02/08/2025: An absolutely "expensive" and negative experience! I delegated someone to buy me a balloon with a special message for a very important occasion and person. I ended up with a gigantic balloon with banal, tiny writing written with an equally banal white marker, barely visible and seemingly homemade. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and the shop was closed in the afternoon, so I had to hand it over as is, but I bitterly regretted it because what was a beautiful gesture was only my idea. The lady should have the humility to tell the customer that she doesn't have the right materials for writing and/or isn't capable of doing it...especially if she then charges the customer anyway.

18/09/2025: I stopped by a while ago to get a takeout meal. It was very good, similar to many Chinese restaurants, takeaways, and takeaways. I had a fairly regular wait, and the food was obviously out of this world.

09/08/2025: They tried to charge me 2 euros for take-out containers on 10 euros of food. It is illegal to charge customers for anything not written on the menu. Ask for a detailed bill to check the charges. The financial police in Italy should fine this place! I live down the street from this place, so no I did not get it confused with another restaurant. Their false comment is another example of their dishonesty!

12/07/2025: We had a pasta dinner, excellent and with a generous portion, and a grilled rib eye steak with sublime roast potatoes. We also enjoyed two glasses of the house red wine, which was very pleasant. We finished with a Florentine dessert and coffee. We had a great time; the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, surrounded by greenery. I loved it; the service was impeccable.

29/09/2025: The atmosphere is limited. I had a really good pizza, light and tasty. In the summer, when temperatures are lower, you can definitely enjoy the cool air. Definitely worth trying again.

14/09/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations, and I don't quite understand the reviews. Poor service. We sat outside and were forgotten for 15-20 minutes, even though there was only one other group there. After that, the service was truly unfriendly: no "please," no "enjoy your meal," no smile, just a grumpy look the whole time, even though we tried to communicate in Italian despite our limited knowledge. The menu is also not very informative, as there are no descriptions for the classic pizzas (which would still be helpful for some people), and no drinks are listed other than wine. The pizza was half-burned and therefore difficult to eat, even though I actually like it a bit darker, and the topping lacked seasoning, and the mozzarella had a lot of water seeping out of it. A real shame.

10/10/2025: Very rude Brazilian bartender. I always wait while she serves others, but today she even started clearing the table. I've always enjoyed going to the bar because the food has always been excellent, but ever since she's been there, which has been going on for months now, I ask her anything politely and she always rudely and angrily tells me I have to wait. It's not a problem with waiting a bit, it's just that she immediately responds rudely and for no reason. Also, today I asked her if she'd wrap a pistachio croissant for me, and at my house the pistachio croissants have always been the ones with the green cream visible. Instead, she wrapped a croissant with white lines on it, telling me it was always pistachio. So: first, I have the right to choose what I prefer since I always pay for it; second, since she insisted, I asked her what the difference was, and she couldn't even explain it to me. After she said, "Wait, I'll change them for you," and she started doing something else when changing a croissant doesn't take much, so I told her I didn't want anything else and to only charge me for the first piece of dessert, then she invited me to go to another bar. I told her that I'll go back when her blonde, pretty, kind, and friendly colleague is there because she has always provoked me and treated me badly. I'm 45 years old, even if I don't look it, and I wake up at 6 to go to work. When I get back, I stop there because there's a nice assortment of desserts, but I have to say that it's not the right job for her at all. While there are people waiting, the tables aren't cleared. She's always had this behavior to make me impatient, and today, after about 2 or 3 months, she finally succeeded, but I'm trying to talk to the owner.

17/11/2025: **“My experience at Delhi 6 Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food quality and hygiene standards are seriously alarming. They openly use artificial green color in Chicken Hariyali Tikka and red color in Tandoori dishes, which is completely misleading for customers. When you order mix pakode, they simply serve two pieces of spinach and onion pakoras — this is unprofessional and deceptive. They serve Dal Makhani by adding an onion-tomato tempering and then mixing in orange color to pass it off as ‘dal makhani.’ This is outright cheating. The hygiene situation is even worse: the cook works without gloves or a safety cap, and the same knife is used to cut both meat and vegetables. This is a clear violation of basic food safety practices and poses a serious health risk. I’m writing this review to make people aware before choosing this place. Food safety is not something to be taken lightly.”** -

14/11/2025: The vegetable pakoras and fried paneer are Indian-style. The various curries were good but a bit runny and not very spicy. The naan was excellent! It's nice that they use fresh coriander instead of parsley. The staff was friendly and helpful. An Indian restaurant we approved, but it didn't make it into our top picks in Florence.

29/09/2025: The new look of the place is very nice! The staff are friendly and attentive. For €15, we had a generous aperitif with a wide selection of food! (Perhaps a small tip: find a way to keep the food warm!) Overall, recommended!!

23/11/2025: I was extremely disappointed by the experience. The staff's attitude was unacceptable: a complete lack of respect, almost nonexistent professionalism, and a completely inappropriate way of addressing customers. It's not normal to be treated this way. I sincerely hope this place takes action, because this cannot continue.

07/12/2025: A guarantee! I've been ordering here forever. Always good quality and friendly service. Unbeatable prices. I don't understand many of the negative reviews. Like the one who gave one star because they didn't bring him soy sauce because he wanted to pay 20 cents with a card. Come on! Then he says he's always been there and it's always been good, but you've never given him a positive review. But as soon as there's a small problem, they immediately give a bad review. That's not how you behave! Tip: If you want delivery, call them directly and don't order through Deliveroo, which takes 30% of the order.

19/11/2025: I hope they at least ate my delivery order instead of throwing it away (if they ever delivered it, mind you): it wasn't delivered because I wasn't answering the phone, an excuse apparently used in other cases as well, reading the reviews. I had ordered another time and was generally satisfied (even if the delivery times were biblical), but now I'd say they'll never get another penny from me.

03/11/2025: Franco is a neighborhood institution. Always smiling, helpful, and friendly. Patient. But beyond his human skills, he's a fantastic pizza chef, and he makes sandwiches just the way you want them. Open late.

12/11/2025: A wonderful place to enjoy a light meal and the lovely piazza. Food: The menu is concise and tailored to the restaurant's capabilities. The small dishes are excellently prepared and beautifully presented. I think the value for money is great. Service: There's still some room for improvement. The waiters/waitresses are friendly, but not particularly attentive. Atmosphere: The café thrives on its outdoor seating area, which is very inviting. Simple tables and chairs. But that's all it needs. Inside, it was too loud for me (the music).

06/09/2025: Yesterday, during my lunch break, I went with my friend for a quick snack at this bar, where I found a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The people were friendly and the service was decent, but we didn't realize no one would come to take our order... Then, after seeing that many people were coming in and eating before us, we approached the counter to order. We had to eat quickly, but in the end we managed to get to the class in time 😅 We'll definitely be back for more breaks...

26/05/2025: Miraculously, I found this local bar on the morning of my return home. I found it while out for a walk. Peering through the glass windows, it looked bustling with locals. It was clear that this wasn't a tourist spot. The city center was packed with tourists, so I was feeling a bit tired, but I was glad to find a bar where I could experience some local flavor on my last day. I arrived around 8am, and there was already a line of people drinking coffee at the bar counter. I had a delicious croissant and cappuccino. I was glad to find a quiet place to relax on my last day of the trip.

15/09/2025: Terrible service, 40 minute wait and when my broster chicken arrived it was raw! I will never go back again.
