14/12/2025: I've usually found the food at Guarantoli to be a bit cloying, but today, when I changed the menu to something different from what I usually eat, I didn't like it at all.
The spaghetti with clams was rubbery and cold, and there were also two pieces of I don't know what in there, while the roast potatoes didn't taste like potatoes, but something else entirely. It's changed.
14/12/2025: It's a place where I've eaten very well in the past, but when I went for lunch today and ordered the *hole* sandwich I wasn't satisfied at all because it stuck in my stomach and wasn't very good.

25/10/2025: Absolutely unsatisfactory, rooms haven't been painted in years, floors are spotless, the front door doesn't lock, spiders galore, taps encrusted with limescale, sadly, a below-zero rating...
05/09/2025: Dory is basic but good. The room was clean, the host very helpful. A very popular restaurant right next door. A very good supermarket 100m away & the beach just 5 minutes on a bike.
Can't ask for more 😇🥰

06/11/2025: The finest olive oil, the most delicious wines at an incredible price level, and now they even have an award-winning gin that's really impressive. We were even given advice in German, a very, very friendly welcome – it was simply a pleasure to spend money there on good things.

02/07/2025: “La settimana prima non è stato male”
Siamo ritornati lunedì per un pranzo di famiglia…subito mi sono accorto che mancava il cuoco, che era presente la volta prima.
Credo che la titolare sicuramente si sarà improvvisata cuoca…
…a parte il modo di accoglienza molto indisponente, da parte sua, abbiamo mangiato malissimo.
Tutto molto improvvisato e senza gusto per un prezzo esagerato.
Non ci tornerò sicuramente.
29/06/2025: Personale gentilissimo, pesce fresco, cucinato molto bene, conto molto giusto.ci torneremo sicuramente presto in agosto.

28/07/2025: uno dei migliori ristoranti che ho provato all'isola del giglio. Molto bella la location con una terrazza vista golfo e tramonto spettacolare. Personale molto disponibile e discreto. Servizio veloce e soprattutto ottima cucina, sia nei piatti di mare che di terra ed eccellenti dolci.
28/07/2025: Secondo la nostra esperienza, è il miglior ristorante del Giglio! Terrazzo panoramico meraviglioso, menù ricercato ma fedele alla tradizione con ottima ricerca e cura della materia prima. Prezzi più che onesti in base alla proposta. Complimenti anche per il servizio molto curato, professionale ma allo stesso tempo simpatico e familiare.

20/04/2025: Da dimenticare... siamo andati io mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo preso un antipasto per due praticamente l antipasto non c era un filetto di maiale un tiramisù 61 euro per me un furto mai piu
20/04/2025: Super Restaurant mit langer Tradition. Vorspeise und Pizza, beides phantastisch ... und das Tiramisu (ausgezeichnet als das beste der Stadt) sollte man wirklich probieren. Wenn denn noch was rein passt, denn die Portionen sind ordentlich. Um einen Parkplatz sollte man sich frühzeit kümmern und eine Reservierung vorab ist sicher auch nicht verkehrt, die geht zumindest ganz einfach online. Handy sollte man übrigens dabei haben, die Speisekarte gibt's digital über QR code. Due nette Bedienung hilft aber auch gerne weiter. Kommen gerne wieder.
