15/09/2025: A typical Maremma restaurant. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and warm. We ate excellent food, including an amazing Florentine steak that melted in our mouths! The staff was friendly, smiling, and ready to offer any description of the dishes. The wine recommendation was excellent, and the dessert was superb! The price was fair considering the quality of the products.
They even accepted our beagle.

22/11/2025: Today we went to this little restaurant that was recommended to us, and it was a pleasant discovery! Authentic dishes and local ingredients are the perfect combination for an excellent lunch. The restaurant is also part of a wonderful initiative to promote the local area, sponsored by the San Giovanni delle Contee Community Cooperative.

09/12/2025: Everything was delicious, but I already knew (it's not my first time there). The platter is always a must, but the pici with sage pesto and the sautéed chard with raisins stole the show. The staff was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.
08/12/2025: We were recommended by friends and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the food is truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

28/10/2025: A typical and welcoming place, small and private yet very intimate and homely. The cuisine is attentive and very pleasant, the service is excellent, the fish is excellent, and the tuna in tuna sauce is a true delight.
Everything is run entirely by women. Well done! Congratulations, keep it up!

19/11/2025: Mrs. Barbara and Mr. Renzo made us feel right at home.
We had two Jack Russells with us at the restaurant, so they put us at a secluded table because there were a lot of cats around, so our dogs were a little restless. The waiters were all kind and attentive to the guests' needs.
The house where we stayed was very nice, completely fenced in to be Jack Russell-proof, small but with everything we needed.
A top-notch farmhouse, highly recommended.

27/08/2025: Pereta is a gem, and the restaurant was fantastic—both for its location, recommendations, and extremely kind staff—and the excellent food.
My favorite dish: suckling pig!
The prices are old-fashioned.

01/12/2025: A charming location. The terrace is a fantastic plus; eating there gives you the chance to enjoy a breathtaking view. The cuisine is excellent; being able to enjoy a tartare "seasoned" without altering its true flavor is truly exceptional for me. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Good knowledge of foreign languages, allowing foreign tourists to feel at home without having to use a translator. A truly positive culinary experience. Thank you ❤️
29/11/2025: Stunning place with a view of the valley and the sea, the owner is fantastic. She found us a last-minute seat with great kindness and helpfulness, and the food was truly excellent (especially the wild boar ragù). Local, high-quality products, combined with a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The waitress is always kind and ready to accommodate your every need.
But the highlight of the restaurant is the food. One word: SUPERLATIVE...
Everything was perfect... Thank you for your hospitality, we'll definitely be back...

08/10/2025: Before booking this place, I was honestly intrigued, especially by the name. Then I looked at the website and the reviews, and so I booked. I have to say, it's a small, excellent restaurant run by a truly kind and knowledgeable gentleman. He exudes passion and explains the dishes with great care. I ordered the pappa al pomodoro, and I admit that before coming here, I didn't even know what it was... And I have to say, I loved it. My wife ordered the ribbolita, another delicacy. What can I say? If you want to eat truly well, this is the place for you, both for the variety of delicacies and, last but not least, the very reasonable prices.
25/09/2025: We stumbled across it by chance. It's lovingly run and offered us a comfortable spot during the storm. Great food, high quality, reasonable prices, and friendly service.
