13/07/2024: Wir waren während unsere Ferien in der Toscana in diesem Restaurant und es war fantastisch! Richtig italienischer Styl, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und wunderbarem Essen! Die besten Spaghetti Vongole überhaupt👍👍 Wir haben nach dem ersten Besuch gleich wieder reserviert! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!

03/09/2023: Dinner review in August A place that offers excellent fried food, pizzas and piadinas, with a more than fair quality-price ratio. The guys who work here are very friendly and professional. There is a way to take away or eat at the tables placed in front of the restaurant, using material and cutlery offered by the restaurant itself.

28/09/2023: Location toll, schöne Aussicht, toll eingerichtet. ABER: Wir sind zufällig dahin gekommen, Es war eine lautstarke Gruppe zur Weinprobe im Gastraum, man konnte sich am Nachbartisch nicht unterhalten! Es gibt einen Weinkeller, warum die Weinprobe nicht dort stattfand war für mich unerklärlich. Das Essen war lauwarm. Vermutlich lag die Priorität bei der Verköstigung der Weinprobe. Schade ob der guten Bewertungen, ich kann leider keine solche abgeben!

19/09/2023: Der Eigentümer und einige Bedienstete sind Deutsche, weswegen man mit Deutsch als Umgangssprache durchaus punkten kann, wenn man dem Italienischen nicht mächtig ist. Ansonsten tut es natürlich englisch. Guter Zimmerservice. Man wird kostenlos tgl. mit Wasser versorgt. Das Frühstück ist üppig mit landestypischen Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten, Joghurts und diversen Marmeladen, 2 Brotsorten und Croissants, 4erlei Säften, Kaffeevollautomat inklusive. Die Außenterrasse bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Es gibt wechselnde Aktivitäten wie Verkostungen eigener Weine, Barbecue Abende usw. Die Speisen sind über ortsüblichem Preisniveau und fallen manchmal klein aus. Steakgerichte sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und grundsätzlich englisch... Hier besteht Beratungsbedarf. Für die italiensche Speisekarte zum Abendessen sollte man sich deutsche Beratung holen, damit die gute Aussicht nicht durch Missverständnisse getrübt wird.

24/07/2024: Posto delizioso, personale gentile e veloce. Segnalo pizza senza glutine , io ho preso la pizza IL QUERCIOLO, con un impasto DELIZIOSO, GUSTOSO, CROCCANTE E DAGLI OTTIMI SAPORI. 24/06/2024: Il ristorante carino, tranquillo e accogliente. Il personale professionale e gentile. Spaghetti alle vongole molto buoni come gli altri primi, la frittura di pesce superlativa. I dolci fatti in casa da tradizione napoletana veramente buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Il proprietario che gira tra i tavoli ci ha fatto sentire a casa molto simpatico e preparatissimo. 26/08/2024: Ordiniamo 2 margherite e nella salsa ci mettono il pepe. Perplessi ci guardiamo intorno e anche i tavoli accanto confermano che c'è qualcosa che non va nel gusto. La cameriera, con disinvoltura, ci conferma che il pepe nella salsa di pomodoro è la loro specialità! Peccato che facesse schifo e soprattutto non fosse indicato sul menù. Facciamo presente che si tratta di un allergene e che a qualcuno potrebbe far male, ma loro insistono dicendo che la pizza da loro è così. Non ci ritorneremo più.

19/08/2024: Per un cambio di programma sono rimasto scoperto proprio di sabato sera. Il problema è che era ovunque tutto pieno. Alla fine, questo ristorante mi ha messo a sedere e anche velocemente. Servizio abbastanza veloce a tratti confusionario, ma vista l’elevata richiesta della sera ci si poteva stare. Pizza un po’ salata, ma diciamo soggettiva. Come sempre consiglio di provare, se non altro per la disponibilità e la cortesia dimostrata dal giovane staff, prezzi leggermente più bassi della media.

30/08/2024: Prices not related to the offer! Disappointment! Bar fridge contained 3 small cartons of water! An adequate bathroom kit was missing. No conditioner and shampoo with shower gel in the usual bottle, therefore "saving". The request for a hair diffuser was not fulfilled. It was difficult to even get La Gazzetta in the morning It didn't arrive before 10am. Inadequate staff especially at reception and in the dining room. A thousand small shortcomings which unfortunately denote a substantial inconsistency in the "quality/price" ratio! Tablecloths for breakfast non-existent! Request for adequately long bed for tall son was not satisfied. Nice room, swimming pool too but the gazebos old and full of cobwebs. Shuttle service ok and beach valid

