24/02/2026: Tasteless ice cream, exorbitant prices

18/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because it won't let me give it less. When we arrived, a guy who seemed completely unenthusiastic served us. We ordered a two-scoop ice cream and a Nutella bubble waffle. The first shock came when I saw him take a pre-made bubble waffle batter, reheat it in a kind of waffle iron, add a tiny spoonful of Nutella (in my opinion), and serve it to me. We also ordered a two-scoop ice cream for €6, but the scoops were minuscule and the price was outrageous. Finally, we asked the friendly guy for a couple of chairs since the place has tables but no chairs, and he told us to go sit outside, knowing full well that the table and chairs outside were completely soaked from the rain. We told him, and he just shrugged as if it wasn't his problem. EVERYTHING WAS WRONG.

04/10/2025: If you’re in a hurry, don’t go — the staff coordination inside is extremely chaotic. I ordered a large cappuccino, and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The food was better.

04/02/2026: I bought it because I wanted to try an Italian dessert called cannoli, but I thought it was expensive. I later found out that this place was about twice as expensive as other places. Reviews are important. I should have taken them into consideration... Tourists beware!

03/03/2026: It was the first Sunday of the month, so everyone lined up at the restaurant and I had no choice but to sit down and eat. It was expensive, tasteless, and not very good. Koreans, if you see this, please go somewhere else.

01/12/2025: I ordered coffee and cannoli. Both were delicious. But the cannoli was completely empty.

16/11/2025: I am absolutely disgusted by the prices at this café. We stopped here for a quick takeaway order, simply grabbing two lattes (coffees with milk) and two small pastries. When it was time to pay, the bill came to €20! This is not a high-end restaurant; it's a casual café. Charging €20 for a simple takeaway order is nothing short of daylight robbery. It's clear they take advantage of their location next to the Cathedral to overcharge unsuspecting tourists. To make matters worse, just the day before, we visited another café on the very same street and paid significantly less for more items, including fresh orange juice and coffees. Do yourself a favor: AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't let the convenient location fool you. Walk 50 meters in any direction, and you will find an honest establishment that doesn't treat visitors like a walking wallet. This was a terrible and abusive experience.

06/06/2025: Opened 30 minutes late. The girl at the counter was very rude, so much so that I couldn't stand the rudeness and left without ordering. Then reading the other experiences that also highlight the poor quality of the food, I thank God I left. TO BE AVOIDED Absolutely

30/05/2025: AVOID! Ordered 2 bowls on Deliveroo, only one arrived (without a receipt) with ingredients taken a bit from one and a bit from the other. Terrible quality food. I made a complaint to Deliveroo, but I did not receive any refund because of the receipt. I tried to call the restaurant numerous times, even at off-peak hours, and I never received an answer.

02/02/2026: I wouldn't recommend it. It's fine for a quick breakfast, but it's not very good. There are very few breakfast options, and the eggs were very dry. They ran out of the croissants that were included and brought us a rather bad biscotti instead. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper.

11/03/2026: The man who served me was kind, but when it came time to pay the bill he was an old unfriendly man who said I had to pay by card and was like, "Hand me your card" so I handed it over and it was paid, but he said it wasn't and made me pay twice. After I paid twice he said "thank you" in Japanese with a huge smile, but I'm never going there again and I'll never forget it as this is the only place I've ever had unfriendly service and been charged twice.

10/03/2026: The worst ice cream I've had in ages! And at the outrageous price of €7.50 (!!!) for a small portion! I'm furious to have paid so much for such poor quality!!
