiale e gentile. E infine, un bel panorama sulla valle e i paesini dei dintorni. Ci torneremo !

12/11/2023: When the bill arrived we understood why the place was empty. We had imagined it a little when we saw our pizzas with "burrata". Instead of being round, they were shapeless and without edges because they were probably rolled out by machine. Too bad..😔 oh I forgot, 1 appetizer (5 crostini), 1 fried mushroom, 1lt of house ''wine'', 2 pizzas, 1 tiramisu, 1 still water = €86
02/11/2023: Parto col presupposto che non sono solito fare recensioni negative, e se mi trovo a scriverne una significa che qualche problema c'è stato. Mi reco con gli amici per cenare prima di andare alla festa di Halloween a Borgo a Mozzano: locale semivuoto, servizio ai tavoli tipo mensa alle scuole elementari, prezzi allucinanti. Ancora non capisco come faccia una pizza a costare 18 euro. La polenta e goulash che ci è stata portata sembrava un semifreddo riscaldato al microonde, pizza tanto grande quanto sottile, non di grande sapore. Comunque, sarà anche vero che il tartufo costa, ma se uno chiede la pizza col tartufo ci andrebbe anche messo eh!
Peraltro, alcuni miei amici non si sono sentiti bene dopo cena, non solo per il conto.
Insomma, sconsiglio caldamente per chi ci volesse andare.
Dalle recensioni che ho visto, molte persone si lamentavano di tempi di attesa lunghissimi: a noi questo non è capitato, per fortuna, ma forse perché eravamo gli unici nel ristorante... se tanto mi da tanto...

01/04/2024: Unfortunately being Sunday evening there were no choices nearby in the district. We had been warned from the locals recently of poor food and certainly not worth the prices. All others where we ate were always great tasty food and glad to pay and looking forward to eating there and the staff. Be aware, there's a reason why locals don't eat there. Always expect locals where you eat and be pleased and can't wait to return!!
30/03/2024: It is not a restaurant, so there are very few first courses and no second courses.
Here we focus above all on cold cuts and cheeses.
Highest quality products...must try!
Friendly managers and characteristic environment.
