31/03/2026: I only stopped to try and get something to eat while walking along Via degli Dei, and it's an unprofessional place. They offered me cordon bleu, but there was no chicken. Very cheap and vulgar. Avoid it.

27/02/2026: Lunch break: Penne all'arrabbiata (sufficient) Roast potatoes (certainly not freshly made) Still water Coffee €20!!!! Never again!! NOT RECOMMENDED

30/03/2026: I had coffee which was undrinkable and the cup was dirty.

19/02/2026: The best ice cream in Firenze, we can fully recommend! A friendly service, comfortable seating outside in the Street (with the nice flowerpots by side), lovely place to have a rest at during the long cultural day spent in this beautiful city. Sicilian Lemon ice cream is the top! 🙃

01/02/2026: I was eating an ice cream, which wasn't that much, and they still kicked me out of the table because I didn't eat enough.

22/07/2025: Squalid place; rude and arrogant staff! Plus, they decide what you can pay with a POS and what you can't... even less arrogant, ladies! And then you have to pay! Say hello to the Guardia di Finanza for me! They assured me they'll come and visit you!

16/03/2025: Dinner with friends. Nice place. But as soon as they arrive, problems begin. The waitress, I must say, was very kind and informed us that the kitchen was closed due to the lack of a chef. There were also 3 starters missing out of 5/6, but let's overlook this too. The worst were the pizzas, two out of 10 were burnt, the other eight were not cooked, especially the stuffed one which was inedible. Since we left almost all the pizzas on the plate, we had some desserts. Tiramisu normal, panna cotta poor. Final €62.10 per couple. I hope it was an evening for them

16/03/2025: We had dinner on Saturday 16 March, an embarrassing restaurant. A disorganization never seen before. We waited 2 and a half hours to eat an appetizer with only cured meats in a tray and an inedible pizza........ All this cost €31.05 per person. NEVER AGAIN

20/12/2025: I bought two pieces of puff pastry (lard) with tomato, mozzarella, and ham, about 20x10cm, and four pastries: two cream puffs, and two fingers with Chantilly cream, one of which had sour cream. Spent €20.50, a steal! €9 for pastries €11.50 for the puff pastry I strongly advise against it.

22/08/2025: An incredibly sweet and patient woman. She made us a special sandwich that we'd seen in the photos online. It might be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it! The shop isn't very atmospheric, and the tables need replacing. But it's clean and tidy!

24/10/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I've ordered from this place before and it's always been great, but today the spring rolls were inedible and the fish wasn't good; it didn't seem fresh.

12/09/2025: This is my go to place to order from when I’m stuck at home studying or just want something yummy. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like, their sashimi,nigiri, and just fish in general are so soft and tasty, they’ve never let me down. It’s not crazy expensive and they usually offer promotions on apps like deliveroo and glovo that are super convenient.

23/11/2025: When I was tired of feeling full and couldn't get full no matter how much I ate, I stumbled upon this place and had a delicious bowl!!!!!! It was also cheap ㅎㅎㅎ

30/10/2025: Instant noodles are the best, dumplings are also good, but fried rice is bland. A meal costs around 7 euros.

26/03/2026: Historic place, with Florentine tradition! They are welcoming and very helpful. I get coffee there if I'm in the Pitti area. I've often had the fruit pastries and I love them!

29/12/2025: My experience at this all-you-can-eat restaurant was disappointing compared to other similar establishments I've visited. Unlike many places that use electronic systems (tablets or apps) to quickly order dishes, here everything is done manually on a slip of paper and handed to the waiters. When you want a second round, you have to call the staff repeatedly for another slip, resulting in disorganization and a waste of time. The dishes often arrive very late, and some were lukewarm or cold, a problem I've also noted in other reports from dissatisfied customers. The flavor, at least of the Chinese dishes I tried, didn't impress me: the dishes were bland and uncharacteristic; nothing memorable. I can't comment in detail on the all-Japanese portion of the menu, which could be better, but the overall organization of the service and the overall quality of the dishes I tried don't satisfy me when compared to other similar establishments. Given the context of the all-you-can-eat training sessions, I wouldn't recommend it today to those looking for efficiency and quality. The staff, however, is friendly. I would like this review to be understood in a constructive manner and as an incentive for the facility to improve and correct the critical issues encountered.

26/11/2025: I bought an eggplant pizza and a four-cheese pizza; both were absolutely delicious. I lived in Paris for eight years and in Belgium for six, and I've eaten in many restaurants, but yours far surpasses them all, and even the prices are very reasonable. 10/10. I'm looking forward to going to Naples to try their pizza; perhaps it's even better there, but for now, I've found my favorite restaurant. Not to mention the speed of the service; I barely had time to finish my cigarette before the pizza was ready, even though the restaurant was packed.

01/11/2025: Don't go. That guy said I paid 10 euros so I could only sit for 10 minutes. Hahaha. When I asked if he should have told me in advance, he said that's the case everywhere and slapped me on the shoulder. I felt so bad. And while traveling, I've never seen a cafe or restaurant that charges 1 euro for 1 minute. This cafe is ruining the image of the country.

31/10/2025: we sat at the table tired after the climb we spent literally a minute looking at the menu and the bartender told the waitress in italian "what's taking them so long to order" in a rude way and italian dialect, thinking we wouldn't understand, prices dont match the ones in google maps, dirty bathrooms but they let us use them for free, usually cost 1 euro.
