It's not my habit to leave reviews, but today I'm forced to. I enter the McDonald's on Via Cavour in Florence, and after paying and waiting over 20 minutes, the employees accuse me of having already taken my order, which isn't true because I was waiting to pick up my order. Please be more careful because you make people look like they're not!

Came here at 22:00 after a long day. Was tired out from the large crowds and long queues so I just grabbed a basic McDonald's meal. The food was as expected (tasted similar to UK) and the whole process was stress free. McFlurry does not compare to a proper gelato of course, but the snickers McFlurry was pretty good!

The center is the center, Florence in Via Cavour is an excellent McDonald's location even if you eat in the middle of the cars

08/04/2026: Disregard all the 1 star reviews for those who were denied entry. If you’re the type of person who leaves a 1 star review after being turned away at the door, you clearly don’t get the premise and aren’t the desired clientele of this establishment. One of the most unique, best bar experiences of my life. Want to get in? It’s not so much about “rules” (though some are cardinal; don’t mention alcohol to get into a speakeasy!). It’s about respecting the concept of a speakeasy, and getting a bit creative with your pitch for entry. If you can do that and aren’t looking to just get drunk? You’re in for a great night.
