30/08/2025: Rude staff, poor quality food. The pizza was rubbery and tasted like it was frozen. Typical tourist trap, I don't recommend it.

27/08/2025: Rifrullo in name and in fact, at 12 they didn't have any food, and what was available wasn't good at all. Not recommended.

19/07/2025: This family-run restaurant is located right on the seafront and serves fresh fish and top-notch ingredients. It was a real revelation, especially considering the location. The waiters were courteous and friendly, and the wait times were absolutely normal. The wine list is also good. We'll be back.

15/07/2025: I ate at the restaurant during a walk on the beach. The food was good, but the prices were a bit high in my opinion... three and a half stars!

29/08/2025: A restaurant in the center of Porto Santo Stefano with a beautiful view of the pier; fast and efficient service. Excellent variety of pizza flavors. The pizza is thin and well-cooked. We recommend ordering the pizza because there isn't much choice of other dishes.

21/05/2025: Ogni anno era tappa fissa per noi ragazzi del campeggio Gabbiano. Questo signore non era un cuoco, era nostro amico. Preparava per noi 20 portate diverse con tantissime tipologie di pesci e frutti di mare spaziali. Ma la cosa che ci faceva ritornare ogni volta non erano i piatti che ci serviva ma l'ospitalità, il carisma e sopratutto la mentalità giovanile che continuava ad avere difronte agli anni che si portava sulle spalle. Per noi 20/30 ragazzi che lo abbiamo conosciuto lo ricorderemo per sempre come una persona d'oro, pieno di storie da raccontarci e serate uniche. Ti vogliamo bene Gianni ❤️🕊.

02/08/2025: Locale molto ampio, era sabato sera e quindi molto frequentato.Sorvolo sulla cameriera che ci ha lanciato il menu' ,perché il cameriere giovane ci ha serviti e coccolati per tutta la serata.Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti misti di salumi e bruschette, 1 primo di pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale buonissimi e un filetto di qualità eccellente; 1 porzione di patate al forno (nella media) e 2 tiramisù squisiti.C'è un camino dove si preparano bistecche e carni alla brace.Il servizio velocissimo.Ci tornerei.Consigliato.

07/09/2025: We expressed uncertainty about arriving on time for check-in at 9 PM (the deadline), as we had a black stamp on the street on August 31st. The hotel's only attempt to accommodate us consisted of delaying the payment (expected as an advance payment on the reservation) by a few hours that morning, which was quite pointless. After a heated phone conversation, in which we again mentioned the traffic problem, we arrived only 5 MINUTES late and NO ONE was there! A lack of humanity and courtesy, a mockery, a feigned "help us, accommodate us, and do what they can," when for just 5 MINUTES there was no one to open the door for us. So we didn't use the hotel and we didn't receive a refund, because the money, despite the (obviously pointless) delay of a few hours, had already been deducted! And obviously, we were left without a place to sleep! If you want peace of mind, avoid this establishment. Don't ever arrive at 9:05 PM and be left stranded on the street without a place to stay, even if you paid. Absurd, but true. Terrible.

06/07/2025: Excellent experience at UMAI Sushi in Orbetello, waiting times for the service and the kitchen perfectly compatible with both the standard preparation times and the turnout present. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a roll with sea urchin that we have tried to look for many times in other places but were often disappointed. Also highly recommended is the roll accompanied by potato sfogliama, a perfect combination of hot and cold make this dish unique and tasty. The price is adequate both for the excellent raw material used and for the preparation of the dish. I recommend this place both for the welcome and for the tasty dishes.

28/06/2025: we were 6 people in the room on a Friday night, the exaggerated price 29.99, for a very slow service, and the food to tell the truth rating 6/10, honestly it was not very good and I tasted several sushi between Pisa Grosseto but this, is making me write at 5 in the morning on the toilet for diarrhea, for goodness sake since it is the only one in the area and you want sushi go but be aware of the slowness of the service, after an hour we started eating and we were 2 out of 6 people in the room, I repeat my stomach gave out at night.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, all the good things done by the old, historic management are just a distant memory. The new managers are very rude and decidedly disinterested in customer service. The food quality has also significantly deteriorated. I've also noticed, having been frequenting Principina for decades, that many of the regular customers have changed establishments over the past few years.

29/08/2025: As you can see from my profile, I'm not usually given overly negative reviews, but unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant experience here. Knowing the area is very busy, we booked that same evening, but when we arrived, despite several waitresses present, no one greeted us. We were eventually led to our table, next to a rather chaotic and cluttered counter—not exactly a great place. Overall, the place is still nice, rustic, and certainly enjoys a beautiful view of the harbor from above, despite being tucked away from the city center. We ordered a Napoli pizza and a slice of grilled swordfish, which turned out to be breaded and wallowing in a sea of ​​oil; the fish itself had no real flavor. The pizza wasn't the best either; the sauce was very watery and the mozzarella melted in chunks. The food didn't leave a great impression, but what really went wrong was the service. Not just the wait at the entrance, which is understandable, but also (and especially) afterwards: first, no one brings us menus, and then, a long time later, my fish arrives. No sign of the pizza. We even asked for information, but everything was rather vague about the preparation. In the end, it arrived long after I'd already finished the fish, so we ate at different times, which is something that really shouldn't happen. The quality-price ratio, given what we tasted, was absolutely not worth it. Besides the slow service, it should also be said that the girls weren't very helpful.

22/08/2025: We ordered a pizza and grilled swordfish (why would you needlessly put bread on grilled fish, making it unsuitable for celiacs?) My pizza, of poor quality, arrived well after my girlfriend had finished hers. It's a shame, because the place has great potential.

18/07/2025: Terrible meal, so much money spent! €90 for tagliolini that was supposed to be shellfish, and the photo shows it all! Extremely salty. When I mentioned it, they said they'd take it off the bill, but they didn't! The tagliolini was everything, but certainly not what we ordered. TO PUT A CROSS ON IT, as they say in Tuscany! Total disappointment, shame.

06/07/2025: We had lunch here a few days ago and I have to say that we ate very well. The calamari with cannellini beans and the wild boar with apples were superb!! The tortelli alla maremmana and tagliolini with shellfish were also good. I recommend it!

23/07/2025: Disappointing, as always. Due to a (seemingly routine) error with their kiosk, we were forced to go to the checkout. From there, chaos began: it took 25 minutes to complete an order because the staff didn't know how to handle the app coupons. We also asked for a few simple changes: removing the cucumbers from the sandwich and the ice from the drinks. The result? Cucumbers removed from only one sandwich and ice removed from only one drink. What if I had an allergy? This isn't the first time such a disservice has happened. And it will surely be the last: DORIANA's rudeness in a work environment where people work directly with her is appalling. Filth everywhere. You order one thing and they bring you another. You'll definitely never see us again.
