23/08/2024: I strongly advise against this restaurant, the food is really not good, supermarket pizzas are much better. The price of drinks very expensive for poor quality. The waiters were unfriendly and unprofessional, we asked for the bill on numerous occasions...

20/08/2024: It's fine that you charge for the position....but it's a mistake....€2.80 for the coffee and let's leave aside the other things, if everything else was at least worth it.... Dirty and indecent bathrooms!

01/04/2024: Fatto lo scontrino ci accomodiamo a sedere e un cameriere ci fa alzare dicendo che è riservato per l'apericena. Noi dovevamo consumare un caffè e una spremuta. Dopo di noi fa sedere una coppia dicendo che possono restare 5 minuti. Se il tavolo è riservato lo è per tutti non per alcuni. Premetto che nonostante avessimo pagato non abbiamo consumato e siamo dovuti andare via. La differenza tra un cliente e l'altro è proprio antiprofessionale. Imparate ad avere rispetto per chi in modo educato si reca nel vostro locale. Cosa che non accadrà mai più

23/04/2024: Rude and Nasty service doesn't begin to describe this place..Sadly the Gelato is good..but they underfill and over charge..the cup is flat on top? What Ice cream place does that? And for 7 euros?? I have been here over 12 times in the past year..gets worse..the manager or owner definitely demonstrates the rudeness..I am Italian and this doesn't represent the culture..Create a friendly atmosphere and fill the darn cup up..They rely on their location..not on their customer service..

30/08/2024: Good and tasty restaurant right on the Ponte Vecchio. The prices are a little more expensive but you get something for it and the café is located directly on the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. We ate panini with mozzarella and tomatoes which were warmed up for us and one with tuna. We ate on the go and the portions were more than enough for us. The Americano was also good. The staff was very nice and friendly. Gladly again when we are in Florence 🥪🤩

20/08/2024: Very nice place with friendly staff. Prices completely crazy. They charge 5 euros for fruit juice from a famous brand that would cost 60 cents at the supermarket. A milkshake 8 euros. A coffee (terrible) 4 euros. A cup of ice cream (terrible too) [tiny] for 3.50 euros. I understand the prices for tourists, but this is too much.

07/07/2024: The view and the breeze were very nice. The food uninspired rather depressing. The setting basic. It is not too expensive. So this is a plus.

01/06/2024: We booked in advance. They never heard of any reservations. Food was reheated, not even to the right temperature. Seems like they don't have a kitchen. View was great

28/05/2024: The coffee is good, something I can't say the same about the staff and their sweets. I ordered a glazed donut, which when they served me it was clearly from the day before (at least), when I told them, the solution was to heat it up, instead of giving me another one. I left it there of course, it was hard as a rock. The service is terrible and the food even worse. I don't recommend it, it shouldn't even be open to the public if they are going to give out spoiled food. I hope that in the future they improve the staff and of course the state of the food.

09/05/2024: A stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella station in Florence. Delicious sandwiches, excellent service. The very nice staff attentive to customers' needs, especially the bartender. I highly recommend it

04/08/2024: She was so rude I was shocked. There were 3 kruvasans on the shelf and I told her I want 3 of them. And she shouted "they are pistacchio kruvasans what do you want?" I said yes there are just 3 kruvasans already. She shouted again and I told her again and she saw that there were just 3 kruvasans really. Then I told her why are you shouting at me? And she shouted again and said I am not selling you them, go! This is the rudest thing I've ever sene in Italy.

28/04/2024: Nice place, very nice furnishings, fairly good pizza, lightly seasoned. The blonde waitress with the Gucci glasses should be laughed at, rude and ignorant. If she didn't want to work she could have stayed at home.

11/08/2024: Bar located near the Abbey of Vallombrosa. They offer aperitifs, sandwiches, salads and cold dishes. Also for breakfast they have an excellent assortment of croissants and various desserts. They have internal and external spaces. Prices slightly higher than Saltino. Advised

06/08/2024: More than 40 minutes to get two sandwiches, not even very good! Staff not friendly at all, they could do much better!

23/07/2024: One of the most disgusting experiences. Booked a table 2-3 weeks before specifying the presence of a boy in a wheelchair. Treatment: in the crowd for I don't know how long, with disgusting phrases and shouting; upon our entry they first withdrew the sum of more than €700 and then informed us that our table was practically impossible to reach (this is because there were four times as many people inside as were allowed, I'm just saying that if something had happened, it would have been It was a real tragedy.) Immediately requested the sum just paid and the response was "but you didn't give me your money" (Response from the girl who had it in her hand until 1 minute earlier). Before the sum was returned, we had to wait another 20 minutes crushed by people entering. Venue 0, staff 0, people who frequent the venue 0.

