29/10/2025: Hands down the worst Korean dining experience I’ve ever had — and I’m Korean. The staff was unbelievably impolite and couldn’t handle even the slightest feedback. When we pointed out that the soup wasn’t prepared correctly, the waitress actually snapped back saying, “That’s how it’s done in Italy.” In a Korean restaurant… really? The food tasted nothing like authentic Korean cuisine. Every dish was oddly sweet, bland, and just poorly made. Even basic staples were disappointing. And the waiter clearly had no idea how to grill meat or how to cook stew — watching the complete lack of technique was painful. On top of that, they force every table to order a grilled meat dish whether you want it or not — a sneaky trick to raise the bill. And what a bill it was: 227 euros for six people, with only one bottle of water included. Shockingly overpriced. To make everything worse, after we had already sat down and paid, they forced us to move because “other guests” were coming. The rudeness was constant from start to finish. Terrible service. Rude replies. Expensive for absolutely no reason. Completely wrong approach to Korean food. There are plenty of great Korean restaurants out there — this one isn’t even close. Avoid at all costs.

11/10/2025: I ordered takeout, the sausage was delicious, the accompanying sauces were truly delicious, and for dessert I had the chocolate cake, which was truly exceptional. The portions were generous for the price, so I'd say it's excellent. I definitely recommend it.

09/10/2025: Dear Sirs, Last time I waited 1.5 hours for delivery. Today, however, you forgot the rice. You called me twice to tell me you would deliver it, but it never arrived. I contacted Deliveroo, who, like last time, refused to refund me. Even though I'm a loyal customer, I won't be ordering from your restaurant again. This isn't how you work!

07/02/2025: Good morning, I wanted to respond to the previous comment from Mrs. Rexhina Leka to inform you of the fact that we only use vanilla pods from Madagascar, therefore it may happen that some pieces remain, but I certainly do not accept the fact that our hygiene is questioned, much less that you make wrong assumptions about our pastry shop. We are sorry for this inconvenience and I hope I have clarified all your doubts.

28/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with about twenty people for a business dinner and had a truly wonderful time! The food was excellent, high-quality, and generous portions—we ate a lot, and everything was carefully crafted in flavor and presentation. The prices aren't the cheapest, but for a restaurant of this caliber, they're absolutely appropriate for the quality. We arrived quite late, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, waiting for us to finish our meal even though it was past closing time. We were very happy with everything, from the welcome to the food. Highly recommended! 🍷🍖

12/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday. It's a very nice and quaint place, but alas, my experience wasn't as good. First of all, the staff's hospitality was terrible; we felt like outcasts, treated like aliens. As for the food, I come from the homeland of porcini mushrooms, and their pasta with porcini mushrooms had nothing but mushroom cream. The Florentine steak was very difficult to cut, so it wasn't tender and juicy, but very rubbery. I definitely won't be returning!

17/10/2025: You'd have to search long and hard to find a slower and more uninterested team. They might even tell every potential guest, as soon as they walk in, that they don't want to serve them.

02/10/2025: We wandered around the Barberino Outlet and stopped to eat at Farinella, inspired by the photos on their website and the elaborate dishes. DISAPPOINTMENT. Cold dishes, poorly reheated, and poor quality ingredients. The only redeeming feature is perhaps the pizza (but the mozzarella wasn't good anyway). The dessert is beyond reproach. Slow service. Never again. Thank you.

05/09/2025: The food was truly delicious and the service excellent! Highly recommended... my mom can't eat anything with lactose or gluten, and one of the waiters, who remembered it perfectly when we returned the second time, recommended a very, very good and healthy dish. Keep up the good work 🥰

02/06/2025: For several years now, whenever I am in the area, I have been happy to stop and eat at Colonnine. Both the first courses, the meat or the pizza are fantastic. I love eating outside under the portico, but the internal rooms are also special. Fantastic staff who always know how to suggest the right wine. More than fair prices, fantastic service.

21/09/2025: I happened to come across it on the street and ordered takeout, and it was truly delicious. It's the best kebab I've ever had. Being a foreigner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so happy they waited patiently and asked what I wanted to order and what I wanted to put in it.

16/10/2025: We've been here twice. The first time, we had a few beers, which, given the product, were no problem, two Peroni beers. But we left with a strange feeling, because after sitting on the terrace, where there were about six empty tables, a waiter, the black one, started "clearing" a table next to us. Between the looks he was giving us, the way he was arranging the chairs, forcefully and making gestures as if something bothered him... We sensed it was because one of us is homosexual and, due to his culture or lack of intelligence, he was intolerant. The second time, we walked in without realizing it was this same bar, until we accidentally ordered. When it was time to order, the waitress didn't understand anything. We ordered a latte and an espresso macciato. She went and asked us to see if we could get both large... Look, ma'am, an espresso macciato is a traditional coffee and is served in a small glass, and we had ordered a medium latte. It's worth noting that when we ordered, the same waitress said something to her colleagues, obviously talking about us as if we were ignorant and didn't understand. I don't care what she said, but for a 50-year-old, she's been taught very little respect over her long life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

07/10/2025: A historic venue in one of Florence's best meeting places. It's a shame the drinks are overpriced and the service is awful. The waiters are often lazy and seem to be doing you a favor. They put on airs, but otherwise, the place is average. Fortunately, the place offers much better.

19/07/2025: Spectacular location with a unique view of Florence. We enjoyed an aperitif on very comfortable sofas with a bottle of prosecco and appetizers, with live music throughout the event. Highly recommended. Reservations recommended by email.

13/09/2025: Terrible experience! If you want to waste your money and time on lunch, go ahead. Rudeness, lack of attention, slow service, poor quality. Unfortunately, I have no positive comments about this restaurant. The first time I went, I thought I was having a bad day... which can happen, but the second time, I was confirmed.

05/09/2025: A little tip for the owners Be careful how you fill the water bottles; they don't seal them. The cap on the bottle I received had mold, as did the bottle. On top of that, there was raw rice, tiny pieces of salmon on the plates, 95% rice and 5% salmon. There was no sashimi for dinner. Extremely slow service. Not to mention the owner arrogantly said it was impossible for the rice to be raw. You'll see. It's still in my mouth. A nightmare.

31/10/2025: Good location, agreed with other reviews that it’s a tourist trap waiting to pounce on sweaty travellers exiting the bell tower climb. We went in just to grab a coke, the price on the fridge said 4 euro for 330ml. Fine. With a big smile they asked if we want a glass with ice and lemon. We said yes, come time to pay, the charge came out to 6 euro each. What a laugh.

29/10/2025: Worse than anything! A Spritz for €7 but a very weak Negroni for €14!!! The most expensive we've seen since arriving in Italy. The location at the foot of the Duomo doesn't justify everything. We should have read the reviews beforehand 😡.
