02/11/2025: We had breakfast and dinner here every day during our stay. I can't understand the bad reviews from the complaining German tourists. I had the Florentine, tuna pizza, and wild boar ragout. Everything was excellent. The owners were incredibly friendly and chatted with us for a while. They even gave us a parting gift because we'd been there every day. You reap what you sow. If you behave well, you'll be treated accordingly.

03/10/2025: Great, authentic restaurant with friendly service, very good food, and excellent wine. Even the children were given a very warm welcome.

11/10/2025: Be careful with the bill. They wanted to charge me for the so-called "premium version" of the drinks, of course, which, funnily enough, wasn't on the menu. I then persistently questioned them, and the local guests had their own thoughts. Embarrassing for the oh-so-cool owner of the cool Guru Bar.

02/10/2025: We went on a Wednesday in early autumn, a little hesitant given the reviews. We had a really good time: I had spaghetti allo scoglio (€12) and my wife had spaghetti elle vongole (€10), both really good. The place was practically empty. Excellent value for money.

24/11/2025: Hello. I didn't go shopping at LIDL this evening, but I did go shopping at MD, near the Grosseto bus station. I was very disappointed; I bought some cheese that had gone bad inside.

13/10/2025: Affordable, and many products are of good quality, even though they aren't well-known brands. The meat counter is good, with a nice refrigerator for aging.

03/10/2025: Terrible service, 30 minutes wait before ordering. The staff was annoyed and unhelpful.

18/07/2025: It was a nice Shisha evening at the Lux Lounge. The Cocktails were amazing and bery affordable. I paid 6 € for a moscow mule. Also the Shisha was very good and served with a ice mouthpiece.

05/11/2025: Informal and welcoming. Fried mushrooms Tagliatelle Really good, although not too spicy.

25/10/2025: Very cute place inside, excellent service, and traditional but well-made food. The fried porcini mushrooms are a delight, the first courses are delicious, both tagliatelle and pici with mushrooms/meat ragù or white ragù. The wild boar pepeso is exceptional. The desserts are also superb... tiramisu, apple pie, and apricot tart. Excellent!

23/10/2025: Very good pizza, but also excellent pasta and good fish and meat. It's worth it!

13/09/2025: The lady who took our orders was a bit rude. I had a first course with sea bass sauce and I liked it.

08/08/2025: Very good pizza, with an excellent crust. Friendly and attentive service. The location is also nice, even though it's on the road. It's still well-located in the center of town.

25/07/2025: Such a great restaurant in the heart of Tuscany, with super friendly staff and delicious food. A rustic atmosphere, very cozy. No German, no English, everyone had a great time. Cutting pizza with scissors was the first time in my life, but I have to say, it's easier. We went there several times and were always completely satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.

23/10/2025: I had dinner this evening. The food wasn't bad, but when it came to the bill, I found myself, like other customers, with the price significantly higher than what was advertised. The bill was imaginative, with a haphazard service charge on top of the €3 cover charge. Dishonest host, not recommended.

06/05/2025: Senza arte né parte. Non entro nel merito della scelta della materia prima che potrebbe anche essere di qualità ma il risultato finale è decisamente basso rispetto al parametro gusto che per una pasticceria dovrebbe essere essenziale. Bignè molle, panna troppo burrosa, zabaione si sente pochissimo è praticamente crema, infine la crema è ammassata quasi insapore. questo per quanto riguarda la pasticceria mignon.

16/02/2025: La pasticceria si trova in un punto strategico sul lungomare di marina di Grosseto, si può sorseggiare un cappuccino guardando il mare. Abbiamo preso 2 cappuccini buoni, un caffè e due dolci. La crostata era dura, mentre la lemontarte era buona. Peccato che il titolare sia una oersona priva di empatia e cortesia, sembra quasi che tu gli dia fastidio, con un espressione scocciata e infastidita. Peccato perché avrebbe un grosso potenziale..nn ci tornerò più...quando si sta al pubblico ci si comporta diversamente.

24/09/2025: We were very disappointed with the restaurant. The food was average and the pasta was really overcooked. The dessert didn't seem to be homemade. It's not easy to find a restaurant in the village, but it might be better to try elsewhere.

23/08/2025: We were passing through Sovana and stumbled upon this restaurant in the square just outside the town. Excellent quality products, significantly lower prices than others in the area. I'd definitely return.

26/09/2025: Excellent coffee, perfectly ristretto, informal location, interesting decor, especially the unique armchairs, and pleasant background music. I recommend it and we'll be back.

22/09/2025: The owner charged almost 5€ for orange juice and over 2€ for a coffee, though prices in menu were way different. Expensive scam.

17/08/2025: Restaurant that enjoys an excellent view of the hill, family cuisine with good choices of land licked for the seafood choices that leave a little to be desired, inconvenient parking

17/08/2025: You have to be incredibly patient for a first course that lasted over an hour and a half, sitting at a table between 8:45 and 10:15 PM, then for the second course after 10 minutes, we hadn't even finished the first course. I won't comment on the food because I was so annoyed I didn't even feel like eating. I would have left, but out of respect for others, I stayed seated. In the end, not even an explanation was given; in fact, I was wrong. Anyway, the girl at the tables was very kind and sweet, and you could tell she was having trouble. Nice and clean place, but the wait times were excessively long. No more than 5/6 tables in the dining room. Negative experience.

26/09/2025: I should start by saying that no business in Grosseto prohibits dogs. This morning, I came in with my wife and our dog on a leash; the owner spent a quarter of an hour explaining to me why she no longer allows dogs in her establishment. However, she allowed us to drink coffee at the counter, without stopping at the tables. We paid for our coffees in advance and approached the counter, where the barista brusquely asked us to leave. At this point, we gave up drinking our coffee, handing the receipt to the owner and telling her to keep the money as a tip and as a deposit for the dog insurance. This pastry shop will obviously never see me again, even without my dog. However, I read that displaying a sign prohibiting dogs is only valid if the owner notifies the mayor in writing, and must provide a designated area for the dog to leave, other than the usual hook hanging on the wall. I'll have to find another pastry shop for my next birthday cake 😂

11/09/2025: I'm writing this review to share my personal experience with this pastry shop. First of all, I'm using this space to provide genuine and objective feedback, regardless of my personal tastes. I ordered the following pastries: 2 croissants, one hazelnut and the other white chocolate; 1 apple puff pastry; 1 cream-filled bombolone; 1 walnut and honey braid. 1 raisin swirl And the three aspects that didn't work were: The unrequested pastry change. The apple puff pastry was probably out of stock, and the rice cream version was added, which unfortunately no one ate because no one liked it (not the ingredients, but the taste). So, why don't you call the customer to decide which option to choose due to a lack of products? The second aspect is the quality of some of the doughs, namely the croissant and the bombolone. The croissant was dull in color, and the dough lacked a lot of flavor (in terms of flakiness). The vanilla flavoring was much appreciated. As for the bombolone, the dough was slightly soaked in oil and hit the palate. The third aspect was the cream. A positive note, it was also artisanal (you could tell), but it was too much and a bit flavorless. Aside from the braid and the rice pastry, which are perhaps industrially made, it's still worth complimenting, as the products are artisanal. However, I strongly suggest the owners revise some of the doughs to make them even more fragrant and delicious. I know you've been doing this for a long time (hats off to you), but as they say with any profession: "there's always something new to learn!"

14/06/2025: Breakfast with cappuccino and bombolone! The bombolone was not good at all and I'm sorry to say, the cream was awful!