13/05/2024: This is one of the most famous venues in Florence, with enormous potential on both an aesthetic and musical level. I gave 2 stars because although the place is beautiful and equipped with all comforts, the service is very lacking: 1 is the only nightclub I have ever been to where there is still an exit pass, with which I have not had any problems, but the risk of losing it and having to repay the ticket fee is high, and I don't find it a suitable organization method; 2 lower ticket price for girls than boys for no particular reason or occasion, I don't find it equal; 3 the part that certainly left the most to be desired was the artistic and the music: the first DJ did his job discreetly without particularly complex mixes, but still catchy respecting the genre of the evening (I would have given him 3 stars if there had been voice), the problem was the second DJ (who unfortunately is not the first time I've listened to this place) and who did a "set" without even making a transition or even trying to mix (which is unacceptable for the caliber of the venue and the equipment supplied), choosing songs completely off topic with respect to the genre of the evening proposed in the poster, not even linked by a logical/musical thread between them, nullifying all the effort and work of the previous DJ who kept on topic trying to create the best evening possible. Final rating 2 stars, music being the most important part of an evening at the disco.

23/08/2024: Posti come questo dovrebbero chiudere!!!!!!! Allego scontrino fiscale per 2 pezzi e sottolineo pezzi di pizza margherita senza bevande. Dovreste sprofondare 12€. CHE POI FOSSE IN PIAZZA DELLA SIGNORIA MA NEANCHE PERCHÈ DAVANTI AL CAMPANILE DI GIOTTO UNA MARGHERITA INTERA STAVA A 13.50€. VERGOGNA!!!!!! Capisco perché non ho visto alcun prezzo esposto.

08/08/2024: Son unos estafadores que abusan de los turistas. Hay que estar muy atento a lo que te cobran. Compre una galleta a mi hijo en la zona de pastelería y el de caja primero me cobra de más incluso habiendo oído que la dependienta le indica el precio correcto. Hace ver que se ha equivocado y me ofrece de nuevo el datáfono. Está vez, confiado, pago sin mirar. Al comprobar el cargo veo que me ha cobrado el triple del precio. Vuelvo al local y solo verme ya saca el diferencial diciendo que pensaba que era por tres. Un estafador. No quiero ni pensar en la cantidad de veces que lo debe hacer. Comprueba siempre que el precio de lo que has consumido corresponde con lo que te cobran.

31/03/2024: Locale datato ,prezzi folli ,prodotti buoni ,ma peggiorato in qualità e quantità, unica cosa immutata, l'ignoranza soprattutto della solita cassiera,che non accenna nemmeno ad un sorriso,o risponde grazie .Solito per le cameriere dietro al banco,unici da salvare ,Mario il barista e altri due .Poi i tavolini e le sedie fuori,completamente da rottamare ,ruggine a gogò.C'ė di meglio in giro Marisa o La Federiga.

23/08/2024: Ristorante che avevo notato andando e tornando dal lavoro. Abbiamo voluto provare una cena Un disastro Purtroppo abbiamo letto le recensioni molto poco rassicuranti durante la lunga attesa di due primi che sono arrivar uno dopo una ora ed un quarto di attesa e l’altro dopo altri 30 minuti ….. vedevamo girare i camerieri da una parte all’altra con un piatto x volta senza sapere dove andare e chi servire. Roba da pazzi. Alla fine abbiamo rinunciato ad ordinare un secondo per non fare mezzanotte. Pessima esperienza qualità medio bassa. Da non consigliare assolutamente. Non so come facciano ad essere aperti ancora. Personale incapace ed anche maleducato.

02/08/2024: Posto carino con vista su Firenze e abbastanza fresco, piatti molto abbondanti sia di quantità che di condimento. I vini, sia della casa che in bottiglia, lasciano parecchio a desiderare. Prezzi medio/bassi Servizio pessimo, i camerieri girano girano ma concludono veramente poco; i tempi di attesa sono veramente lunghi anche più di un'ora per avere la prima portata.

29/06/2024: Rimasta senza parole!!!! Due cappuccini 6 euro😳😳😳 per giunta serviti nel bicchiere di carta!! Ma questi prezzi perché?? Forse perché partiva il Tour de France e aspettavate i polli da spennare?? No comment🤐🤐🤐
