McDonald's In Firenze

The environment isn't very clean, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I can understand this, given that the customers are particularly rude, but not all of them. The bathroom has to be earned, as the staff is uncooperative. The menu is McDonald's-style, nothing new; you have to like it.

food less impressive, fries not fried enough..service full points, the rating applies not only to the staff behind the counter, but also to the cleaners and security..there is nothing to criticize here..the effort to keep things clean and tidy was obvious..the same goes for the toilets, which were clean and accessible without any problems..plus, sockets at the tables..

The place was packed...but a good option if you're in a hurry to get to your destination.

My train got canceled, so I came here to soothe my shitty feelings with American food. The food comes out fast.

The bathroom attendant immediately asked me for €1 for using the toilet, without asking any further questions. He should have first asked if I was a customer and had me show him my receipt. This employee needs to learn to be more polite and helpful.

All nice and fast, classic station MC. Outside full of unsavory people though.

It's absurd that you have to pay one euro to go to the bathroom: I've never heard of anything like that.
