14/08/2024: Totally overpriced and the taste was not like real gelato. All the ice creams are artificial and taste like plastic. For example the coconut tastes like nothing and more like a blend vanilla taste. There are way better gelato stores around

03/09/2024: Very expensive, average or poor quality food, the service was quite unfriendly, I asked for gluten-free bread (since I have celiac disease) and they didn't have it (while they advertised that they had gluten-free options), and on top of that they charged us €23 for 6 pieces of cheese they asked for a tip… Terrible, not recommended at all 😡😡😡😡

31/08/2024: Shameful. Avoid this place because it is excessively expensive to not even be located in the center. Nor does it stand out for the presentation of its products, such as the fact that they brought us cold tea without ice in a crappy glass for which they charged us €6 and €4 for a coffee.

21/08/2024: I bought a drink, sat and worked with my laptop for about 30min. Right after I finished the drink the owner told me I cannot sit and work on the terrace. Never has anything like this happened to me in any cafe or restaurant in the world. Thankfully the staff and other customers couldn’t believe what they were seeing either.

19/07/2024: Super leckeres Eis zu fairen Preisen. Eine Sorte 6,50€ oder 8€ und für 10€ drei Sorten Das Eis ist super gut in Sahneeis oder Sorbet

30/06/2024: Café restaurant en bout de pont. Halte appréciée. Nous y a avons été deux fois pour déjeuner et une autre fois au moment du goûter. Service gracieux et rapide en terrasse par serveuse souriante et qui fait un effort pour comprendre le français. Paiement au comptoir. Les toilettes au sous-sol pourraientt être plus pratiques.

13/08/2024: Worst experience ever! Do not go here! Staff was horrible, food was below average, and charged extra for secret charges they don't tell you about. This place should be shut down after being investigated. The manager should be fired to allow this place to run like this. Definitely should have read the reviews before going here.

30/06/2024: Tourist trap to avoid. €4 for a terrible cappuccino to have in or €2 to take away. No AC, cheap and basic interior, nothing particular about it so it's absolutely crazy that they charge so much.

13/08/2024: Very unfriendly!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. The waitress seemed very irritated and wanted us to leave. We felt like they were racist towards tourists. She was also only friendly to Italians. That explains why there was hardly anyone sitting around to eat anything. The food was really not tasty either.

12/08/2024: Slechte en onvriendelijke bediening. Leek of de dame in kwestie , alles te veel was. Lasagne was welke op de kaart stond was op. Bier besteld, maar de dame kwam terug met de mededeling dat er geen bier was. Vervolgens een Sauvignon Blanc besteld en kwam aan met een Pinot. Dit gemeld dat we dit niet hadden besteld, met frisse tegenzin werd de juiste wijn gehaald. De spaghetti bolognese was niet naar Italiaanse maatstaven. Hierop zijn we met 6 personen opgestaan en hebben aangegeven dat dit zeer benedenmaats is. We hebben uiteraard wel de wijn en het water netjes betaald. De spaghetti en coperto niet!

12/08/2024: I had a sandwich, drink and tiramisu it came to 15 Euros and didn't find it that pricey. I went upstairs and she sat me at a table that overlooked the Ponte Vecchio. After I ate I asked for the bill and before I went back down stairs the waitress said if I wanted to leave a tip to leave it with her. I thought it was tacky to ask for a tip, especially since it is not in the Italian culture so I didn't leave one as I walked away she swore at me, I speak enough Italian to know what she said... Sad that people act like that.

28/07/2024: I do not recommend. They are not serious and do not like tourists. The Italians serve in front of us, with the greatest impudence and without justification. They make it difficult for us to choose flavors, making us believe that they don't understand anything we say, even when we point to the flavor. And finally, the bill does not match what was requested. An authentic robbery! 27 euros for 3 ice creams (two of them with 3 flavors and the third with two flavors).

20/07/2024: I higly recommend that you go somewhere else! They sell MOLDY pastries! My daughter already ate half of her donut before noticing that the bottom was covered with mold. The guy on the counter blamed me for being a stubid customer and not realizing it is just chocolate or some moist frim the fridge?! 😂😂 He did eventually give us a more fresh one, but not even once did he apologize.
