We have had a lovely diner at this place. The food was lovely and the hospitality great. This man spokes a lot of languages too, wow!

We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant quite by chance, and from the very first moment, we felt so warmly welcomed—even though we don't speak Italian, which was definitely not always the case during our travels in Italy. Communication was effortless, as the family's son speaks excellent English.
The service and the food were amazing and the value for money was fantastic. To top it all off, the terrace offers a gorgeous view over the Tuscan hills. Highly recommend.

We're repeat offenders, even if only every few years, but we always enjoy coming back. It's advisable to reserve a table in advance. The service is good and friendly, and the food is excellent. So far, no matter what we've ordered, it's always been perfect. And of course, the view at sunset speaks for itself. We'll definitely be back next year.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to write a review because we really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, the view was fantastic, the service was prompt, and above all, the staff was very attentive. What a wonderful family restaurant. We ate there with our website children. 4 of us have a milk allergy, one of whom also has a gluten allergy. They helped us so much! The mom had some gluten-free pasta and prepared everything carefully. They were knowledgeable about all allergies. The menu itself lists multiple allergies. Unfortunately, they didn't have desserts, but that didn't matter. Her main course was the best in the area!

A wonderful, very welcoming place. The chef chats with the guests! We had a cannolo in Tuscany: a typical Sicilian dessert (the owner is of Sicilian origin). We were delighted with our evening :)

Whenever we spend our holiday in the Maremma, a visit to Rosa Blu is a must. Yesterday, we once again enjoyed the sunset on the terrace with good wine and homemade pizza and pasta featuring regional specialties like wild boar or porcini mushrooms. Above all, we want to mention the outstanding service: attentive, courteous, and friendly, and you can communicate perfectly in German, English, French, or, of course, the local language! They really go out of their way to ensure that all their diverse guests have a wonderful evening!
We'll definitely be back on our next holiday!
