22/01/2025: Ruined holiday!!!! Nothing matches what was advertised. Non-existent sauna, dirty rooms, inappropriately sized bathroom Dilapidated and inconvenient parking as it is far from the hotel. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

15/10/2024: A hotel immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms are really clean, spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Good food. The structure has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool in the spa where there are also saunas and Turkish baths. There is also a small gym and relaxation areas with air soft hockey, ping pong and table football.

23/09/2024: A mix between a nightmare and a candid camera. After a summer of work we finally manage to find three free days to rest. We book a room for me, my wife and our two children in the Punta Ala golf hotel from 16 to 19 September. We book directly by speaking to the hotel after visiting their website where all the services offered are clearly read in the price: outdoor swimming pool, private beach and 800m2 spa with swimming pool and internal hydromassage tubs. The information on the site clearly states that every guest has the right to unlimited entry to the spa, sauna, Turkish bath and Finnish shower. We leave aware that the season is almost over and aware that we will find bad weather, but anyway there is an indoor swimming pool and a spa right? NO the spa and indoor pool were closed two days earlier. There is no closing date on the website and no one notified us by phone of the closing of the SPA so we basically pay €768 to sleep and have breakfast for three nights thanks to their misleading website. But it doesn't end here! Returning to the room before going to sleep we smell a sewer smell in the corridor that enters the room, fortunately they change our room but the nightmare is not over yet: at 3 in the morning the fire alarm goes off, I call the reception and no one answers, I go down and find other customers in disbelief who tell me that there is no staff in the hotel, so we are there abandoned to ourselves, we don't know if something is actually on fire or not, only after 1 hour did he arrive the attendant to check. Moral of the story €768 spent to sleep and have a very poor quality breakfast, we left a day early all thanks to their misleading website and when we pointed it out to them asking for a refund at least for the night which we didn't use out of desperation, instead of admitting their mistake they started scrambling for €250.

15/09/2024: A place recommended by the local hotelier, we appreciated the goodness of the thin pizza, well cooked but not burnt and crunchy as we like it, in a variety of flavors and combinations to satisfy every palate. If you then add outdoor tables in the center of Porto Santo Stefano on the tourist pier and friendly and helpful staff you get a place at 🔝!!!

02/03/2025: The pizza was not special. Very simple, very thin and also burnt both on the edges and underneath. So with that bitter taste. Friendly staff and good prices.

17/03/2025: Unique place, it will certainly have had better experiences in the past... but it's better to leave it alone when you can't stand it anymore... I understand the low season, and I would have understood the midweek closure, but if one decides to stay open they must do so to the best of their ability. Dirty room with cat hair, no menu offered, recommended dishes available directly from the freezer... seafood salad defrosted and served with tomato without even oil, paccheri with sea bass sauce fresh from the freezer, with the usual salad tomatoes from before and stop... heated mashed potatoes and stale bread... not even a very honest bill, as the 14 euro "cooked" expressed by the owner with a sweater full of cat hair seemed like a a bit excessive... at the end the cats whose braids we had seen also greeted us in the room... I think the time has come to retire from the scene...

19/10/2024: Nice place for a drink on the terrace or in the restaurant... The food is pretty good, family-style and carefully prepared, and in high season when the pizza chef arrives the pizzas are very good, wood-fired, the terrace offers a magnificent view.... the service is attentive... a good wine list... In short, in the area it's a nice stopover, preferring the terrace

11/01/2025: Excellent tavern with excellent menu including meat-based, kindness and friendliness are at home, the Top for a historic venue.

17/09/2024: The four of us sat outside and waited an hour until what we ordered came. What we ordered didn't come. aranci were hollow and tasted like fish fingers, the spaghetti cacio e pepe was boring and tasteless. Octopus portion was small - just enough for a hollow tooth. They forgot to bring patate and cicoria. The service was obviously overwhelmed and not very friendly. There doesn't seem to be a toilet either. We recommend a wide berth to do this locally.

15/12/2024: Siamo capitati qui per sbaglio, ottima scoperta… Locale super accogliente, personale cortese e disponibile. Il profumo all’entrata fa da biglietto da visita… antipasto tipico con affettati, salumi e formaggi di alta qualità per non parlare dei crostini di fegato da provare assolutamente. Primi delicati e saporiti allo stesso tempo, anche i secondi niente da ridire, anzi pur essendo sazi non siamo riusciti a lasciare nulla. Vista la qualità e l’abbondanza dei piatti ci aspettavamo un conto abbastanza alto (nonché giusto) invece molto, molto meno di quanto pensavamo… Che dire se capitate a Capalbio non potete non fermarvi qui .☺️

Cucina familiare, ambiente friendly. Menu di carne alla brace, con Francesco il proprietario del Ristorante è il braciere da sempre. PRO: è uno dei pochi ristoranti presenti a Capalbio, forse un menu più invernale che estivo. La Terrazza splendida con una vista panoramica sulla MaremmaToscana. 13/03/2025: Positive note is the pizza. Good. As for the rest, let's leave it alone. They give out few receipts, which is rude. Pos only use it for high figures. The other day they didn't have 10 cents in change and do you know what the smart guys said? I'll give them to you next time. It doesn't work like that

28/08/2024: Assolutamente imbarazzante.. forse dir poco! Vendita solo a porzioni (prezzi altamente esagerati) 50€ per 1 porzione e mezzo di pasta d’asporto (con un pomodoro che scioglierebbe anche gli scogli.. da quanto aspro e acido) , due vaschettine piccole di polpo e patate e due acque (le patate erano crude!!). 50€ di asporto freddo e pessimo!! personale al servizio clienti, completamente strafottente e non di aiuto. Nel complesso, uno dei peggior posti dove potersi fermare a Follonica per poter mangiare. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, anzi, se lo vedete, cambiate strada!
