The Florence Foodie In Firenze

When making the reservation I had many doubts after reading the reviews. I was a little afraid of what I was going to find, but my experience has been good. It is true that the girl at the reception was not the joy of the garden, but the treatment was correct, she only speaks English or Italian, but as in all of Florence, Spanish is conspicuous by its absence, throughout the trip I have only met one waitress who spoke Spanish… It is not a hotel, it is an aparthotel, so do not expect them to make your bed or clean your room every day, I was clear about that before booking. The building is old, but it seems to be being renovated and it is good. The entrance is not open as I have read in some reviews, they give you a card to enter at any time you want and two keys for the room. My room was for four, a double bed and a sofa bed, full kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a small refrigerator, we didn't cook but it has all the kitchenware in case you want to use it… The room overlooked a patio of lights and we did not hear any noise throughout the stay. The bathroom has been completely renovated and new, with a hairdryer. The location was very good, very close to the Plaza del Duomo, central but not in the middle of everything, we went during Easter and there were people everywhere, the train station was a 20 minute walk away, we walked back and forth because of the service. difficult taxi to contact, I'm still waiting for them to answer my WhatsApp and Uber, very expensive, €60 for a 5-minute ride The correct breakfast, I don't know what people eat for breakfast at home, but it's plenty for me. Coffee, juice, a piece of pastry and a sandwich. We didn't order a sandwich so I can't comment, but the rest was good. If I returned to Florence I wouldn't mind staying there again.

We were assisted by a woman at reception who only spoke Italian, which made it difficult for us to understand each other and they do not provide cleaning service. It includes breakfast in the bar next door and the rooms are decent, depending on the room you can have very good views. Acceptable hotel considering the price, comparable with a Spanish 3-star hotel.

Very well located and quite clean and spacious. The breakfast offered in a cafeteria next door was terrible and very unfriendly.

Hotel super bonito en el centro. Habitación muy grande con cocina y una bañera enorme El hotel está muy céntrico. Si vas en coche tiene parking cuesta 24 euros el día. La única pega que pongo es la atención al cliente en recepción chica muy impertinente no no entendidos muy bien por el idioma y ella se molestaba cuando le volvía a preguntar algo que no entendía

Apartamentos de calidad con recepción. Sin productos de aseo de cortesía y regular calefacción.

Bien mais c est plutôt un appart hotel. Le pdj se prend dans le restaurant d à côté. Vraiment dommage pour leur amabilité.

We stayed for 4 nights.the room was clean and the view from our window amazing.extra towels and very comfortable beds!!full equipment kitchen and very nice design at the center of the city!!we loved it!
