23/11/2025: Their fried foods are amazing! An easy-to-reach spot, even for an outdoor aperitif. The sandwiches and pasta dishes are also good.

12/11/2025: A delicious and accidental discovery while passing by. Highly recommended, and we'll always remember "that great place" in Grosseto. Pictured: tongue in salsa verde, chicken livers with potatoes, and stew with potato cream.

06/11/2025: The hotel is located right next to the main road, making it very easy to access, but unfortunately, the traffic noise is quite noticeable, especially at night. The hotel accepts pets for an extra €10, however, we were informed that our dog was not allowed in the breakfast room, which was a bit of a drawback. Cleanliness is adequate, but nothing special; it feels like a hotel primarily for travelers passing through who want to stop for the night, take a shower, and then continue their journey on the Aurelia. In short, convenient for a short stopover, but not ideal for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

25/08/2025: Excellent value for money, nice and clean room, good breakfast, average price, and nice and friendly receptionist. Recommended.

20/10/2025: The best restaurant in town, with an idyllic view of a historic alleyway. The food is excellent, with a few specially designated vegetarian options.

12/08/2025: Simple...superb pizza, no cutlery, Simone gives it to you already sliced...you take it to the table and eat it with your hands. A nice beer and a night out at the Punta Ala port. Top!

09/07/2025: Bel ristorante e albergo a Castel del Piano. Sono stato a cena con la famiglia e abbiamo scelto di mangiare il pesce. Ottimi piatti, porzioni abbondanti e servizio efficiente e rapido seppur fosse affollato. Camerieri gentili e disponibili e soprattutto dei prezzi veramente bassi. Da provare assolutamente.

07/07/2025: Senza prenotazione con a seguito un Pastore Tedesco fuori taglia per grandezza, ci hanno accolti con cordialità e fatti accomodare per nostra scelta nei tavoli all'esterno del ristorante. Come sempre...... come a casa. Ottimo cibo, bravo il personale e cordialissimi i titolari. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

21/04/2025: Dopo una giornata alle terme , siamo tornati all’osteria per noi tappa fissa da tanti anni ,abbiamo trovato a nostro malincuore una significativa riduzione della quantità e un inaspettato aumento dei prezzi , visto che sono sempre gli stessi piatti.In zona a parità di prezzo si mangiano piatti più particolari

13/03/2025: Mi marido y yo tuvimos una comida maravillosa aquí y fueron atendidos hospitalariamente por Walter. Todo lo que tuvimos que comer era delicioso y el restaurante tenía un ambiente cálido e íntimo. (¡Lo cual fue muy agradable después de un día golpeando las concurridas calles florentinas!)

01/11/2025: Forget about using it as a campsite. It's perfectly suited as a place for excursions.

25/09/2025: A very nice campsite shaded by pine trees, and dogs are allowed. Friendly staff, easy check-in with free choice of pitch (although it's already off-season), ample and clean restrooms, and you bring your own toilet paper. Hot water for washing up is readily available from the shower. We stayed here for three nights as a stopover and for a swim and can highly recommend the site.

02/10/2025: Delicious wood-fired pizza, amazing fish-based first and second courses. Both the inside and outside seating are welcoming in the summer.

02/10/2025: Nice location, friendly staff. The pizza was decent, the babà was good. I'll try it again to give a more thorough review. Prices are reasonable.

19/08/2025: The atmosphere is not bad except for a strong smell of incense, the staff is always very polite and helpful... but the prices are out of proportion we paid €7 for a tiny portion of takeaway chips and it's really a lot.

15/08/2025: The pinsas are very good. The only downside is the extra charge for the gluten-free pinsa: +€4.50 seems excessive to me.

08/07/2025: Il locale è delizioso, abbiamo mangiato all'esterno sotto una pergola. Mi è piaciuta molto la mis en place. Il cibo veramente buono, le signore del locale molto accogliente. Dopo aver pagato ci hanno regalato il pane fatto da loro e dei dolcetti vegani. È stato tutto molto bello ci torneremo

18/06/2025: Posto incantevole fuori dalle rotte turistiche. Mi aveva incuriosito passandoci davanti in bici anni fa, ma ripassando ora ho deciso di venirci a mangiare. Si sente che è tutto fatto in casa, con il cuore. Una bellissima esperienza, grazie.

22/09/2025: The food was very, very good, as always. I'm giving two stars to the service because on a Saturday night, with only three tables occupied, waiting an hour for two pizzas and two first courses seems excessive. I'm giving two stars only to encourage the management...otherwise, everything else is always excellent.

19/09/2025: I was very disappointed because, upon entering, I immediately saw the pastry counter, half empty at 9:15 in the morning. They don't have milk other than regular milk, so if being intolerant is already a problem, not even being able to have a latte (lactose-free) or with soy milk seems out of place. The service is also quite lacking; the two girls struggle to say hello. The place is convenient to get to, but it could use some updating.

18/09/2025: Very good and fresh pastries served with simplicity and a smile in a very friendly neighborhood bar away from the tourist center (10 minutes on foot). I recommend the choux (pastry cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream) and the chocolate éclair. The choux pastry is very successful and the creams are smooth and not too sweet. Parking is free on the street, and the food is much better here than in the old town. The value for money is excellent. The young woman who serves at the counter is lovely with all the customers, including two lost tourists who speak little Italian...like us! We loved it so much that we came back to try their homemade 'gelato', and it was also very good. The real Italy, simple, generous and inexpensive. Everything we love!

16/11/2025: Everything was truly excellent; we stopped by specifically on our way back to Rome. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes.