03/08/2024: We had stayed in this hotel for two weeks in July last year, and we were so satisfied that we wanted to repeat the experience again this year, again for two weeks, despite the sharp increase in prices which were already high. It's a shame that a lot of things have changed this year. Starting with the management which has proven not to be up to par with a 4* hotel in Punta Ala, DEFINITELY NOT FOR CUSTOMERS GIVEN WHAT THEY PAY. 0Breakfast with limited variety and discount products, to have a vegan brioche (which can now also be found in motorway restaurants) we had to have our Tour Operator intervene, only three cakes always the same, fruit only melon and pineapple and some mornings only pineapple, to make a cappuccino the staff argued among themselves for half an hour, there was often no hot water for tea, table without even a piece of paper on it, room for breakfast, lunch and dinner OUTSIDE ONLY BY THE POOL in the sun and in the heat of 40° Every evening with steaming barbecues that smoked the air and depending on how the wind blew you would come to your room or to the pool or while you were sitting there eating. Complete absence of air conditioning in the common areas, given that the rooms that last year were elegantly set up for breakfast and dinner have this year become playrooms for children. No relaxation area or TV as the lounge has been emptied of sofas. No air-conditioned bar area to stay in the evening for a drink, except by the pool with the mosquitoes making fun of you. Deluxe Room: change of sheets every other day, no extra pillows of different weights, no evening turndown, no bathrobes, often mismatched towels, no tap and limescale maintenance, faulty safety lock, good cleaning, but let's remember that we are talking about a Deluxe in a 4*! Beach towels to be collected at reception in exchange for stamps. In a 4* hotel, given what I pay, you have to let me find the towels in the room or on the beach. Michel at the reception, and the maitre Mr. Antonio are always kind, friendly, but without losing the PROFESSIONALISM that is often missing in everything else. Excellent beach and shuttle. Elena and Giovanni are always friendly. Things must be said for better or for worse, because the customer DOES NOT COME FOR FREE and especially when he was only there the year before he expects you to find what he left behind, and above all what he sees in the videos and hotel brochures .

18/08/2024: Ottima sia la cena che il servizio, i camerieri sono stati gentilissimi. Abbiamo scelto l’antipasto degustazione di mare e poi due primi, le linguine con astice e zafferano e i paccheri con ragù di mare, crema di broccoli e burrata. Tutto molto buono, ci torneremo sicuramente!

08/10/2023: Peace and quiet! Friendly staff and total relaxation. The swimming pool is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. We will definitely be back!

29/09/2023: 4 star hotel with high potential but unfortunately managed as if it were the Mariuccia pension. Total incompetence of the manager, very unpleasant towards customers. Inconceivable restrictions on the menu, devoid of fruit and vegetables. Even the eggs at breakfast were freezing, not to mention the coffee machine was shameful to say the least. Total inability of the receptionists to give advice on the surroundings. The only people worthy of praise are the cook, the pool lady, the cleaning lady and the dinner waiter and the gardener. I would suggest that the property hire 4-star level staff, furnish the rooms more comfortably, and eliminate that hideous aquarium in the restaurant. At breakfast customers look out to see who died the night before. And finally to give a little confidence and a dignified life to that poor dog you imprisoned on the terrace, even convicts have time for a walk.

18/07/2024: Premetto che il Galloway di una volta non esiste più e che probabilmente eravamo abituati troppo bene, ma adesso siamo passati "dalle stelle alle stalle"... io ho ordinato un club sandwich vegetariano e non era male, se non fosse che era un bel po' stopposo e le verdure all'interno, che sembravano grigliate, erano fredde. Il resto del mio gruppo ha ordinato hamburger e qualche piatto che nel menù era descritto diversamente da come è stato portato, mettendo in crisi anche le intolleranze di alcune persone che hanno dovuto lasciare metà cibo nel piatto. Ad una mia amica addirittura l'hamburger è stato portato estremamente bruciato che l'ha rimandato indietro ed è finita che ha cenato da sola con noi che la guardavamo...perché si erano dimenticati del suo piatto.... arrivato dopo nuova sollecitazione....40 minuti dopo. Tutto questo coronato da un'atmosfera di freddo gelido. Un consiglio se avete i riscaldamenti staccati o non funzionanti ditelo subito perché non è piacevole cenare con il giacchetto dentro un locale e nonostante questo patire lo stesso freddo!

18/08/2024: We sit down because the place looked nice and inspired confidence...but then the problems started...wine cooler that leaked water and which we had to ask several times to change, it started to rain and we had to move the table ourselves, the food it was nothing special, the waiters were very inattentive and the price is absolutely high and unjustified….an experience not to be repeated!

31/03/2024: Easter holidays with my wife, we decide to take away from this place recommended to us by the structure where we are staying. We take a 4 seasons, a boscaiola, an onion and porcini mushrooms, a mortazza, a caprese flatbread and mixed fried foods. We arrive at the place, a little old but oh well, they deliver the order to us on time. Our flaw is not having checked the contents of the boxes.. in fact in the apartment we realize that not even the shadow of the woodcutter, in its place a daisy with onion that came from who knows where, other than on the phone we point it out and the girl claims to have checked twice if it was right... damn! However they are available the following day to offer a free pizza. The serious lack of the flatbread, however, is unforgivable: the ingredients include tomato, mozzarella and oregano , but along with these there was parmesan. I don't like mature cheeses and I was upset about the mistake but I would have partially forgiven it, but what if I had been allergic to the aforementioned cheese? Probably whoever added the ingredients confused the caprese with the next one, which actually has the grain. About these errors, with all due respect to a young staff, you can't ignore them because one time it goes well but it's not always like that! It's a shame because the pizza dough was good.

22/02/2024: Cold welcome from the owner who hesitated to serve us. It would have been more honest to tell us no. No Pizza, no menu presented. We kept it simple so as not to bore him more, 2 carbonara. 25 minute wait. Pasta too salty and fatty, pancetta undercooked. In short, very bad experience

04/08/2024: Chef Gianni welcomed us with an entree of raw ham and melon Bavarian cream. Then he recommended mixed seafood appetizers: prawns, smoked swordfish carpaccio with Tuscan tobacco, milk sandwich made by them with local tomato, mascarpone and sardines, sautéed courgettes with herring and gnocchi with lupins and bottarga... all exceptional. I highly recommend it

24/06/2024: Out of two booking attempts, within a week I received no twice. It's probably a nice place and the food is good... but when can you go there? It says open here (7pm on any Monday) I'll get over it
