The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming, ideal for a quiet dinner. The acoustics are good, especially when there aren't large groups, allowing for pleasant conversation without too much noise. The lighting also contributes greatly to the atmosphere: the warm light makes the place truly comfortable and pleasant to live in. The service was good, attentive, and friendly, and we were also satisfied with the food. The prices are average, so they're appropriate for the quality. There's also indoor parking: finding a spot isn't the easiest thing, but if you're lucky, it's extremely convenient. We'll definitely be back!

The food wasn't bad. Nice atmosphere. Only one waiter in the dining room (although he was very kind). The waits were too long. The sushi was a bit disappointing.

The food tastes great, but the service is bad. It took 45 minutes to get sushi, and when I ordered tartare, they brought me tuna tataki instead. The atmosphere is nice, but I'm not sure if I'd go back.

Fulin occupies a late-19th-century Florentine building near Piazza Ferrucci and advertises itself as a "Luxury Chinese Experience." The problem is that, aside from the scenic location, what you find on your plate tells a different story. The cuisine is honest and the dishes are prepared quite well, but the overall quality is average to good, far from the promise of luxury that would justify certain prices. Take the orange pork tenderloin: it looks more like slices of pork loin than a tenderloin. Good, yes, but there's little to no tenderloin; and that matters when you pay accordingly. The green beans are the best dish I've tasted, and it's no coincidence that almost everyone orders them. Flavorful, well-sautéed. The only complaint is that they could do with cleaning before cooking. The curry ravioli are average: okay, nothing memorable. The ginger chicken, on the other hand, is definitely to be avoided: tasteless, a disappointment considering the ginger should be the star. The ground dumplings are better. The service is one of the strong points: the staff are kind and helpful. It's a shame that the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired; there's room for improvement. One last thing about the service, and it's not a minor one: when there are noisy children in the dining room, the staff should have the courage to politely remind parents that they're in a restaurant, not McDonald's. Other customers are paying to eat in peace, and ensuring a minimum level of serenity in the dining room is part of the job, especially if you truly want to call yourself "luxury." Practical thing to know: there's a small internal parking lot, but it can hold 5-6 cars at most. The restaurant is on two levels, though I've personally always eaten on the ground floor. In short: if you're looking for better-than-average Chinese food, Fulin is a good choice. If you're expecting a truly luxurious experience, you risk being disappointed and left with a somewhat hefty bill.

Beautiful location to enjoy excellent dishes of refined and tasty Chinese cuisine

A wonderful experience...the food was very high quality, with plenty of choice, a carefully curated menu, thoughtful, unconventional choices, and excellent presentation. The ravioli dough was truly exquisite, unusual, and truly special. The price was a bit high, but justified by the superior quality of the ingredients and the elegant presentation. We'll be back!

I went here for lunch and tried mixed meat ravioli (the green and yellow ones were very good, but the white one wasn't so good), spring rolls (excellent), bamboo rolls (very good), and two soups (I liked them). Excellent value.

Very nice restaurant and very good food, the problem however is the service, mine was probably an isolated case but after an hour and a half the first course was brought to us and the second instead of arriving together was brought to me first and after about 15 minutes to my partner, overall my experience is quite negative, which is a shame given that in the rest it has no flaws.

The outside entrance is very elegant. The inside could be more tasteful. We hadn't booked, so we were open to flexible seating, but the food was excellent and they have good service... but not the mezzanine! Leave the mezzanine alone; none of the diners liked it. Remove the tables from the mezzanine. We'll book next time.
